- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in tours that include flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guests at the airports before the flight or online through the airline's websites.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at the airports and are displayed on information boards. This information should be monitored by guests personally.
- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the notified times or do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who completed these procedures on time but did not board the plane. All costs related to obtaining new tickets for the required return and departure or transfers in the visited area, etc., are borne by the guests.

It is ensured that the reserved rooms comply with the guests' preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in, and Wtatil cannot guarantee them.
