GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The participation of a minimum number of participants is required for tours to take place with a Turkish guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the consent of the guest)
B-The tour may be conducted in English or Turkish for a price difference (with the consent of the guest)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If they or the person they are sharing the room with experiences a health issue verified by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
C-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not receive any refund.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time can choose to get to the tour at another point by their own means. If they do not prefer this or it is not possible due to the content of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours also collect guests from different hotels, there may be delays. In such cases, the guest should contact our authorized staff to find out when the vehicle will reach them. Delays like this do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, cannot be considered as a reason for cancellation and will not receive a refund if cancellation is requested.
F-The authorized personnel will inform guests of the departure times during free times and rest stops. In the event that guests are late, it is at the discretion of the personnel to wait for a reasonable time, provided that the flow of the tour is not affected, or to proceed. Otherwise, if the guest prefers, they can get to the next point by their means or return to the hotel by their means. In this case, no refund will be made.
