  • After picking you up from the specified points, we will start our night journey with DGN Travel for the Black Sea Tour.

Day 2

  • Terme – Giresun – Giresun Castle - Trabzon – Atatürk Mansion – Maçka - Altındere National Park - Sümela Monastery – Hamsiköy Rice Pudding – Sürmene Knife Workshop – Rize
  • After our night journey, we start the day with a breakfast break in Terme with DGN Travel. After breakfast, we arrive in Giresun via the Ünye, Fatsa Ordu route, where we get a panoramic view of Giresun Castle, the capital of hazelnuts, on our way to Trabzon. 
  •  
  • Our first sightseeing spot in Trabzon will be Atatürk Mansion. This mansion, which was visited by Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk twice in 1924 and 1930 and where he stayed in 1937, also holds a part of his will. The architecture and garden of Atatürk Mansion will amaze you. We will explore Atatürk Mansion with information from our guide. After that, we will go to our restaurant where we can eat the famous Akçaabat Meatballs for lunch. After our lunch, we will head to Sümela Monastery.
  • We arrive at Sümela Monastery, located on approximately 300 meters above the valley, by passing through Maçka, which means "a place that sees much rain" in ancient Greek. (Extra ring vehicles will be used to reach the Monastery inside the National Park.) Sümela Monastery, a Rum Orthodox Monastery and Complex, is one of the oldest churches in the history of Christianity. We will explore the historically significant Sümela Monastery with the explanations of our guide. After completing our visits here, we will move to the facility where we will taste the famous Hamsiköy rice pudding.
  • After enjoying our pudding, we will head to the knife workshop, which holds an important place in local culture, to learn about and shop for handmade Sürmene knives. We will get information about the handcrafted knives that have come down from the past to the present and complete our shopping there. After our purchases, we will head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Day 3

  • Ayder Plateau – Gelintülü Waterfall – Huser Plateau – Fırtına Valley - Zilkale – Çat Valley – Batum – Gonio (Apsaros) Castle – Çoruh River – Orta Mosque – Piazza Square – St. Nicholas Church (Noel Baba Church) – Armenian Apostolic Church - Astronomical Clock
  • On the 3rd day of the Black Sea Tour with DGN Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Ayder Plateau. We will photograph Gelintülü Waterfall, which flows down from hundreds of meters like a white veil. Then we will provide free time in Ayder Plateau. During your free time, you can take unforgettable photos with excellent views and enjoy your morning coffee. After our free time, we will conduct Huser Plateau tour with those who wish.

  • Huser Plateau Tour (Extra): In case Huser Plateau Tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions, an alternative extra tour to Kavron Plateau will be made. We start a tour filled with fun and magnificent views with minibuses we will take from Çamlıhemşin. If the weather is cloudy, you will be mesmerized by the sea of fog views. If the weather is clear, you will have the opportunity to see Avusor, Kavron, Verçenik and Samistal Plateaus, the peaks of Kaçkar, the Black Sea, and Kaçkar Mountains. The Huser Plateau Tour lasts 2.5 - 3.5 hours.

  • After our Huser Plateau tour, we will see the cute district of Çamlıhemşin, established at the starting point of Fırtına Valley, and have free time by the Fırtına River. We will then conduct an extra Zilkale and Çat Valley tour with those who wish.

  • Zilkale, Çat Valley Tour (Extra): We will start a tour filled with fun and magnificent views with the minibuses we will take from Çamlıhemşin. We enter the Çat Valley, one of the two valleys that form Fırtına Valley. Passing through Ortan Village, we arrive at the old name of Çinçiva, now known as Şenyuva Village, where many productions, including the series "Sevdaluk," have been filmed. Here we take a short photo break on Şenyuva Bridge. After that, we will move towards Zilkale, rising in the wild nature of Çat Valley among Fırtına Mansions, which are among the oldest mansions in our country. When we arrive at the castle, which is 750 meters above sea level and 100 meters above the Çat River, we will have free time after receiving information from our guide. During this free time, you can walk around the castle and take magnificent photos against the backdrop of the enchanting green scenery. After our free time in Zilkale, we will return to Çamlıhemşin by minibuses.

  • After our Zilkale tour, we will take a bus to reach the facility located in Fırtına Valley. Here, during our free time, you can taste local delicacies such as muhlama, laz böreği, and trout; you can also participate in fun-filled activities.

  • Rafting in Fırtına River (Extra): For guests who love adrenaline, rafting, which is an enjoyable activity, becomes more enjoyable with Fırtına River. In this activity lasting about 1.5 hours, you can experience fun moments and immortalize this enjoyment with the photos taken.

  • Zipline in Fırtına River (Extra): You can have a fun experience by crossing from one side of the Fırtına River to the other and back via steel ropes.
  •  
  • Big Swing (Extra): Experience an adrenaline-filled swing ride pushed over the Fırtına River, around 5 meters high, reinforced with steel ropes and pulled by motors.

