Important Notes
-Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If adequate participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation by the final cancellation notification date, which is 21 days before the start of the tour. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your travel agency.
-When the tour program specifies category information without naming the hotels and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the start of the trip.
-During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the start of the trip.
-The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are for the general introduction of the cities and are organized as panoramic tours conducted by the guide exclusively from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Dgn Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not permit entrance on the scheduled day and time or if they cannot be held due to closed roads or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is not permitted.
-Triple rooms are allocated subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are considered as fold-out or coach beds; therefore, in reservations for the third person and/or child, participants accept the possibility of tightness in the rooms and the type of bed. Child discounts apply to one child in the age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
-Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the respective country and typically consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
-As the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency as part of the tour information.
-It is necessary to confirm the flight times without taking domestic flight tickets. If a guest has booked a domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider and the tour is canceled by the agency or if there is a change in timing, the guest cannot claim any refunds from the agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour. Dgn Travel cannot be held responsible for this situation.
-According to airline rules; if the outbound flight purchased as a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
-Guests who are included in the tour without flights must ensure they are present at the tour starting point using their own means and without delay. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all transfers themselves.
-Dgn Travel is not responsible for guests who do not appear at the airport at the specified times according to airline rules for participation in the tour, do not check in and complete boarding procedures on time, or do complete check-in and boarding but miss the flight. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for obtaining new round-trip tickets needed to join the tour and for any transfers in the destination area.
-Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the case of forgotten items being found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, nor are the costs incurred during delivery borne by Dgn Travel.
-In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuation of the group is essential, the guide may not accompany guests individually in these adverse situations.
-It is mandatory to provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
-In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges.
-Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during bus usage throughout the tours.
-During our tours, the times provided by the guide are the times the vehicle's wheels will start moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at meeting times and will move the vehicle accordingly. In case of any situation, guests who are late will have to make their own arrangements to reach the next stop.
-Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, these tours may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the operational status of museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
-In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional for the participant. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours agree to wait at a suitable rest facility found along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same spot after the tour is completed.
-In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay for the museum and historical site entrance fees either at the time of booking or to the guide during the tour.
-Dgn Travel is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. Dgn Travel is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
-Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. To apply for a visa, you must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of the trip and submit the required documents listed in the “Documents Required for Visa” from our agency.
-The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
-Green passport holders do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of the trip is sufficient.
-The visa information indicated in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests with passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
-Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; immigration officials have the authority to deny entry. Dgn Travel is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-To avoid issues with customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, soaked, and/or other damage passports; it is advisable to renew the issued passports and if traveling to a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
-Passengers under the age of 18 who travel alone or with only one parent should be aware that immigration officers may require a document showing the mutual consent of both parents at the border; therefore, we advise passengers under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this matter.
