GUEST INFORMATION ON EXTRA TOURS:
1- To conduct the tours with a Turkish-speaking guide, the minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not met:
A-Some tours may be carried out by English-speaking personnel (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, they can be carried out in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
2-At the moment a guest purchases a tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are made. Therefore, if a guest wishes to cancel their purchased tour;
A-If a health issue approved by a doctor's report occurs for themselves or/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour's departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
C-There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time can join the tour by making their way to another point. If they opt not to do this or if this isn't possible due to the tour's content, there will be no refund.
E-Since some tours take guests from different hotels, in case of delays, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour's content or duration. Therefore, this situation cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation, and if a cancellation request is made, no refund will be issued.
F-During free time and break points given during the tour, our authorized personnel will inform guests about the movement time. If the guest is late and the flow of the tour will not be affected, staff can make reasonable wait time or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by making their way to the next point or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be issued.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are based on an excellent balance of price/quality and our years of experience in Egypt, and they all adhere to International Tourism Standards and are documented by the Egyptian Authorized Authorities. In case of any deficiencies and/or defective services during our tours and activities; since your process in Egypt with us is continuously tracked by our company, instantaneous interventions resolve those problems and/or full or partial reimbursements may be done depending on the problem. Discounts on discounted packages are deducted from the price, and the net amount paid is returned.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for situations beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical failures, delays and similar circumstances.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour's conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities may carry certain accident risks which may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, ensure you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please consult our authorized personnel for information. If you are still unsure, please refrain from completing the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, please adhere strictly to our authorized personnel’s warnings and the safety measures provided, and wear any provided safety equipment as necessary. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing at religious sites. Our company is not responsible for guests who are denied entrance due to inappropriate clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require personal items/clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothes, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, scarves, shawls, and to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8- You need to inform our guide about food allergies or other special dietary needs due to health reasons. In such special situations, you should understand that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only commit to doing our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly advise you not to consume open water or other beverages, not to eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been properly washed and peeled, and not to eat food sold in open, unwrapped packages. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, which may lead to symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention; however, related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-Like any prudent individual, we especially recommend securing your Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travel.