  • After completing our activities in Fırtına Valley, we will move towards our hotel in Hopa. After our dinner at the hotel, those who wish can take our bus for the night tour famous for its illuminations in Batum, crossing the Sarp Border Gate.
  •  
  • Batum Tour (Extra): After completing our entry procedures at the Sarp Border Gate, we enter Georgia and board our waiting bus to start our tour. First, we will see Gonio (Apsaros) Castle, which has the tomb of St. Matthias, one of the 12 Apostles of Christ, panoramic view, a Roman relic, and used during the Ottoman period. While continuing toward the city center of Batum, we will also see the Çoruh River, which flows from Erzurum to Batum borders, and the ancient Çoruh Bridge over it. During our journey along Batum Boulevard, we will have a panoramic view of buildings constructed in Soviet architectural style and the newly built Batum city center. Finally, we will get off our bus in the city center and begin our walking tour. First, we will see Orta Mosque, the only remaining masterpiece from Ottoman times, built in 1886, where we will also see the magnificent door decorations made by Laz masters. Then, we will reach Piazza Square, which reminds one of the European city squares with its remarkable architecture. Here, we will have a photo break before heading towards European Square. While walking, we will see the Astronomical Clock Tower, similar to those in Prague and Venice, and the Armenian Apostolic Church before entering European Square. In the European Square, we see the Medea Statue, reflecting the mythological face of the Caucasus, and after receiving information from our guide, we will see the Theater Building. After that, we will see the Poseidon Statue, which is one of the Greek gods, and the clock tower, a replica of the Izmir Clock Tower known as Çaça Tower. Finally, we will arrive at Batum Port and see the Ali and Nino Statue, which inspired film characters, and listen to its story from our guide. We will then see the Alphabet Tower, which is 130 meters high, symbolizing the freedom of the Georgian alphabet and its people, and will have free time along Batum Boulevard. After our free time, we say goodbye to Batum and head towards Sarp Border Gate. While entering Turkey, you will have the chance to shop at Duty Free for the time allotted by our guide. After completing our exit procedures, we board our bus and head to our hotel.

Day 4

  • Rize Fabric Weaving Workshop – Haremtepe Çeçeva Tea Gardens – Tea Factory – Of – Çaykara – Uzungöl – Lustra and Karester Plateaus
  • On the 4th day of the Black Sea Tour with DGN Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will take our bus to Çayeli. We will visit the Rize Fabric Weaving Workshop, famous for its textiles, to learn about yarn and weaving and have free time for shopping. After our shopping break at the Rize Fabric, those who wish will board our waiting minibuses for the Haremtepe Çeçeva Tea Gardens tour.

  • Haremtepe Çeçeva Tea Gardens Tour (Extra): In Çeçeva Village, you can wear local clothes and take beautiful photos while picking tea with tea scissors and baskets among the endless tea fields.
  •  
  • After the Çeçeva tour, we will visit the Tea Factory, one of the first products that come to mind when thinking of the Black Sea. Here we will learn about the processes tea goes through, complete the factory tour, and have free time for tasting and shopping for delicious teas.
  •  
  • Then we will head to Uzungöl. Taking the route via Of-Çaykara-Taşkıran along Solaklı Stream and Valley, we reach Uzungöl, a dam lake formed by landslides blocking the valley. We will take a short walk with our guide after arriving in Uzungöl, and after receiving information from our guide, we will have free time. During this free time, those who wish may participate in the Karester Plateau tour, where they can see Uzungöl from a bird's-eye view.
  • (Depending on weather conditions and regional density, Karester Plateau Tour will be prioritized; if weather conditions are an impediment, Demirkapı Plateau tour in Haldizen Stream will be conducted. One of the two tours among the group will be held.)
  •  
  • Karester Plateau Tour (Extra): We will board the minibuses waiting for us in Uzungöl and stop for a break to enjoy the Uzungöl view. After this photo break, we will go up to the height of 2300 meters and reach Karester Plateau with a short hike. In Karester Plateau, where we will see Uzungöl from above, we will have free time to take magnificent photos, drink tea, ayran, and milk, and eat the famous rice pudding from Trabzon. After our free time, we will return to Uzungöl by minibuses. (For our guests participating in Karester tour, the free time in Uzungöl will be determined by the guide according to the flow of the tour.)

  • After our enjoyable plateau tour, we will leave Uzungöl and head towards our hotel. Dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.

Day 5

  • Trabzon - Hagia Sophia - Telkari and Kazaziye Workshop – Local Delicacies – Ordu – Boztepe – Istanbul
  • On the last day of the Black Sea Tour with DGN Travel, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Trabzon Hagia Sophia, one of the most important religious centers in the Black Sea.
  • Trabzon Hagia Sophia, which was built as a church between 1250 – 1260 by King I. Manuel, who established the Empire of Trabzon in 1204, was converted into a mosque in 1584 by order of Sultan 3. Murad. After our guide's explanations here, we will head to our workshop where we will learn about the traditional arts of telkari and kazaziye practiced since the Ottoman period.
  • At the Telkari and Kazaziye Workshop, where we combine the noblest metal, silver, with different designs crafted by hand, we will have free time. Then we will head to the Local Products Store to shop for regional products like butter, cheese, and honey produced in the area. After our tasting and shopping break at the store, we will bid farewell to Trabzon and head towards Ordu.
  • When we arrive in Ordu, we will have free time along the Ordu coast. During this time, those who wish can use the Teleferik line to go up to Boztepe with a view of Ordu. The Ordu Boztepe teleferik line takes you up to 530 meters in just 7 minutes from the city center. When you arrive at the top, you will encounter the wonderful view of the Black Sea and Ordu. One of the best things to do in this environment, where green meets blue, is to enjoy the view and take photos. After our time in Boztepe, we will return down by teleferik and meet on our bus.
  • We conclude our Black Sea Tour with DGN Travel and begin our return journey. We bid farewell, leaving our valued guests at the designated points we picked them up from in the morning, hoping to meet again at another DGN Travel organization.
