Important Notes • The tour duration, including departure and return days, is 2 nights and 3 days, with 2 nights accommodation in hotels. The journey takes 1 night. • Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, excursions, etc. rights cannot be refunded. • Child discounts on tour packages apply only to one child per two adults. For children aged 0-6 years, separate beds in hotels may not be provided. • In hotel rooms for 3 persons, the third guest generally stays on an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are DGN Travel’s priority accommodations. Depending on regional availability and hotel capacity, changes may be made to the hotel standards, provided the standards remain the same. If requested 48 hours before departure, hotel names will be provided based on availability. • Room assignments at hotels are made by the hotel; guests cannot choose specific rooms. • Rest stops may be changed due to density, renovations, or similar unforeseen circumstances, provided the locations and service standards remain the same. • Changes in the schedule (points visited during the day or between days) may be made by the guide due to weather, road conditions, crowd levels at visiting sites, etc. • DGN Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure reasons such as weather, roads, crowd density, or guest non-compliance with the prescribed schedule. No claims will be accepted in such cases. • All our tours apply a tiered pricing system. As reservations increase and the date approaches, tour prices may increase gradually. DGN Travel reserves the right to raise prices. Price locking without prepayment is not possible under these circumstances. • Seat numbers or guarantees cannot be promised during reservation. Notes recorded during reservation have no guarantee; no special seat selections like front or back are available. • Seat arrangements on the vehicle are made based on reservation order by DGN Travel Operations. No refunds are given for disputes over seating arrangements. All seats are of equal standard. • Extra tours such as night trips depend on the number of participants and available staff. Extra tours will be carried out regardless of whether all guests participate. Guests not joining extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by the guide. Guests refusing to participate in extra tours agree to wait in rest areas. • If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, no claims can be made by the guest, and DGN Travel is not responsible. • Extra tour prices may vary according to the period. In such cases, the price applicable at the time of the tour is considered, not the purchase date. The guest has accepted this condition by purchasing the tour. • Transportation, hotel, dining, and all other services provided by suppliers are not responsible for any material damages caused by guests. Establishments may claim damages from guests for any material loss. • Minors under 18 must have a consent form with their parents during the trip if not accompanied by both parents. • Guests should carry health reports, pregnant status documents, or medication documentation if applicable. • Traffic, accidents, or delays may occur at departure points due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. • Final arrival times are estimated; DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at the stops we select at the end of the tour. Do not insist on being dropped off at different points. • For safety, all guests must wear seat belts during travel; DGN Travel is not responsible if this is not adhered to. • Personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest. • Since the first day's tour starts before hotel check-in, prepare your belongings separately. • Due to program intensity, ATMs or currency exchange offices may not always be available; guests should be prepared. • Long journeys may be included in the program; the guide will inform guests accordingly. • Lunch menus are regional and economical; during lunch and dinner, tables are assigned based on regional capacity. • The start and end points of the tour route are determined by regional demand. The confirmed route can be communicated 2 days prior upon request. • If the minimum number of guests is not reached, the tour may be postponed or canceled after informing the guest, or tickets can be provided for the nearest departure point. The agency must notify guests at least three days in advance; no claims are accepted. • Bookings canceled or changed without reason up to 30 days before the start will be fully refunded; cancellations within 29-15 days receive a 30% refund; within 15-7 days, 50%; with 7 or fewer days, no refund. • Guests can cancel the purchased package without reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date if they purchased Cancellation, Refund, and Confidence Packages. These packages do not cover flights. • Museum and archeology site entry fees are not included in the tour fee; guests pay these individually. Cancellation, Refund, and Confidence Package The Cancellation, Refund, and Confidence Package allows guests to cancel or change the purchased package tour without reason up to 72 hours before the start date. The full amount paid will be refunded without deductions based on the payment method. This package does not include flights. Compulsory Travel Insurance No. 1618 This insurance covers the agency’s bankruptcy or failure to provide the package service for any reason. It is included in the tour fee. It does not cover health expenses or treatment; health insurance is the guest’s responsibility.
