GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- A minimum number of participants is required for the tours to be conducted in Turkish with a guide. If this minimum is not met:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B- For a price difference, the tour may be conducted in either English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C- If none of the above options are acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without any deductions. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
2- Upon purchasing the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if a guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour;
A- If a verified health issue with a doctor's report arises for themselves or another person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will incur a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on bundled packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund.
D- Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the designated time may choose to attend the tour at another location at their own expense. If they do not prefer this or it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, if any delays occur, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration and cannot be considered as a reason for tour cancellation; therefore, there will be no refunds if a cancellation is requested.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the return times at designated break locations during the tour. If a guest is late, personnel has the authority to wait for a reasonable time or proceed based on the impact on the tour flow. Otherwise, the guest may continue to the next point at their own expense or return to the hotel at their own cost, in which case no refund will be provided.

In the event of inadequate and/or defective service during our tours and activities, since your experience in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, any problems can be solved promptly, and/or partial or full refunds may be made based on the related issues. However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control arising from local and general circumstances in Egypt, such as traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, or technical failures leading to delays.

5- Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/jet ski safaris, 4X4 jeep safaris, camel rides, etc. carry some risks of accidents that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure you understand these risks and do not hesitate to ask our authorized personnel for information if you are uncertain. If you are still in doubt, please do not make the purchase. While participating in such tours and activities, we kindly ask that you follow the instructions of our authorized personnel and adhere to the safety equipment provided.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to dress appropriately at places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for any guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to their clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, bathing suits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, or to borrow towels from the hotel.
