ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – (Siena Tour) – ROME
We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal 3 hours before departure to complete check-in, baggage drop, and passport control procedures, and then fly to Bologna at 12:40 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1217. After arriving in Bologna at 14:20 local time, we continue by our private bus to our hotel in the Rome area where we will be staying. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Siena Tour (50 Euro). Siena is famous for its narrow streets and small lanes dating back to the Middle Ages, as well as Campo Square, considered one of the largest squares in Europe. After a pleasant visit to Campo Square in Siena and the narrow, historic streets leading to it, we continue our journey to the hotel in the Rome area. Upon arrival at the hotel, room check-in and free time to rest.
ROME – (Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour) – (Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Rome Icons & Nemi Strawberry Village Tour (85 Euro). Our first stop on the tour is Nemi. Known for its wild strawberries and therefore called the “Strawberry Village,” Nemi hosts an annual strawberry festival. After a sightseeing walk in Nemi, where narrow streets opening onto squares, a mesmerizing lake and valley view, and the scent of strawberries in the air come together, we take you on a historical journey through Rome and its icons, the city known as Urbs caput mundi, meaning “the city at the center of the world,” with its art, history, music, shopping, sunshine, and cuisine. While the buildings in various styles from antiquity to the Renaissance made by competing architects attract thousands of tourists to the city in every season, Rome carries even the crowds without overwhelming them, with all its beauty and elegance. On our tour, we will see, panoramically, the Colosseum, the city’s symbol and the ancient theater that hosted gladiator fights throughout the Roman Empire; the Roman Forum, the ceremonial center of the city during imperial times; the Trevi Fountain, where, according to legend, anyone who throws a coin in will return to Rome; the Spanish Steps, famous for street performers; Piazza Pietra; and Piazza Popolo. At the end of the tour, we offer free time at Pantheon in central Rome. During this free time, guests who wish may join the optional Vatican and Rome Local Neighborhoods Tour (65 Euro). Starting with a view of Castel Sant’Angelo and Piazza Navona, we visit Vatican City/San Pietro, the center of the Catholic branch of Christianity and the smallest country in the world by area. We offer free time in St. Peter’s Square (Piazza San Pietro), where thousands of Catholics come every year to worship and gather, and where the Pope greets the public from his residence on special occasions, and where the world’s largest cathedral, San Pietro Basilica, with its 140 saint statues, is located. After the free time, we begin our Rome local neighborhoods tour. In this tour where we blend in with the people of Rome and feel like residents of the city, we see, panoramically, Trastevere, Piazza Trilussa, Ponte Sisto, and the Ghetto area, where you can experience the atmosphere of real Italy with its authenticity and simplicity, as well as its cafes, small family restaurants, boutiques, greengrocers, butchers, and many other small and charming shops, and the Ancient Tiber Island, connected to the city by two bridges. After a walk through the small, maze-like back streets with little tables set out, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Rome area.
ROME – (Naples Tour) – (Sorrento, the Pearl of Amalfi, or Lunch Included Pompeii Tour) – ROME
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the optional Naples Tour (40 Euro). Upon arrival in Naples, on our tour we will see Castel Nuovo, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Galleria Umberto, Teatro di San Carlo, Via Toledo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola. After free time in Naples, guests who wish may join the optional Lunch Included Pompeii Tour (80 Euro). We begin with lunch at a local restaurant and then visit Pompeii, lying at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which erupted in 79 AD and destroyed the city. The ancient city was uncovered in its full vitality as a result of long excavations by archaeologists in 1748. We complete our tour with a visit to the ancient city of Pompeii. Or guests who wish may join the optional Amalfi Pearl Sorrento Tour (80 Euro). Sorrento, whose history goes back to prehistoric times, fascinates visitors by combining Italian character and charm with a Mediterranean style. It is famous for its small tourist boutiques, stunning beaches, breathtaking views, and the Italian lemon liqueur Limoncello. After our city tour and sightseeing in Sorrento on the Amalfi coast, we offer free time. After the tour, we return to our hotel in the Rome area.
