Day 1: ISTANBUL – ROME We meet our valuable guests in front of the Pegasus Airlines desk at the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, we take a scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, we depart with our private bus for a panoramic city tour of Rome. During the tour, we will see places such as Castel Sant’Angelo where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Piazza Venezia where Mussolini made speeches, the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, the Colosseum which hosted gladiator fights, the Trevi Fountain made famous by the film "La Dolce Vita", the Spanish Steps with 135 steps and the sinking ship fountain. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Accommodation is at the hotel. Day 2: ROME After breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Those interested can join the optional *Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour* (70€ per person) organized by our guide. We will visit Nemi village, known for its natural beauty and the natural environment where popes often spend their summer, and the region where you will want to live permanently, famous for wild strawberries. Then, we visit the Castel Romano Outlet shopping area for free shopping time. Afterwards, we go to St. Peter's Square, the center of Christianity. Upon arrival, there is free time to visit the Basilica and Square. Guests can join the optional *Rome by Night Tour* (30€ per person). Accommodation at the hotel. *Note: The extra tours offered today are conducted as combined operations. If purchased separately, transportation to/from the start and end points of the tours will be arranged individually.* Day 3: ROME After breakfast at the hotel, guests have free time. Those interested can join the optional *Naples & Pompeii Tour* (95€ per person). Our first stop is Pompeii, which was buried under 7 meters of ash after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD, until excavations in the 18th century revealed houses, palaces, and petrified people. After visiting the open-air museum of Pompeii, we head to Naples. Once there, we take a panoramic city tour. The tour includes Piazza del Plebiscito, the 17th-century Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo, San Francesco di Paola Basilica inspired by Piazza San Pietro and Pantheon in Rome, the Galleria Umberto, San Carlo Opera House from 1737 listed as UNESCO World Heritage, and Naples Port. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel. Day 4: ROME – FLORENCE After breakfast, we depart for Florence. Those interested can join the optional *Orvieto Tour* (30€ per person). In Orvieto, rich in natural beauty and with its ancient city center and Duomo, we will explore before heading to Florence. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic tour of Florence. The tour includes the Arno River dividing Florence, the Ponte Vecchio jewelry bridge, Palazzo Vecchio which was governed by the Medici family, Piazza Della Signoria with the Renaissance masterpieces of Hercules and David, Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with the third highest dome in Italy, and the famous Baptistery with its doors. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at the hotel. Day 5: FLORENSE Guests can join the optional *Tuscany Tour* (100€ per person). The first stop is Pisa, where the Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli are located. Then, we proceed to San Gimignano, which feels like stepping back into the Middle Ages, with its 13 medieval towers built in the 12th and 13th centuries and the Cisterno Square. Afterwards, we go to Siena. Siena's culture is dominated by neighborhoods; it has 17 districts. The city tour includes the Piazza del Campo where the Palio horse races take place, the Siena Cathedral still under construction, and narrow streets. After the tour, return to our hotel for overnight stay. Day 6: FLORENCE – MILAN After breakfast, we go to Milan. Those interested may join the optional *Bologna Tour* (30€ per person) along the route. In Bologna, the city tour covers Piazza Maggiore, Neptune Fountain, Old Stock Exchange building, Europe's first university building, Quadrilatero (old market), Garisenda and asinelli towers, which are symbols of Bologna. After the tour, we proceed to Milan. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour including the Milan Cathedral, the Fortezza Fortress, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, home to famous fashion stores. Accommodation at the hotel. Day 7: MILAN – VENICE After breakfast, we depart for Venice. Those interested can join the optional *Verona Tour* (35€ per person), where we will see Juliet's House, Verona Arena, Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture, and Verona Cathedral. After the tour, we go to Venice. Upon arriving at Tronchetto Square, a short boat ride takes us to San Marco Square for a panoramic city tour. The tour includes the famous St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs, the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace, Clock Tower, and Giorgio Maggiore Church. After the tour, free time is provided. Then, we transfer back to our hotel and stay overnight. Day 8: VENICE – BOLOGNA – ISTANBUL After breakfast, transfer to Bologna Airport depending on flight timings. After completing check-in and baggage procedures, we depart for Istanbul with Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, our tour and services conclude.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If there is not enough participation for the trip, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest, and the full tour fee is refunded. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, including domestic connecting flights purchased from Wtatil, will be made; if a visa service or travel health insurance has been used for visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded. If the visa application was not made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and their fees refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, in case of tour cancellation by Wtatil, no refund can be claimed from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the possible material and moral losses resulting from the tour's cancellation, and Wtatil is not responsible. 3- If there is not enough participation, Wtatil reserves the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the arrangements for the tour will be made solely for the guest, and only the international outbound-inbound transfer will be included in the package. