Day 1 Izmir – Cologne – Amsterdam

Meet in front of the SunExpress Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before the flight. Following baggage, ticket and passport procedures, depart for Cologne at 02:45 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 902. After arriving at 04:20 local time, our vehicle waiting at the airport departs for Amsterdam. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, our city tour begins. During our city tour in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, which borders Germany to the east and Belgium to the south, Dam Square, Central Station, the National Monument, the Royal Palace, the Flower Market and the Red Light District are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Amsterdam’s Magnificent Canals tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (30 Euros) How about viewing Amsterdam and its magnificent architecture while touring its canals? While cruising by boat through Amsterdam’s canals, which extend over 100 km and number 165, you will have the opportunity to see Amsterdam from a different perspective. Day 2 Amsterdam – Zaanse Schans – Marken – Volendam – Giethoorn – Amsterdam

Following breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Fairytale Villages and Water Canals (Zaanse Schans & Marken & Volendam & Giethoorn Hobbit Village) tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (100 Euros) Our tour begins in the town of Zaanse Schans. One of the Netherlands’ hidden paradise towns, Zaanse Schans is a famous Dutch town known for its old historic windmills dating back to the 17th century that are still operating, as well as its untouched nature. In the Dutch town of Zaanse Schans, which possesses beauty unlike anything else in the world with its historic windmills and wooden houses, you will feel as though you are visiting an open-air museum. Our second stop on the tour is Marken. After exploring this wonderful island, which was once an island but was later connected to the mainland by filling in the area between them, we depart for Volendam. Volendam is a place that captivates people as soon as they see it with its harbor, characteristic Dutch houses and people in traditional clothing. After spending some pleasant time in this town, where you can taste delicious seafood and cheeses and purchase inexpensive souvenirs, our final stop is Giethoorn Hobbit Village. Considered one of the most beautiful places in the world, Giethoorn is one of Europe’s most fairytale-like destinations. Day 3 Amsterdam – Bruges – Ghent – Brussels

Following breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Brussels. Along the way, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Cities Bruges & Ghent tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (75 Euros) Our first stop is Bruges, famous for its magnificent beauty. Today, Bruges is one of the leading cities in Europe in terms of tourist arrivals and was placed under UNESCO protection in 1991. With its medieval architecture, canals, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings and squares, it has become one of Europe’s most cherished cities. After visiting this beautiful city, we travel to Ghent, another city where time seems to have stood still. With a history of 1,400 years, Ghent was established where the Scheldt and Lys rivers meet and was one of the largest and wealthiest cities of the Middle Ages. After our tour of this city, famous for its medieval monuments and university, we depart for Brussels. One of the most remarkable stops on Benelux tours, Brussels stands out for its diversity. Thanks to its cosmopolitan structure, the city offers travelers many different opportunities, and we will visit a number of valuable landmarks. Upon arrival, the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese houses, Brussels Cathedral, the city square, the Stock Exchange Building, the Atomium Monument and the Manneken Pis Statue are among the places to be seen. Day 4 Brussels – Paris

Following breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Paris, one of the world’s most romantic cities. Upon arrival in Paris, the places we will see include Charles de Gaulle and the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum and Pyramid, Place de l’Étoile, the Grand Palais and Petit Palais exhibition palaces, Place de la Concorde and its Obelisk, the French Parliament Building, Pont Alexandre III, the Seine River, Napoleon’s Tomb and the Eiffel Tower. Following our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Paris Under Magnificent Lights tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (30 Euros) Paris is beautiful in a different way by day and by night. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to see the Champs-Élysées, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum and many other boulevards, buildings and squares illuminated at night. Day 5 Paris

Following breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Cruise (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise & Montmartre Artists’ Hill & Sacré-Cœur Basilica & Notre-Dame Cathedral) tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (100 Euros) Our first stop is the Eiffel Tower, the city’s iconic landmark visited by millions of tourists every year. You will have the chance to see Paris from above by going up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. We then take a boat tour on the Seine River, which divides Paris in two. After seeing the historic monuments on both banks of the river during the boat tour, we take a cable car up Montmartre Hill, the highest point in Paris. At this hill, which bears the traces of important artists such as Pablo Picasso, Henri Toulouse-Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent van Gogh and Jean Marais, Sacré-Cœur Basilica will be the first place we visit. After seeing this structure up close, we take a break at Place du Tertre, where you can shop and have your portrait painted, and then visit Notre-Dame Cathedral, described as a symbol of French history as well as an indispensable part of Paris’s skyline. Notre-Dame Cathedral was built by order of King Louis VII, who ruled between 1137 and 1180, to demonstrate Paris’s political, economic and cultural power to the world. Day 6 Paris – Reims – Metz

