Day 1 Izmir – Frankfurt – Strasbourg Meet 3 hours before departure at the SunExpress Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Upon arrival in Frankfurt at 08:35 local time, depart for Strasbourg by our waiting vehicle. While touring Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region, you will feel as if you are traveling back in time through Europe’s largest cobblestone medieval quarter. With its fairytale-like nature and historical structures, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and many works of art, it is truly a place worth seeing. Strasbourg also has historical significance as the place where the French national anthem “La Marseillaise” was written, and it appears as a city where Alsace culture and French architecture are blended together. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, the Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district decorated with traditional Alsace houses will be among the places to see.
