GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-Tours with Turkish guides require a minimum number of participants to materialize. If this minimum number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-For an additional fee, tours can be conducted in English or Turkish (with guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the guest will be refunded the full amount paid for that tour. If the discount given for the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the amount of the difference will be refunded.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations and payments to local service providers are made. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs for themselves and/or the person sharing the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded fully. If the discount given for the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the amount of the difference will be refunded.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour will result in a 50% refund of the payment made. If the discount given for the discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the amount of the difference will be refunded.
 C-No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour departure.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time can opt to reach another point to join the tour on their own. If they prefer not to do this, or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refunds will be provided.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to find out when their transportation will arrive. Such delays do not affect the tour's content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered reasons for cancellation, and a refund will not be made if a cancellation is requested.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide necessary information regarding the return times during free times and breaks given during the tour. If the guest is late and it does not affect the tour flow, our personnel has the discretion to wait for a reasonable time or continue. In other circumstances, the guest can either come to the next stop using their means or return to the hotel using their means. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR PROTECTION: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are based on the best quality and price ratio and our extensive experience in Egypt for many years; they are all certified by the International Tourism Standards and the Authorized Egyptian Authorities. In our tours and activities; in the event of a deficiency and/or defective service, since we continuously monitor your time in Egypt with our company, any issues can be solved with immediate interventions, and/or partial or full refunds can be made depending on the problem. The refunds will be made after deducting the discounts given from the total amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather disturbances, guest errors, and technical malfunctions causing delays.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have any health issues, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized personnel about the conditions of the tour before making your decision to participate.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Biking, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, and camel rides carry certain risks of accidents and can lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. When participating in these types of tours and activities, make sure you are aware of these risks; if you have doubts, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still not sure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask you to strictly follow the warnings of our authorized personnel, adhere to the outlined precautions, and wear the provided safety equipment as needed. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate attire in places of religious significance. Our company holds no responsibility for guests who are denied entry due to clothing issues.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, bathing suits, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls or borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide of food allergies or other allergies and special dietary needs due to health issues. Please understand that we may not always be able to meet these special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise you not to drink open water or other beverages, and to avoid consuming fruit/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled. You should also avoid consuming unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, related costs will be your responsibility.
