After completing your baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures at Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight, we fly to London at 13:15 with Turkish Airlines’ direct scheduled flight TK198. Upon arrival at London Heathrow Airport at 15:10 local time, we transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Upon arrival at our hotel in the London area where we will be staying, we are given free time to check in to our rooms and rest. In the evening, guests who wish may join the extra London Evening Tour (45 GBP) program. After our tour, during which we explore some of London’s most iconic structures and main avenues reflecting the city’s nightlife in one of the world’s most important metropolises, we return to our hotel.
LONDON – (Warner Bros and Harry Potter Studios Tour) (London Icons and Thames River Cruise Tour)
After breakfast, during the free time provided, guests who wish may join the extra Warner Bros and Harry Potter Studios Tour (125 Euro). On this tour, we visit Warner Bros. Studios, where the Harry Potter film series was filmed. In this unique experience, where film sets, costumes, and behind-the-scenes details are displayed, we have the opportunity to closely discover the world of magic behind the scenes. During our visit, we see iconic set areas remembered from the films such as the Great Hall, Diagon Alley, and the Hogwarts Express. We also gain insight into how special effects were created, how sets were designed, and details about the filmmaking process. As we continue our tour, we have the opportunity to examine original costumes, accessories, and set designs exhibited in the studio, experiencing the visual world of the Harry Potter universe more closely. After the free time provided, we complete our tour. During the rest of the day, in the free time provided, guests who wish may join the extra London Icons and Thames River Cruise Tour (145 GBP). On this tour, we first arrive in Greenwich, one of London’s most characteristic districts. In our tour, where we will see the Royal Observatory in Greenwich Park and the point through which the Prime Meridian passes, we will panoramically view the area’s historical structures, parkland, and the view of the Thames River. We then move on for our river cruise on the Thames. During this pleasant journey from Greenwich to Westminster, we will have the chance to see London’s landmark structures such as Tower Bridge, Tower of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe, and The Shard from the river. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart for Cambridge, one of England’s most established university cities. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Oxford Tour (65 Euro). On our tour, we head to Oxford, home to one of the world’s oldest universities. In the city that has been the center of academic life for centuries, we tour the city center among university colleges, historic courtyards, and libraries. During our city tour, landmarks such as the Radcliffe Camera, the Bodleian Library, and university buildings are among the places seen panoramically. College buildings that inspired the Harry Potter film series and where some scenes were filmed are also among the notable points of our tour. After a short walk through the historic streets and free time for photos, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Cambridge. Founded in the 13th century, Cambridge, with the University of Cambridge, is one of the important centers in world academic history, standing out with its historic colleges, orderly street layout, and tranquil atmosphere. During our city tour, York Minster Cathedral, the historic city center, and the walls will be seen panoramically. After the photo break and free time for sightseeing, we set off for Glasgow. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Edinburgh Tour (80 GBP). The city, the capital of Scotland, stands out with its unique identity that combines historic and modern architecture. Continuing along the Royal Mile in the old city section, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, the Edinburgh Castle overlooking the city will be seen panoramically. After breakfast and hotel check-out, we depart to organize our Glasgow city tour. Glasgow, the largest city in Scotland and an important trade and production center during the Industrial Revolution, is today distinguished by its richness in culture, art, and architecture. During our city tour in Glasgow, George Square, considered the heart of the city, Glasgow Cathedral, university buildings notable for their historical character, and the city skyline along the River Clyde will be seen panoramically. Continuing through streets and shopping districts that reflect the city’s modern face, we will observe Glasgow’s development from past to present. After a short photo break and free time, we complete our Glasgow city tour and head to Liverpool. On the way, guests who wish may join the extra Windermere Lake and Boat Tour (65 GBP). On this tour, we reach the Lake District National Park, one of England’s most impressive natural beauties. This unique landscape, surrounded by hills, valleys, and lakes in every shade of green, stands out as one of the country’s most important natural areas. During our boat tour on Windermere, the largest lake in the region, we will have the opportunity to discover the surrounding natural scenery from different angles. As we travel across the lake, we will closely experience the tranquil atmosphere and nature-filled environment of the region. After the boat tour and a short free time, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Liverpool. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Liverpool area, we are given free time to check in to our rooms. After this free time, we set out to organize our Liverpool panoramic city tour and sightseeing. During the panoramic city tour, St. Peter’s Square, the exterior of Manchester Town Hall, John Rylands Library, Deansgate, and the main points in the city center will be seen panoramically. After the city tour around Canal Street and the Northern Quarter, we complete our tour and continue our journey to Manchester Airport.