Following breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Reims, another beautiful city in France. Reims is the ancient capital of the Gallic people, and its name derives from Remes, dating from that period. In Reims, the most important and largest city of the Champagne region, which has witnessed the coronation ceremonies of many French kings with its history reaching back to the Roman Empire and its unique Gothic architecture, the Reims Cathedral, added to the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 1991, the Palace of Tau, Saint Remi Basilica and La Porte de Mars are among the places to be seen during this magnificent tour. Following our tour, we set off for Metz. Metz,

located in France’s Lorraine region between Nancy and Luxembourg, is a fascinating city. Ranked fourth in the “European Best Destinations” competition held in 2019, Metz,

is included on UNESCO’s Tentative World Heritage List for its historical, cultural and architectural features. Following our tour here, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 Metz – Luxembourg

Following breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Luxembourg. Upon arrival, our Luxembourg city tour begins. Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the Town Hall and Constitution Square are among the places to be seen. Following our tour, guests who wish may join the Magnificent History and Mosaics (Trier & Remich & Schengen) tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion. (55 Euros) Our first stop is Trier, founded by the Romans in 15 BC and known as Germany’s oldest city. During our city tour in Trier, located in the Moselle Wine Region among low red sandstone hills covered with vineyards along the Moselle River, one of the tributaries of the Rhine, the Porta Nigra, the largest surviving Roman city gate north of the Alps, Roman ruins included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site, St. Peter’s Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady, the Constantine Basilica and the house where Karl Marx, the revolutionary thinker known as the father of scientific socialism, was born are among the places to be seen. Following our visit to Trier, we depart for the tax-haven town of Remich, the most affordable shopping destination throughout our tour. Due to Luxembourg’s low-tax policies and its location near the border, you can purchase products such as chocolate, coffee and alcoholic beverages here at very low prices. Finally, we visit Schengen, the point where the borders of Germany, France and Luxembourg meet and where the agreement abolishing passport controls and establishing free movement between European Union member states was signed. In this village, one of Europe’s important wine regions, you will have the opportunity to taste local wines and see the monument and building where the Schengen Agreement was signed. Day 8 Luxembourg – Düsseldorf – Izmir

