• The tour duration, including the day of departure and return, is 2 Nights 3 Days, with 2 nights of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts 1 night.

• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and surrounding tours are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, surrounding tours, etc. cannot be refunded.

• Child discounts applied in tour packages are utilized for one child traveling with two adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed during hotel accommodation.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms generally sleeps on an extra bed.

• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. The region and hotels may change, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, depending on occupancy. Hotel names will be communicated upon request, 48 hours before the departure of the tour, according to availability.

• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.

• Our break points may change in terms of location and service standards, provided that it remains the same due to extraordinary circumstances such as congestion, renovation, etc.

• In the program schedule (during the day at visited points or between days), the guide may make changes as deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, congestion at visiting sites, etc.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that are not visited during the tour due to extraordinary circumstances (weather, road, congestion at visiting sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide. In such cases, guests do not have the right to claim.

• A graduated pricing system is applied in all our tours. With an increase in the number of reservations in the package and as the date approaches, tour prices may gradually rise. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase the prices. In such cases, prices cannot be fixed without receiving a prepayment.

• Seat numbers cannot be promised and guaranteed during reservation. There is no guarantee of notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not made.

• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by Dgn Travel Operations based on the reservation order. In cases of objections regarding seating arrangement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

• Extra tours, such as night tours included in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of available personnel. Extra tours along the way will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests not participating in extra tours have agreed to join the tour by waiting at the rest stop.

• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any right to claim. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this case.

• Extra tour prices may vary by seasonal periods. In such cases, the valid price is determined based on the date the tour is conducted, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The price of the extra tour in the season of the tour is applicable. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for material damages that may occur due to the guest in all services provided by the transportation vehicle, hotel, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages incurred by guests.

• In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to have parental consent during the tour.

• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. during the designated hours for departure points.

• Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays that may occur due to extraordinary circumstances.

• Guests will be dropped off in the opposite direction of the stops we picked them up after the tour. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.

• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during travel. Dgn Travel is not responsible for situations where seat belts are not worn.

• Responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle rests with the guest during stops, etc.

• Since the first day of sightseeing starts before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to bring separately.

• Due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.

• Long distances may be covered in the programs to be conducted. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.

• Lunches consist of region-specific economical menus. During lunch and dinner, tables may be arranged according to groups based on regional density.

• The starting and ending route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending points of the tour, if they wish, by contacting us 2 days in advance.

• In case the tour does not reach the sufficient number by the agency, the guest will be informed and depending on their preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing may be made for the nearest departure point, allowing the guest to join the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest 3 (three) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In this case, the guest does not have the right to claim.

• Refunds of the payment made will be provided for cancellations or changes made by the guest without specifying any reason up to 30 days before the service start date. In cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 0% of the reservation fee will be charged; for cancellations or changes made between 15 and 7 days, a 50% fee will be charged; for cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before the tour, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

• Guests who purchase cancellation, refund, and guarantee packages can cancel the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the full package tour fee will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The cancellation, refund, and guarantee package do not include flight tickets.

• Museum Cards and entrance fees for historical sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrance fees must be paid by guests.

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows guests to cancel and make changes to the package tour they purchased without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded in full, without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight transportation for tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it to their reservation as an extra during the reservation process.

 

COMPULSORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618

Compulsory travel insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or failure to provide package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is the guest's expense.

Day 2

  • After our night journey, we take a breakfast break in Foça in the morning hours with Dgn Travel for the Northern Aegean Foça Bergama Kazdağları Çanakkale Tour. After breakfast, we explore the ancient capital of the Phokaia, who lived in Anatolia, Foça. You won't want to leave Foça, where you will see the most beautiful examples of the harmony of the traces of the Phokaia who also founded France's famous city of Marseille with the local Greek architecture reflected in the present. At the time determined by our guide, we board our waiting boat and start our boat tour. We see the Siren Rocks, where the sea maidens, mentioned in mythology, once lived, and which are now home to the endangered Mediterranean monk seals. We then view Orak Island, İncir Island, English Burn, Fener Island, Metallic Island, and small sea coves, where we take swimming breaks. After having our lunch (Extra) on board, we return to Foça. We board our bus and leave this charming town for Bergama. We use the cable car to go to Bergama Acropolis (Extra).
  • Instead of buying papyrus from Egypt, Bergama invented Pergament (parchment) and had the second-largest library in the ancient world with 200,000 parchments, hosting four theaters, temples, a water distribution system, and one of the four major Asklepions. We will explore this important capital, which has the Zeus Altar and one of the seven churches that will stand at the apocalypse, with our guide. After visiting the sculpted theater of the world's steepest theater, Heroon, and the Red Basilica, we visit an Onyx stone workshop and gather information about the stones, making our purchases. Afterwards, we gather in our bus and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation are at our hotel.

Day 3

  • On the third day of the Northern Aegean Foça Bergama Kazdağları Çanakkale Tour with Dgn Travel, we head to Ayvalık after having breakfast at the hotel. We start our tour first with Cunda Island, also known as Alibey Island, passing over Turkey's first Bosphorus Bridge. With a nostalgic tour accompanied by our guide in Cunda, we invite you to a journey in time. We get to see Taksiryannis Church, the oldest and best-preserved church among the eight in Cunda, from the outside and take pictures. The old stone houses where the Greeks lived, along with the cobbled streets, will fascinate us and allow us to capture wonderful photos. We give free time until the hour determined by our guide in Cunda. After having our lunch, we gather in our vehicle and proceed to Devil's Table while enjoying a panoramic view of Ayvalık Harbor and the old Ayvalık Houses.
  • When we arrive at Devil's Table, you can see all the Ayvalık Islands, Edremit Bay, and Lesbos Island from the top. Here you will see a large footprint where wishes are made and coins are thrown into it, said to belong to the devil, with the other foot on the opposite mountain. After receiving information from our guide about Devil's Table, we give free time. During this free time, you can enjoy a tea or coffee with a magnificent view and immortalize the moments with photos. Afterward, we proceed to Sarımsaklı Beach, which has a 7 km long and 100 meters wide sandy beach, a holiday destination preferred by thousands of tourists each year. We take a swimming break until the time determined by our guide. After our swimming break, we give free time for shopping at a factory sales store for local products.