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests may cancel without penalty by informing Wtatil in writing at least 30 days prior to the departure date. For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, charges will apply: if less than 31 days remain, 50% of the remaining tour fee; if 15 days or less remain, the full tour fee will be charged. For services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance, cancellation conditions vary depending on the time of cancellation—prior notice is required. Wtatil does not guarantee refunds for additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 5- The dates and times of tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites or weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany guests. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package, aimed at providing general information about the cities, are maximum 2-3 hours long and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours, along with other ones, may be rescheduled or canceled without Wtatil’s responsibility if access is restricted by local authorities or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in case of closed roads or restrictions. 7- The guide may change the scheduled days or times of city and additional tours depending on the number of participants and site closures. This also applies to schedule changes due to flight times. 8- For tours by speedboats, guests should avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their condition. 9- If guests do not participate in services included in the price (such as certain tours or meals), no refunds will be issued. Flights Information 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airlines; in case of disputes, Turkish laws, The Hague Protocol, and Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes. Wtatil is obliged to inform guests promptly. Guests purchase the tour with acceptance of the risk of flight time changes or cancellations. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes. 13- According to airline rules, if an outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Passengers on air-inclusive tours must personally complete check-in and boarding at the airport or online. 15- Last-minute delays or gate changes will be announced at the airport; guests are responsible for monitoring this information. 16- Guests who do not arrive at the airport on time, do not complete check-in or boarding, or do not board the flight for any reason, are not the responsibility of Wtatil. Those who miss their flight will need to arrange and pay for new tickets and transfers at their own expense. 17- The maximum baggage weight allowance on international flights is generally 20 kg; this may vary depending on the airline and destination. For domestic flights, it may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (business or first class) after issuance can do so depending on availability and the airline’s policy; no upgrade guarantee is provided. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for onboard meals or online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel; such requests are subject to hotel cancellation policies. 21- If the program mentions only the category of hotels without specific names, guests will be informed at least 48 hours prior to departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, hotels may be located further from the specified locations or by a greater distance; guests will be informed at least 15 days prior. 23- During registration, guests must accurately input their passport name, date of birth, and passport number; incorrect information may result in ticket cancellations or changes, with associated penalties borne by the guest. 24- Guests should check before departure whether their phones are unlocked for international use and contact their provider if needed. 25- Hotel check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00. 26- Wtatil will convey special requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel, but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 27- Breakfast at hotels generally consists of a continental style offering limited options such as bread, butter, jam, tea or coffee, and may be served in a designated separate room for groups. 28- In some cases, double rooms may have a double bed instead of twin beds; some hotels offer beds that can be joined when needed. 29- Policies regarding children's beds and extra beds vary by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are supplied upon request and subject to availability and hotel approval. 31- The maximum number of extra beds or cribs per room is one. 32- In triple rooms, an extra bed may be smaller than standard beds, consisting of a smaller mattress or foldable bed; the third guest in such rooms understands and accepts possible limitations in space and bed size. 33- Hotel reservations are based on the number of adults and children and their ages; misrepresentation may result in additional charges. Proper identification may be requested by the hotel for age verification. 34- For reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child discounts apply only when a child stays with two adults within the same room and with the specified age range. 35- Fluctuations in currency exchange rates during the day are reflected in prices in TL; additional services like minibars or ironing may be charged extra at the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries apply city, tourism, or local taxes, which will be collected at check-in or check-out by the hotel. 37- Distance data provided in the programs are map-based; actual travel times can vary due to traffic, weather, and other conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the sequence of city visits or the main airline without altering the content of the program if necessary. 39- Personal belongings, baggage, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of guests; Wtatil is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs related to retrieval or shipping of lost items are borne by the owner. 40- Guests are required to carry their travel health insurance policies, medications, and reports for any medical conditions. 41- Additional charges, deposits, or guarantees at the hotel may be required at check-in. Refunds for deposits are managed directly between the hotel and guests. Visa and Passport 42- No visa is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date. 44- To pass through customs or border controls, passports must have at least 2 blank pages. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border officials may refuse entry or exit without responsibility of Wtatil. 46- Guests with dual nationality or using another country’s passport must verify visa requirements with relevant embassies; Wtatil is not responsible for any consequences of non-compliance. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at border crossing; Wtatil is not responsible for problems arising from damaged passports. 48- Guests under 18 travelling alone or with only one parent may be asked for notarized consent documents at border controls; such guests and parents are advised to comply with this requirement.
