Day 1: Istanbul – Zurich – Milan Meet our guests at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight to Zurich. Upon arrival, start the Zurich panoramic city tour. During the tour, we will see Fraumünster Church, Grossmünster Church, Swiss National Museum, Opera House, Lake Zurich, Clock Tower, Old Guild Houses, Zurich Old Town, and the lively and colorful Bahnhofstrasse Street lined with world-famous shops. After the tour, we drive towards Milan. Guests who wish can join the optional Como & Lugano Lakes Tour (35€ per person) arranged by our guide en route. Lake Como, only 45 minutes from Milan and shaped by glacial erosion, is a tranquil, elongated lake nestled at the foot of the Alps. In Como, we will see Piazza Cavour and the Duomo dating back to the 14th century. After Como, we head to Lugano, one of Switzerland’s most stylish and affluent lakeside towns, known for its lakeside cafes and natural beauty. After the scenic drive, we continue to Milan for a panoramic city tour. The tour includes Milan Cathedral, which took nearly five centuries to complete, Fortress Castle, and Vittorio Emanuele Gallery, home to the world’s most famous fashion stores. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel and check-in. Day 2: Milan – Nice After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Nice. Guests can join the optional San Remo Tour (35€ per person) arranged by our guide. This tour includes a brief stop in Antibes, then continues to San Remo, famous for its music festival and Eurovision origins, its protected historic center, municipal casino, and the famous Ariston Cinema. Then, we proceed to Nice. Upon arrival, enjoy the panoramic Nice city tour. Highlights include La Promenade des Anglais, Nice Port, Old Nice with narrow pedestrian streets, Place Massena, Flower Market, the Palace of Justice, and Jean Medecin Boulevard. After the tour, transfer to the hotel for rest and overnight stay. Day 3: Nice Breakfast at the hotel and free time. Guests can join the optional Cannes & St. Paul De Vence Tour (75€ per person) with our guide. This includes a short photo stop in Antibes before heading to Cannes, known for Croisette Boulevard, the Film Festival Palace, shopping streets, and Old Port. Afterwards, we visit St. Paul De Vence, a stunning medieval hilltop town that has hosted artists like Marc Chagall since the 1960s, featuring art galleries and beautiful fountains. Free time is provided before returning to our hotel in Nice. In the evening, optional Monaco/Monte Carlo Tour (65€ per person) is available, featuring the Principality of Monaco, known for its luxury casinos and vibrant nightlife. Return to Nice by evening for overnight stay. Day 4: Nice – Geneva After breakfast, depart for Geneva. Guests can join the optional Annecy Tour (35€ per person) including a brief visit to this scenic town with Alpine lakes and a charming old town before heading to Geneva. Upon arrival, enjoy the Geneva panoramic city tour. Highlights include Lake Geneva, the Mont Blanc Bridge, St. Pierre Cathedral, Notre Dame Cathedral, Rousseau Island, and the Old Town. Transfer to our hotel for check-in and overnight stay. Day 5: Geneva Breakfast at the hotel and free time. Guests can join the optional Lausanne & Montreux & Ouchy and Chillon Castles & Gruyères Tour (80€ per person). The tour begins with a drive along Lake Geneva’s northern shore, visiting Lausanne with the Olympic Museum and the Château de Ouchy. Continue to Montreux, famous for the Montreux Palace Hotel and Freddie Mercury Museum, and see the Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva. Then, depart for Gruyères, a medieval town famous for its cheese and fondue. Return to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 6: Geneva – Strasbourg After breakfast, drive to Strasbourg. Guests can join the optional Bern & Colmar Tour (50€ per person), including Bern, Switzerland’s UNESCO-protected capital, and Colmar in Alsace, known for its picturesque "Little Venice" and colorful houses. In Strasbourg, enjoy a panoramic city tour including Kleber Square, the European Parliament, European Council, Human Rights Court, Rohan Palace, Alsace Museum, and Strasbourg Cathedral, a remarkable Gothic structure whose construction started in 1015 and finished in 1439. Check-in at the hotel for overnight stay. Day 7: Strasbourg Breakfast and free time. Guests can join the optional Baden-Baden & Heidelberg Tour (65€ per person). Baden-Baden, a renowned spa town set in a lush valley with famous thermal baths and casinos, will captivate visitors. Then, we visit Heidelberg, a “dream city” described by Goethe, with medieval influences, Marktplatz Square, Old Bridge, Heidelberg Castle, and Hauptstrasse shopping street. Return to the hotel for overnight stay. Day 8: Strasbourg – Zurich – Istanbul Early breakfast box and check-out from the hotel. Transfer to Zurich Airport. After completing check-in and baggage procedures, fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul and end of the tour.

