Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

About Flights

- DGNTRAVEL is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.

- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.

- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.

- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip flight ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and guests are required to complete these procedures before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters or online through the airlines’ websites.

- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the airport. These details must be followed personally by the guests.

- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. All expenses related to obtaining the new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, belong to the guests themselves.

- The baggage allowance on most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL.

- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class), the upgrade may be carried out after the tickets have been issued, subject to the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Every effort is made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.

- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin room with two beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary.

- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.

- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is a maximum of 1.

Extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms in triple-room and/or reservations with children.

- If the number of children who will stay with adults and the children’s ages stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.

- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may be no separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child in the applicable age group staying with two adults.

- Exchange rate changes during the day are reflected in prices in Turkish lira. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon arrival or departure.

- The road distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks and road conditions.

- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used, without altering the content of the program, when necessary or deemed appropriate.

- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited for the passport they will use; otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
