GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if an internal domestic connecting flight has been purchased from Wtatil, it will also be refunded. Visa services and travel health insurance services used for visa application on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded, as these services have been utilized. If the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest obtains the domestic connecting flight from an other provider independent of Wtatil, and the tour is canceled by Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance that they will bear any material and moral losses resulting from the tour cancellation; Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the good faith to refrain from canceling the tour. In this case, the tour will be provided on a per-guest basis, and the guided services included in the package will only cover the round-trip international transfer. Cancellation and Changes 4- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure date by notifying Wtatil in writing, except for tickets paid for or committed to the airline. If the start date of the tour is less than 31 days away, cancellation can be processed by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the air ticket fee. If the start date is 15 days or less away, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty. Additional purchased services such as internal connecting flights, visa services, and travel insurance have different refund conditions depending on the cancellation timing, and prior inquiry is required. Wtatil cannot commit to refunds for additional services. Guided Services and Extra Tours 5- The dates and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Guest may be accompanied by different guides during the tours. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the package generally last 2-3 hours, providing an overview of the cities via guide narration from the vehicle, excluding entrance fees to museums and historical sites. These tours, including other scheduled tours, may be undertaken at local authorities’ discretion, especially if sites are closed, inaccessible, or due to weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible. 7- The guide may modify city tours and/or additional tours based on the content, participant number, and site closures. This also applies to changes in flight times. 8- For tours with Speed Boats: avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, and pregnant guests must inform the guide about their condition. 9- If guests do not participate in services included in the price such as certain tours or meals, no refunds will be made. Flight Information 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, applicable rules of Turkish Law, The Hague Protocol, and The Warsaw Convention will be applied. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes. Wtatil will notify guests of such changes as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of flight schedule changes or cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay for airport taxes. 13- According to airline policies, if the outbound flight for a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tour packages are personal; guests are responsible for completing these procedures on time at the airport counters or online through airline websites before departure. 15- Last-minute delays or gate changes are announced at airports and displayed on information screens, which guests should follow. 16- Guests who do not arrive at the designated departure time, or do not complete check-in and boarding, or who are unable to board the flight, are solely responsible; Wtatil is not liable. Rescheduling or alternative arrangements for missed flights, including additional costs, are the responsibility of the guest. 17- The general checked baggage weight allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg; this may vary depending on the airline and destination. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a limit of 15 kg. Additional baggage fees are determined by airlines; Wtatil is not responsible. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class using frequent flyer miles can do so after ticket issuance, depending on airline availability (no guarantee for miles or upgrade availability). Please verify if your tickets are eligible for such upgrade. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meal services or online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not be responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with hotels by guests. Such cases will adhere to hotel cancellation policies. 21- If hotel names are not specified but only categories are provided or options are listed for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours before departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther from specified locations or distances than usual. In such cases, Wtatil will notify the guest at least 15 days prior. 23- When booking the tour, guests must accurately enter their passport name, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Tickets are issued based on this information. Errors may result in cancellation or reissuance fees that will be borne by the guest. 24- Before traveling abroad, guests should check with their service provider whether their mobile phone is unlocked for international use. 25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil will forward special requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed type) to the hotel. While efforts will be made to accommodate these preferences, they depend on availability upon check-in. 27- Breakfast offered at hotels is generally continental, consisting of limited options like bread, butter, jam, and tea or coffee, served in a separate designated area for groups. 28- In some cases, double rooms may have a double bed instead of two twin beds. Many European hotels offer rooms with beds that can be combined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability and hotel approval. 31- The maximum number of extra beds and cribs in a room is one. 32- In triple rooms, an additional bed will generally be smaller than standard beds. These rooms typically have one large bed plus an extra fold-out or coach bed, which may be smaller. Guests agree to the possible crowding and bed types when booking triple rooms or family rooms with extra beds. 33- In hotel reservations, incorrect details about the number of children and their ages may result in additional charges by the hotel. The responsibility for this lies with the guest; the hotel may request identification of children for age verification. 34- For reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, an extra bed for the child may not be available; child rates apply only when the child is sharing a room with two adults. 35- Exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in the prices in TRY. Current rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional services requested at the hotel, such as Minibar or ironing, may be charged separately and are payable directly to the hotel. 36- Some countries have different city, tourism, or local taxes that are collected at entry or exit by the hotel. 37- The distances shown in the program are map-based; actual travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, country-specific conditions, or roadworks. 38- Wtatil may change the order of city visits and the main airlines involved without altering the overall content of the program if necessary. 39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports, and IDs are the responsibility of the guest; Wtatil is not responsible for loss, theft, or forgetfulness. Costs incurred in retrieving lost items are borne by the owner. 40- Guests must carry their travel health insurance policy, medications, and related reports if necessary. 41- Additional expenses at the hotel, such as photographic ID or passport, and a deposit via credit card or cash, may be requested at check-in. Refunds of deposits are made directly between the hotel and the guest; Wtatil is not involved. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip. 44- To obtain entry or exit stamps at customs and border crossings, passports should have at least 2 blank pages. 45- Visa exemption for entry to these countries does not guarantee entry; border police may refuse entry/exit. Wtatil is not responsible, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are non-Turkish citizens or hold dual citizenship and will use another country's passport should inquire directly with consulates about visa requirements. Wtatil is not responsible for problems arising from non-compliance. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged should be renewed to avoid problems at border crossings, and failure to do so is the responsibility of the guest. 48- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border authorities may request a notarized consent document from the non-traveling parent; guests and parents should be prepared.
