- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the departure of the tour. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your travel agency.

- In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning the names of hotels, and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.

- Triple rooms can be assigned depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, the tour participants accept that they may experience tightness and bed type issues in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who meets the age group and stays with 2 adults.

- The breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the host country and are generally provided as a limited menu usually referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to introduce the cities generally and are conducted with guided commentary from inside the vehicle without including museum and historical site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be conducted due to local authorities not permitting visits on the specified day and time of the tour, closed roads due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, Dgn Travel shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of said tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or vehicle access is not permitted.

- If only category information is provided or if there are alternative details for the same destination, you can learn about the hotels where you will be staying 48 hours before the trip.

- For our promotional and early booking campaign tours, guests cannot cancel or make changes.

- Dgn Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur on scheduled and charter flights, or departure times may change before the existing trip and flight. Dgn Travel is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 are exempt from airport taxes and fees.

- There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A visa application must be made with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion, along with the documents listed in the "Required Documents for Visa" provided by our agency.

- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of the passport is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.

- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; immigration officers have the authority to deny entry. Dgn Travel is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- To avoid issues at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is recommended to renew such passports and ensure that any visa for countries requiring visas for Turkish citizens is present in the new passport. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

- Guests under 18 years old are advised to be sensitive about carrying a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at country entry-exit points, as there might be a possibility that they will be asked by the police officer on duty.
