Important Notes
• The tour duration includes the departure and return day and is 1 Night 2 Days with 1 night hotel accommodation.
• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and environment tours are offered as a package and cannot be considered separately.
Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, environment tours, etc. rights cannot be refunded.
• Child discounts applied in tour packages are for one child accompanying two adults. A separate bed may not be provided for children aged 0-6 in hotel accommodation.
• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays in an extra bed.
• The hotels specified in the program are the primary accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Changes may be made in the region and hotels, provided the hotel standards remain the same, based on occupancy. Hotel names will be communicated 48 hours before the tour departure if requested.
• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. Selection among the rooms is not possible.
• Our break points may be changed in terms of location and service standards due to extraordinary reasons such as crowding, renovations, etc., while keeping the same standards.
• In the program timing, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowding at visiting places, etc.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for the places not visited during the tour due to extraordinary reasons (weather, road, crowding at visiting places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings provided by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest’s right to claim is not valid.
• A graduated pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also gradually increase. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixation cannot be made without receiving a prepayment.
• During the reservation, there is absolutely no guarantee or promise for seat numbers. There is no guarantee for the notes entered into the reservation. Special seat selection like front or back is not permitted.
• The seating arrangement inside the vehicle is determined by the Dgn Travel Operation based on the order of reservations. In cases of objections regarding seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles have the same standards.
• Additional tours such as night tours included in the program occur depending on the number of participants and available staff. Additional tours to be performed while on the road will still take place regardless of whether all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours acknowledge that they have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stops.
• If an additional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest does not have any claim rights.
Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this case.
• Extra tour prices may vary according to periods. In such a case, the date the guest purchased the tour is not considered; the date of the tour departure is taken into account. The valid extra tour price is the one for the period of travel. The guest has accepted this when purchasing the tour.
• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur by guests on services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim damages caused by guests.
• In the case of minors under 18 who are not accompanied by either one or both of their parents, a consent letter is required to be kept with the person during travel.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, and medications they are continuously using.
• Delays can occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated departure times.
• Information regarding the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is indicative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays due to extraordinary reasons.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to drop you off at a different location.
• According to traffic law, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seatbelts throughout their journey, and in case of violations, Dgn Travel is not responsible.
• All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest while at rest places, etc.
• As the tour on the first day will start before entering the hotel, please prepare the necessary items separately.
• Due to the program's intensity during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Long distances may be covered in programs to be conducted. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Lunch menus are created with regional specialties. In lunch and dinner, tables divided according to the crowd of the region will be used.
• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined according to the region's density. Guests can learn the finalized start and end routes two days before the tour if they wish by contacting.
• In cases where the agency does not reach the sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to the guest’s wishes, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, ticketing can be done to the nearest departure point to enable participation in the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via a call, SMS, or email. The guest's right to claim does not arise in such a situation.
• In cancellation and change processes made by the guest up to 30 days before the service's start date without specifying a reason, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 0% of the reservation fee will be charged; for cancellations and changes made between 15-7 days, a cut of P% of the reservation fee will be applied; and for cancellations and changes made 7 days or less before, 0% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
• Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. The entire package tour fee paid will be refunded in full without any deductions. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight tickets.
• Museum Cards and admissions to museums are not included in the tour fee. All museum admissions must be covered by the guests.
CANCELLATION REFUND AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE
The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel and make changes to the purchased package tour without specifying any reason until 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the total package tour fee paid will be refunded in full without any deductions, based on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package for this tour is 1500 TL.
MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618
Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or the failure to provide package tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It does not cover health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.

Day 1

- 06:30 Departure to Konya by YHT train.
- After a 4.5-hour YHT journey to Konya, we arrive in Konya, the former Seljuk capital, around lunchtime. After tasting the famous Konya meat dish, okra soup, and sacars (extra) at our lunch, we start with the Karatay Museum, which has an important place in Konya's cultural life and was once a meeting place for dervishes and scholars of the age of Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. Then we visit the İnce Minaret Medrese (Stone and Wooden Artifacts Museum), built by Vezir Sahib Ata Fahreddin Ali for teaching Hadith (if restoration is ongoing, it will be seen from the outside). Next, we visit the Three Tombs and the 16-sliced Green Dome (Kubbe-i Hadra) behind the Mevlana Museum, Selimiye Mosque, the tomb of Mevlana Hazrat and his father Sultan-ul Ulema Bahaddin Veled, Mevlevi costumes, musical instruments, table layout, Mevlevi lodge; we visit the Shams Tabrizi Tomb that ignited the light within Mevlana making him who he is. Afterward, we head to Meram to relax. In the Meram Vineyards, which have been the subject of Divans throughout history due to its water, greenery, air, and nature, we take a tea and coffee break. After Meram, we head to our hotel for rest and dinner.

Day 2
- Çatalhöyük Archaeological Site - Tulip Gardens - Sille Village - Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden - Return to Istanbul by YHT
- After having breakfast at our hotel, we start our day with a visit to Çatalhöyük, located 50 km away from Konya and considered the first settlement in human history, listed among the top UNESCO World Heritage Sites. In this mystical settlement of the pre-literate period, you will unveil the secrets of the Neolithic era with your guide. Next, we refresh our cameras in the tulip fields, the homeland of the tulip, which made its mark in the Middle Ages, blooming in April and harvested in May (this may vary depending on weather conditions). Then we move to Sille, established along the historic silk road route. In Sille, which presents a different atmosphere with its important urban sit areas and historical structures, we visit the Church of St. Helena built by Helena on her pilgrimage in 327 AD, and then the Milk Chapel (Time Museum), and take a walk among the Sille baths and houses where we have our lunch break. After the free time determined by our guide, we head to the Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden. We complete our entrance procedures and start a tropical journey in the middle of the dry climate of Central Anatolia. We complete our tour of the Konya Tropical Butterfly Garden, which captivates all age groups with its hundreds of different butterfly and plant species, and we have some short free time until our YHT departure to Istanbul. We return to Istanbul on the 18:50 train. We hope to see you in a new Dgn Travel organization.