Following breakfast at the hotel, depart for Düsseldorf Airport. Following baggage, ticket and passport procedures, depart for Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 14:15 on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 959. Arrival at 19:30 local time and the end of our tour.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; DGNTRAVEL reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if an internal connecting flight has been purchased from DGNTRAVEL, it will also be refunded to the guest. Visa services, travel health insurance that have been used for visa application on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded. If no visa application has been made, visa and travel health insurance fees are canceled and refunded. If the guest obtained the internal connecting flight from a provider other than DGNTRAVEL, in case of DGNTRAVEL's cancellation of the tour, they cannot request any refund from DGNTRAVEL. The guest agrees in advance to possible financial and emotional losses due to the tour cancellation; DGNTRAVEL is not responsible. 3- DGNTRAVEL has the good intention to not cancel the tour if sufficient participation is not achieved. In this case, the tour will be provided individually to the guest, and the included guide service will only cover international round-trip transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests may cancel without penalty by notifying DGNTRAVEL in writing at least 30 days prior to the departure date, except for airline tickets paid or committed to by DGNTRAVEL. If the cancellation request occurs less than 31 days before the departure, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies if within 15 days or less, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty. When requesting cancellation, the terms for refund of additional services such as internal connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing; prior inquiry is necessary. DGNTRAVEL cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of scenic city tours and other excursions in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and ancient sites visited, weather conditions, etc. During the tours, different guides may accompany guests. 6- City tours included in the package are panoramic city tours, generally lasting 2-3 hours, including museum and site entrances, designed for general city introduction with guide narration from within the vehicle. These tours may not include entry to specific sites. If local authorities do not permit visits or if paths are closed due to events or weather conditions, DGNTRAVEL bears no responsibility. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access is restricted. 7- Our guide may alter the schedule of city or additional tours based on the content, number of participants, or site closures, and this includes possible changes due to flight schedule adjustments. 8- For tours via speed boats, guests should avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding. Those with stomach, back, or neck issues, or pregnant guests, should inform guides of their condition. 9- If guests do not participate in services included in the prices, such as specific tours or meals, refunds are not provided. Regarding Flights 10- DGNTRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, Turkish legislation, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes. DGNTRAVEL is responsible for informing guests promptly. Guests purchase the tour accepting the risk of such changes or cancellations. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes. 13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight booking will be canceled by the airline. 14- Passengers participating in the air tour must handle their own check-in and boarding procedures, either at the airport counters or online, prior to the flight. 15- Last-minute delays or gate changes are announced at airports via public address and displayed on information screens. Guests should follow these updates. 16- Guests who do not arrive at the specified time for check-in and boarding, or do not board the plane despite completing procedures, are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL. Rebooking and transportation costs for missed flights are the guest’s responsibility. 17- In general, the baggage weight limit for departures from Turkey is 20 kg; this can vary by airline and destination. Domestic flights within countries may have limits of 15 kg. Excess baggage fees are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets (to business or first class) after issuance must check with the airline regarding availability; upgrades are subject to the airline’s policies and no guaranteed milage increase can be promised. 19- Extra services such as meals or online check-in offered by some airlines may incur additional costs. Other Aspects 20- DGNTRAVEL accepts no responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply. 21- If the hotel name is not specified but only category or options are provided, DGNTRAVEL will inform guests about the hotel 48 hours before departure. 22- In special periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, sports events, etc.), hotels may be located further from standard locations. Guests will be informed at least 15 days prior. 23- During reservations, guests must provide correct personal details from their passports (name, date of birth, passport number). Tickets issued with incorrect info may be canceled or changed, and any penalties are at the guest’s expense. 24- Guests should confirm that their phones are unlocked for international use before leaving Turkey, by contacting their service provider. 25- Check-in time at hotels is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 26- DGNTRAVEL communicates special requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed types) to hotels. While efforts are made to fulfill these requests based on availability, guarantees cannot be given. 27- Breakfast offered at hotels generally consists of limited options such as continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee) and may be served in a separate room. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two separate beds; many European hotels offer rooms with convertible, twin beds. 29- Child and extra bed policies differ by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are provided based on request and hotel's availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The maximum capacity for extra beds or cribs in a room is one. 32- In 3-person rooms, extra beds are usually smaller than standard beds; such rooms include one large bed and one "coach" bed or folding bed. Guests acknowledge the potential for crowding and different bed sizes in these rooms. 33- Incorrectly declared guest counts or ages during booking may result in additional charges from hotels; responsibility lies with the guest. Hotels may request ID to verify age. 34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, children may not have their own beds. Child rates apply only if the child stays with two adults and conforms to age groups; discounts are only valid for a single child sharing with two adults. 35- Currency exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in the prices; current rates apply at payment. Additional services at the hotel (minibar, iron, etc.) are extra and paid directly at the hotel. 36- Local taxes, city taxes, or tourism levies may vary by country, region, or city and are payable at check-in or check-out by the guest. 37- Distance information in programs is based on maps; traffic, weather, road work, or geographic conditions may extend travel times. 38- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of cities or the main airline without altering the overall program due to circumstances beyond control or necessity. 39- Personal belongings (bags, suitcases, passports, IDs) are the responsibility of the guest. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Costs for returning items or dealing with incidents are borne by the owner. 40- Guests are required to carry their travel health insurance policies, medications, and relevant reports during the trip. 41- Extra expenses at hotels (such as deposits for key cards or passports) may be requested, and refunds at check-out are handled between guests and hotels, with no involvement from DGNTRAVEL. Visa and Passports 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the travel end date. 44- For customs and border crossings, passports must have at least 2 blank pages for entry and exit stamps. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border officials may deny entry or exit. DGNTRAVEL is not responsible; responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Non-Turkish or dual citizens using another country's passport must consult relevant consulates regarding visa procedures; DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for the consequences of non-compliance. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged should be renewed in order to avoid issues at border crossings or customs; responsibility is with the traveler. 48- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a notarized parental consent form. Both minors and parents are advised to be attentive to this requirement.
