One-day Abant Lake Gölcük Lake Tour / Departure from Kocaeli

Important Notes • Our tour will be conducted according to the seat capacity and precautions determined by the Presidency, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Interior, and other government institutions. • The duration of our tour is 1 day, including departure and return days. • Our tour includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and environmental excursions as a package and they cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, environmental excursions, etc., cannot be refunded. • Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by 2 adults. For children aged 0-6, separate bedding may not be provided during hotel stay. • In hotel accommodations, the third guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are prioritized accommodations by DGN Travel. Changes may be made based on regional availability and hotel standards, keeping the standard consistent. If requested at least 48 hours before the tour departure, hotel names will be communicated based on availability. • Hotel rooms are determined by the hotel; guests cannot select their rooms. • Rest stops may be changed due to density, renovations, or other force majeure reasons, while maintaining the same location and service standards. • The program schedule (the sequence of sightseeing points within or between days) may be altered by the guide due to weather conditions, road status, crowd density at visiting sites, or similar circumstances. • For force majeure reasons (weather, road, crowd density, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the schedule provided by the guide during the tour, DGN Travel is not responsible for sites that could not be visited as written in the program. No claims will be accepted in such cases. • During reservation, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed or assigned; notes in the reservation do not constitute a guarantee. No special seat selection, such as front or back, is available. • Seat arrangement on vehicles is made considering the reservation order by DGN Travel Operations. No refunds are possible for disputes regarding seat placement. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • For tours with 4 or more nights of accommodation, seating rotation is applied daily, switching places each day. This does not apply to short tours. • Seats numbered 3 and 4 in vehicles are reserved for guides and assistants. • Extra tours, such as night tours included in the program, depend on the number of participants and the resources available. These may proceed even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining extra tours will be directed to resting areas or city centers by the guide. Guests not participating in extra tours agree to wait at the rest stop. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, guests cannot claim any rights; DGN Travel bears no responsibility. • Extra tour prices may vary depending on the period. In such cases, the price is based on the tour’s departure date, not the purchase date. The current price during the tour period is applicable. Guests accept this when purchasing the tour. • DGN Travel is not responsible for damages caused by the guest to services provided by transportation, hotels, dining areas, or suppliers. Businesses may claim damages from guests for any damages incurred. • Minors under 18 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian and kept during the trip if not accompanied by one or both parents. • Guests should carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, medications, etc. during the tour. • Delays may occur at departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc. • Arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate; DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the stops we pick up from at the end of the tour; please do not insist on different departure points. • According to traffic laws, all guests must wear seat belts during the journey; DGN Travel is not responsible for any violations or issues. • All personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest. • Since the first-day tour begins before hotel check-in, please prepare your belongings separately. • Due to program density, finding ATMs, currency exchanges, etc., may not always be possible; it is advisable to be prepared. • Long distances may be traveled during the program; the guide will inform guests about necessary details during the journey. • Lunches are regionally specific and economical; during lunch and dinner, separate tables are used depending on the group size. • The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined by regional congestion; the confirmed route can be learned by contacting us 2 days before the start. • If the required number of guests is not reached, the agency may postpone or cancel the tour after informing the guest, or provide tickets for the nearest departure point for participation. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest at least 3 working days before via call, SMS, or email. No claims can be made in these cases. • Cancellations and changes without reason made up to 30 days before the service start date will be refunded fully. Cancellations between 29 and 15 days will incur a 30% fee; between 15 and 7 days, a 50% fee; and within 7 days or fewer, 100% fee will be charged. • Guests who purchase the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the booked package up to 72 hours before the tour start without any reasons. • Museum cards and entrance fees to archaeological sites are not included in the tour fee. All museum entries are paid by the guests. 1618 MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE The 1618 Mandatory Travel Insurance covers the agency’s insolvency or inability to provide the packaged tour services for any reason. It is included in the tour price. It does not cover health insurance or treatment expenses; these are the responsibility of the guest’s private health insurance. OUR TRANSPORT VEHICLES Our transportation options are classified based on the number of participants. The vehicle types used in each tour are determined accordingly. Vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, avoid charging your phone as it may deplete your battery.
