3 - The cancellation and refund of any additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. 1-For the tours to be conducted in Turkish, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (upon guest's approval)
B-A price difference may be charged for the tour to be conducted in English or Turkish (upon guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the guest will be refunded the amount paid for that tour without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases a tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, in the event the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue confirmed by a doctor's report arises for themselves and/or anyone staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour starts, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
C-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts will not be refunded.
D-Guests who are not at the specified meeting point at the designated time may opt to come to another point on their own to join the tour. If they opt not to do this, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E-Some tours may pick up guests from different hotels, so if delays occur, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration; therefore, they cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and in case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
F-The authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the pick-up times during free time and breaks during the tour. If the guest is late, the authorized personnel may either wait for a reasonable time if the tour flow is not affected or continue. Otherwise, the guest must find their way to the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all of which are certified by Egyptian Authorized Authorities. In cases of deficient and/or defective service during our tours and activities, since your process in Egypt is constantly monitored by our company, problems can be solved through instant interventions, and/or partial or full refunds can be made based on the issue. However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, and technical failures that may lead to delays.

Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences that may occur. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please make sure you understand these risks; if in doubt, please seek information from our authorized personnel.
