Important Notes
- It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn or worn-out passports.
- For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirements, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
- The visa must be obtained from the country where the tour first enters or from the country with the longest stay; otherwise, the agency is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
- In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
- The agency acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and it has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not received in time, and/or there are errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to claim compensation from the agency in any way.
- The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
- During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee to be charged to the guests.
- Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
- The city where the plane will land may vary. The agency cannot be held responsible for changes in flight times or possible delays made by the airline companies.
- Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not the agency's responsibility for any changes in connecting domestic flights.
- Group tickets are subject to the airline's rules, and if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
- For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being visited. In domestic flights within the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the agency's responsibility.
- If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
- The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
- City introduction tours may be realized on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
- The tours specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated, at the discretion of the guide, for any reason.
- Alternative tours along the way will take place if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the rest area.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours can only be realized with a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is less, the guide’s discretion will determine if necessary, and prices may be adjusted accordingly. The agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
- The agency reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
- All hotel names mentioned in the programs are examples (e.g., V.B. and similar) and have been written to serve as an indication in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the mentioned hotel.
- Extra bed application is available in triple rooms; the 3rd bed is smaller than standard beds and/or it is a foldable extra bed.
- During your journey, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you are using.
- Child discounts only apply to children within a specific age group who stay with 2 adults.
- In cases where children under 18 years old, who are not considered adults, do not attend the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the consent forms required for participation in the tour during the trip.
- In case of cancellation and changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" is valid.

- We meet our esteemed guests in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After the baggage and ticket procedures, depart with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Following our arrival, we will move with our private bus waiting for us at the airport for a panoramic city tour of Milan. During our tour, we will visit the Milan Cathedral, Italy’s second largest church that took approximately 500 years to complete, the Fortress Castle, and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, which hosts the world’s most famous fashion stores. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2
- MILAN – VENICE
- After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Venice. Our guests who wish can join an extra Verona & Lake Garda Tour (50€ per person) organized by our guide along the route. During our tour, we will see the house of Romeo and Juliet, the Verona Arena, the Scaliger Bridge with its unique architecture, and the Cathedral of Verona. After the Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. After the tour, we will move on to Venice. Upon arriving at Tronchetto square, we will take a short boat ride to St. Mark's Square and enjoy a panoramic city tour of Venice. During our city tour, we will visit the famous St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took one last look at Venice before entering jail, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower, and the Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the city tour, free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3
- VENICE – FLORENCE
- After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Florence. Our guests who wish can participate in an extra Bologna Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the route. During our Bologna city tour, we will see the Piazza Maggiore (Main Square) which is considered the center of Bologna, the Fountain of Neptune located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the iconic Garisenda and Asinelli towers of Bologna. After the Bologna tour, we will move on to Florence. After arriving, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. Our tour will include the Arno River that divides Florence, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio, where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria, home to the famous statues of Hercules and David, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, which has the third highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its door. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4
- FLORENCE
- After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in an extra Pisa & Portofino Tour (100€ per person) organized by our guide. During our tour, we will visit the Pisa Tower and the Miracoli Square, then we will go by boat to the world-famous Portofino village that has inspired many songs. You will not want to leave this small town located in a national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
- FLORENCE – ROME
- After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Rome. Our guests who wish can join an extra Orvieto Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide along the route. In Orvieto, which holds an important place in Italy's art and general history and boasts extraordinary natural beauty, we will see the ancient city center and the Orvieto Cathedral before heading to Rome. Upon arrival, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square where Mussolini addressed the public, the II Vittorio Emanuele monument, the Colosseum that hosted gladiatorial battles, the Fountain of Love which gained fame from the movie "La Dolce Vita," and the Spanish Steps with its 135 steps and the submerged ship fountain. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 6
- ROME
- After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can participate in an extra Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (70€ per person) organized by our guide. We will visit the region where popes lived during the summer, characterized by natural beauty and the famous Nemi village known for its wild strawberries, followed by free time for shopping in the famous Castel Romano Outlet. Then we will head to St. Peter’s Square, considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, there will be free time for visiting the Basilica and the Square. Our guests who wish can also join an extra Rome by Night Tour (30€ per person) organized by our guide. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 7
- ROME
- After having breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish can join an extra Naples & Pompeii Tour (95€ per person) organized by our guide. Our first stop will be Pompeii, a city buried under 7 meters of ash due to the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in A.D. 79 until the 18th century. We will have the opportunity to see the houses, palaces, and the petrified people that emerged after archaeological excavations. After visiting the open-air museum in Pompeii, we will proceed to Naples. After arriving, we will embark on a panoramic city tour of Naples. During our city tour, we will see Plebiscito Square, the royal palace built in the 17th century, Castel Nuovo (New Castle), the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola inspired by St. Peter’s Square and the Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto I filled with shops, the Royal Theatre of San Carlo, built in 1737 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the port of Naples. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 8
- ROME – ISTANBUL
- After having breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport depending on the flight time. After completing the baggage and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival, the tour and our services will conclude.
