EXTRA TOURS GUEST INFORMATION:
1-For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not met:
A-Some tours can be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, tours can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the aforementioned options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without any deductions. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are made. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-In case of a health problem confirmed by a doctor's report arising for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without any deductions. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-Refund of 50% of the paid amount will be made for cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour's departure. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, a refund will not be made. If it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-Refunds will not be available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time can choose to join the tour by getting to another location on their own. If they do not prefer this, or if it is not possible due to the tour's content, refunds will not be made.
E-Since some tours take guests from different hotels, if there are delays, the guest must contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will arrive for them. Such delays cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and in case of cancellation, refunds will not be provided.
F-Our authorized personnel will inform guests about the departure times during free time and breaks given during the tour. Depending on the guest's timely arrival, if the flow of the tour will not be affected, it is at the discretion of our personnel to wait for a reasonable period or to continue. In other circumstances, if the guest is late, they will be responsible for getting to the next point on their own or returning to the hotel by their means. In this case, refunds will not be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and many years of experience in Egypt, and they are all certified by the Egyptian Authorities. If there are deficiencies and/or defective services during our tours and activities; since the process you will spend in Egypt with us is constantly monitored by our company, any issues can be resolved with immediate intervention; and depending on the problem, partial or full refunds can be made. The discount from the discounted packages will be deducted from the total amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, and delays due to technical breakdowns.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, we kindly request you to consult our authorized personnel to understand the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safaris, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry risks of accidents, which can lead to serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes. When you participate in such tours and activities, please make sure you understand these risks; if you have any doubts, please seek advice from our authorized personnel. If you are still uncertain, please refrain from making the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly ask you to adhere strictly to the warnings of our personnel, follow all safety precautions, and wear provided safety equipment as directed. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-The responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing at religiously significant locations lies with the guest. Our company holds no responsibility for guests being denied entry due to clothing reasons.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. It is solely the guest's responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling gear, sunblock, shawls, or scarves, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8-Guests must inform our guide about any food allergies or other allergies, as well as special dietary needs due to health reasons. Please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate these special situations. We can only promise to do our best.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly advise against consuming open water or other drinks, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged foods sold on the street. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical intervention. However, associated costs will be your responsibility.
