2 -Our guide and our company may change the flow of the tour program as long as the content remains the same.
3 -Cancellation and refund of additional services purchased individually or collectively in Egypt is not possible. If you purchase them together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to additional services. We recommend that you purchase a security package insurance policy at your agency against any inconveniences, as our company has no other application in this situation since necessary reservations are made and paid to service providers. 4 -Depending on the number of people in the vehicles;

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-The participation of a minimum number of participants is required for tours to take place with a Turkish guide. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the consent of the guest)
B-The tour may be conducted in English or Turkish for a price difference (with the consent of the guest)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
 2-Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If they or the person they are sharing the room with experiences a health issue verified by a doctor's report, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
B-Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the refund will be made for the difference.
C-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not receive any refund.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time can choose to get to the tour at another point by their own means. If they do not prefer this or it is not possible due to the content of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours also collect guests from different hotels, there may be delays. In such cases, the guest should contact our authorized staff to find out when the vehicle will reach them. Delays like this do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, cannot be considered as a reason for cancellation and will not receive a refund if cancellation is requested.
F-The authorized personnel will inform guests of the departure times during free times and rest stops. In the event that guests are late, it is at the discretion of the personnel to wait for a reasonable time, provided that the flow of the tour is not affected, or to proceed. Otherwise, if the guest prefers, they can get to the next point by their means or return to the hotel by their means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are among the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experiences in Egypt, all of which are certified by the Relevant Egyptian Authorities and meet International Tourism Standards. In case of defective and/or flawed service in our tours and activities, since the processes you go through in Egypt with us are continuously monitored by our company, problems can be solved with immediate interventions and/or this may warrant a partial or full refund depending on the problem. Refunds will be made from the net paid amount after deducting the discount of discounted packages.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions such as local and general situations in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, delays based on technical failures, and other conditions that may arise beyond our control.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health problems, we kindly ask you to inquire about the conditions of the tour and decide to participate accordingly by consulting our authorized personnel.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents that can lead to serious injuries. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. By participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you are uncertain, please ask our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, do not complete the purchase process. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we ask you to strictly adhere to the warnings of our authorized personnel, follow all safety measures, and wear the safety equipment provided as required. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing in places of religious significance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are denied entry due to such clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special belongings/clothing. Comfortable footwear, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls are the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent; borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is also entirely our guests’ responsibility.
8-Guests should inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, as well as significant health-related dietary concerns. We should inform you that we may not always be able to meet your needs in these situations. We can only commit to doing our best.
9- We highly recommend that you refrain from consuming open water or other drinks during your stay in Egypt and on our tours, and ensure that you do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and avoid consuming unwrapped foods sold openly. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt; hence symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In this case, our company will assist you in receiving the necessary medical intervention, but the related costs will be your responsibility.
10-As a cautious individual on both domestic and international travels, we especially recommend that you purchase your Health and Travel Insurance before your trip.