  • On the fourth day of the Northern Aegean Foça Bergama Kazdağları Çanakkale Tour with Dgn Travel, we go to Zeytinli Village after having breakfast at the hotel. After shopping for famous olives and products here, we give free time. For guests who wish, we go to Kazdağları Beyoba - Hasanboğuldu Waterfall (Extra). With minibuses leaving Zeytinli, we go through Beyoba Village, enjoying magnificent views until we reach the parking area. Our first encounter will be Sütüven Waterfall, where the cold waters run down from the mountains of Kazdağları. We continue our walk until we arrive at the lake mentioned in the Hasanboğuldu legend. After receiving information from our guide, we leave you to one with nature. Guests can refresh themselves in the cold waters and taste and shop for the natural products offered by the Yörük women. After enjoying the Kazdağları air, we return to Zeytinli with minibuses and proceed to our next stop, Tahtakuşlar Village.
  • After Güre, we climb again towards Kazdağları. Tahtakuşlar Village is an Alevi village where traces of Shamanism can also be seen. After seeing the village houses and streets, while visiting the Alibey Kudar Ethnography Museum, you will encounter many objects that will amaze you. Afterward, we gather in our bus and reach the Zeus Altar, a 15-minute walk from the place where Zeus allegedly watched the mythological Trojan War and intervened when necessary.
  • We proceed to Adatepe village, where, away from the noise and stress of cities, you will feel time has stopped with its stone houses made of high walls and its cool and shady streets. While wandering through the streets among the stone houses, after receiving information about olives, we sip our coffee in the village café among the century-old plane trees, leaving behind beauty you won't easily forget. After descending from Kazdağları to the coast, we head to Behramkale (Assos), one of the most important centers of the Ancient World. When we arrive in Behramkale Village, we disembark from our vehicle at the entrance of the village and hike up to the acropolis, built on an andesite rock with a height of 238 meters, dedicated to Athena, the goddess of wisdom and intelligence. We will see the Athena Temple, built during the first Dor Order of the Ancient Period, with our guide's explanations. After visiting the temple, you will be enchanted by the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. After a short photo break, you can enjoy some local Turkish coffee cooked in a famous pot or shop for products made by the villagers until the time determined by our guide. After our time here is up, we head back to our hotel. After completing our check-in procedures, we have dinner and rest.

  • On the fifth day of the Northern Aegean Foça Bergama Kazdağları Çanakkale Tour with Dgn Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we go to Bozcaada via Geyikli ferry terminal. While waiting for the Bozcaada Ferry, we enjoy tea or coffee on the beach. As the bus cannot transit to the island, we will cross as pedestrians. After taking the essentials for swimming in a small bag, we board the ferry and, after a half-hour journey, arrive in Bozcaada. Upon approaching Bozcaada, we visit the impressive Bozcaada Castle with our guide. Then we start walking through the cute streets of Bozcaada. After touring the Turkish and Greek neighborhoods of the island, we have free time throughout the day. During this free time, guests can visit the Talay Wine Factory, where the island's famous wines are made, and do some shopping. Guests who wish to swim can go to Ayazma Beach or Aquarium Cove and enjoy the beautiful sea. Those who prefer can go to the Windmills to take fantastic photos and enjoy the scenery (Since there is no bus transit to the island, the minibuses to the beaches and windmills are on the guests' expense). At the determined time by our guide, we gather and leave Bozcaada via ferry to return to the bus waiting for us at Geyikli terminal, and we arrive at the Mycenaean Troia (Troy) City, one of the wealthiest and most strategic cities of the ancient world, where one of the greatest wars of the ancient world occurred. The place where the mythical war mentioned in Homeros's Iliad took place will greet us with all its grandeur. We will see the wooden horse, city walls, gates, walls from different periods, altars, ramps, odeons, baths, and sewage systems, receiving information from our guide before gathering on our bus to head to the hotel.   • On the last day of the Northern Aegean Foça Bergama Kazdağları Çanakkale Tour with Dgn Travel, we arrive early at Kabatepe Ferry Port to cross over to Gökçeada. Our island transfer will be conducted by minibuses (Extra). We first visit Dereköy, the only Greek village located at the farthest west of the island, which has developed economically and socially due to its strategic location and Pirgos Harbor. Alongside our guide, we will enjoy a pleasant walk among the laundry house, houses, and historical monuments, followed by some free time. After this free time, we proceed to Zeytinliköy, which was once one of the most social settlements on the island. Zeytinliköy, known for its Dibek Coffee and Mastic Pudding, will provide a short coffee break.
  • Then, we proceed to Aydıncık (Kefaloz) Beach, one of Gökçeada's most famous beaches. Here we take a swimming break until the end of the day on this 1200-meter long, fine sandy beach. For lunch, we recommend trying seafood or the locally raised sheep and goats that feed on thyme in the mountains. During our swimming break, you can enjoy a mud bath in Tuz Lake nearby, which is beneficial for the skin, as well as enjoy the sea and the sand. According to the ferry schedule, after the free time determined by our guide, we gather at Gökçeada Ferry port and say goodbye to Gökçeada, proceeding to our bus waiting at Kabatepe, marking the end of our tour.