ROME – (San Gimignano Tour) – (Florence Masterpieces and Pisa Tour) – FLORENCE
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head toward our hotel in the Florence area. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional San Gimignano Tour (50 Euro). San Gimignano, which has earned a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List for preserving its medieval architecture and appearance to the present day, is also known as the “Town of Beautiful Towers” thanks to 14 architectural marvels that survived from 76 towers despite wars and natural disasters. After our sightseeing in San Gimignano’s narrow streets and squares, each opening onto the town square, where time seems to have stopped and visitors feel as if they have been taken on a time journey to the Middle Ages, and where we can panoramically see the 14 magnificent towers, we continue our journey to the Florence area hotel. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Florence Masterpieces and Pisa Tour (95 Euro). First, in Florence, the capital of the Renaissance and the hometown of Pinocchio, we will see from the outside the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, which immediately draws attention with its orange-colored dome and is the fourth largest church in Europe. One of the cathedral’s most striking features is the bronze door known as the “Gate of Paradise,” on which scenes representing prophet stories mentioned in the Qur’an are also depicted. Then, Giotto’s Bell Tower, once used to summon the people to parliament, Signoria Square, which was the political and social center of Florence for centuries and where Michelangelo’s famous David Statue is also located, and the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), famous for its antique and jewelry shops, will be among the places seen. After the Florence Masterpieces tour, our next stop is Pisa. Upon arrival in Pisa, our tour will include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral, the Baptistery, and Miracle Square. After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head to Milan. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Cinque Terre Tour by Train (65 Euro). Cinque Terre is a region on Italy’s Ligurian coast, known for its colorful houses, terraced slopes running parallel to the coast, and seaside villages. With its narrow streets, coastal views, and preserved architecture, it is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We complete our tour with a sightseeing visit and tour in one of the 5 villages that give Cinque Terre its name, and then continue our journey to Milan. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Portofino Tour by Boat (65 Euro). Surrounded by colorful houses, Portofino has inspired songs with all its beauty and enchants visitors with its narrow streets, colorful houses, green hills, and turquoise Mediterranean scenery. After our visit to Portofino, we continue our journey to Milan. Upon arrival at the hotel in the Milan area, room check-in and free time to rest.

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the optional Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour (95 Euro). The first stop of our tour is Milan. Milan, one of Europe’s fashion capitals, also stands out for its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although it is known as Italy’s business and financial capital, it is also the right place for shopping and dining. During our tour in Milan, famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, and Porta Romano will be among the main places seen. At the end of the Milan Masterpieces Tour, we arrive in Como. Upon arrival, our tour will include a visit to Lake Como, famous for hosting vacation homes of Hollywood celebrities, European elites, and the world jet set, as well as for its luxury lifestyle and natural beauty. We will have a photo break by the lake with its unique view. After free time in Como, guests who wish may join the optional Lugano (Switzerland) Tour (45 Euro), which is organized only for guests participating in the Milan Masterpieces and Como Tour. On our tour, we will take a peaceful walk along the shore of Lake Lugano, located in Switzerland, and admire the stunning nature and city park that will captivate us with their unique scenery, taking beautiful photos of the landscape. After the tour, we begin our return journey to our hotel in the Milan area. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Outlet Tour (35 Euro). After a pleasant free time for affordable and quality shopping at an outlet center hosting the stylish stores of many prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas, we complete our tour and return to our hotel in the Milan area.
MILAN – (Verona Tour) – VENICE – (Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands Tour by Boat)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we head toward our hotel in the Venice area. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Verona Tour (50 Euro). Verona, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also home to Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum and the house of the famous play Romeo and Juliet, written by the English writer Shakespeare, telling the world’s most famous love story. Our panoramic sightseeing tour on foot through Via Mazzini (main square) and Erbe Square, surrounded by many shops, cafes, and boutiques, will also include Verona Cathedral, after which we complete our tour and continue to our hotel in the Venice area. Along the way, guests who wish may join the optional Venice Masterpieces and Colorful Islands Tour by Boat (125 Euro – including Vaporetto transportation fees). In the first part of our tour in Venice, we will see major iconic landmarks such as San Marco Square, built of stone and marble with its columns brought from Istanbul; St. Mark’s Basilica; the Doge’s Palace, designed and used as a symbol of magnificence and power; the Clock Tower; the Bridge of Sighs; and the historic Campanile Bell Tower, followed by a pleasant walk through the streets of Venice connected by bridges and stretching along narrow canals. In the continuation of our tour, we organize our Colorful Islands program. After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, at the time indicated by our guide, we depart for Bologna Airport for our flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing baggage drop, ticketing, and passport control procedures, we fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1218 at 15:25. Arrival at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 18:55 local time and end of the tour.