In such case, guests will be notified. The full tour fee will be refunded. Refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour, including internal flight connections booked through Wtatil, visa services, travel health insurance (if visa application was made), will also be refunded if unused. If the visa application was not made, these services will be canceled with no refund. If a guest obtained the internal flight connection from a supplier other than Wtatil, Wtatil is not responsible for refunds if the tour is canceled. Guests accept any potential material or moral loss due to tour cancellation in advance; Wtatil is not liable. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In such cases, only international outbound and return transfers included in the package will be provided, and guide services will be limited accordingly. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests can cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the departure date, excluding flights booked and/or guaranteed by Wtatil. For cancellations less than 30 days before departure, penalties apply: if less than 31 days, 50% of remaining tour fee; if 15 days or less, full tour fee. Refund conditions for additional services like internal connection flights, visa, travel insurance vary depending on the cancellation timing. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 5- The dates and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to museum and site opening/closing status and weather conditions. Guests may be accompanied by different guides during tours. 6- Panoramic city tours, which are short (max 2-3 hours), provide a general overview of the city via bus with guide narration, excluding entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours may be altered or canceled due to local restrictions, closures, or weather conditions, for which Wtatil is not responsible. In some cases, tours may be conducted on foot or via public transportation. 7- Our guide may modify city or additional tours depending on the itinerary, participant number, or site opening status, including flight schedule adjustments. 8- For speedboat tours: avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake just before boarding. Those with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform guides beforehand. 9- If guests do not participate in services included in the price (tours, meals), no refunds will be made. Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between guests and airlines; in case of disputes, Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention apply. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed or rescheduled. Wtatil will notify accordingly. Guests accept the risk of such changes when purchasing the tour. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes. 13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight is canceled. 14- Participants must complete check-in and boarding procedures personally before the flight, either online or at the airport. 15- Last-minute delays, gate changes, and announcements are made at airports; guests should follow announcements. 16- Guests who miss their flight due to late arrival at the airport or missed check-in will not be the responsibility of Wtatil and will need to bear all additional costs for rebooking and transfers. 17- The luggage weight for flights from Turkey is generally 20 kg; this may vary by airline or destination, potentially reducing to 15 kg for domestic flights. Extra baggage costs are the responsibility of the passenger. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class should check airline policies; upgrades are subject to availability after ticket issuance, with no guaranteed mileage. Confirm upgrade options during booking. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals, drinks, or online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels by guests; such cases follow hotel cancellation policies. 21- Hotel names may be provided only as categories if not specified, or if multiple options exist; prior notice will be given 48 hours before departure. 22- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be located farther from the main areas; guests will be informed 15 days prior. 23- When booking, guests must accurately provide passport name, birth date, passport number; mistakes may lead to cancellation or change fees, which the guest will bear. 24- Check if your phone is unlocked for international roaming before traveling. 25- Hotel check-in is generally at 15:00, check-out at 12:00. 26- Wtatil will communicate special requests (floor preference, room views, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to hotels; but cannot guarantee fulfillment due to availability. 27- Breakfast at hotels will generally be Continental style (bread, butter, jam, tea/coffee) with limited variety, sometimes served in a separate room for groups. 28- Some double rooms may have a single large bed or two beds that can be joined. 29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to availability, and must be confirmed by the hotel. 31- Only one extra bed or cot per room is generally allowed. 32- In triple rooms, a third bed (smaller than standard) is provided, consisting of a large bed + an additional crib or sofa bed; they may be less spacious. 33- In reservations, incorrect reporting of children’s ages or number may result in extra charges; responsibility belongs to the guest. 34- In A+B+child reservations, a child may not have a separate bed; child discounts apply only when a child stays with two adults in the same room. 35- Currency exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in prices; additional services (mini-bar, iron) on-site are extra and paid directly at the hotel. 36- Some countries impose city, tourism, or local taxes at entry or exit; these are collected by the hotel from the guest. 37- Distance information in programs is map-based; actual travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, local conditions, or road works. 38- Wtatil may modify the program route order or change the main airline without disrupting the program in justified cases. 39- Personal belongings, luggage, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of guests; Wtatil is not liable for lost or stolen items. 40- Guests should carry their travel health insurance, medications, and reports. 41- Extra charges at the hotel (deposits, extras) may be requested at check-in; refunds are between guest and hotel. Visa and Passport 42- No visa is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date. 44- At border crossings, at least two blank pages are required for entry/exit stamps. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border authorities may refuse entry, for which Wtatil is not responsible. 46- Non-Turkish or dual citizens using another country’s passport should verify visa requirements with consulates; Wtatil is not responsible for any issues. 47- Damaged or worn passports may require renewal before travel to avoid problems; responsibility rests with the guest. 48- Minors (under 18) traveling alone or with only one parent may require notarized parental consent; guests are responsible for compliance.
