Important Notes

If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days before the tour departure date. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where only category information is provided without naming hotels or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you by your agency 48 hours before the travel date.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the travel date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of cities and are brief tours with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours, conducted from inside the vehicle with the guide's narration, excluding museum and historical site entrance fees. Dgn Travel is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours if local authorities do not allow visits on the specific days and times or if the tours cannot take place due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out using public transport or on foot, where access by vehicle is not permitted.
- Triple rooms may be provided based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either folding or coach beds, and by reserving for the 3rd person and/or children, participants accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types of the rooms. Child discounts apply for one child matching the age group staying with two adults. No bed guarantee is provided in hotels for children aged 0-2 years.
- Breakfasts included in the tour are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and typically consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency during the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm tour flight times without taking domestic flight tickets. If a guest purchases domestic connecting flights from a different provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any fee refunds from the agency in case the trip is canceled or there is a change in timings. Guests accept in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or change of the tour. Dgn Travel cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of plane tickets purchased as round-trip is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Guests included in the tour without flights must arrive at the tour starting point using their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will need to arrange all their transfers independently.
- Dgn Travel is not responsible for guests who fail to arrive on time at the specified airport, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but are unable to board the plane. All costs incurred for obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights are their own responsibility.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification cards, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or to the individual, and any costs incurred during transportation will fall to the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually as the integrity and continuity of the group are paramount.
- It is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number at the time of purchasing the tour. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or change penalties due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
- Food and online check-in services may be subject to charges in some airlines.
- During the tour, seat numbers in bus use cannot be guaranteed.
- The times announced by our guide during the tours refer to the time of departure of the vehicle. Our guide is responsible for ensuring that all guests are treated equally and will not wait at meeting times. If a guest is late, they will have to make their own way to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people by the local agency providing the service. If the sufficient number is not achieved, the trips might not take place, or the prices, content, and used vehicle may vary based on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may change depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and the weather conditions, as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- In our classic packages that do not include extra tours, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour agree to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the same location after the tour concludes.
- In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay the entrance fees to museums and historical sites either at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
- Participants accept in advance to pay the amounts previously communicated in the tour program for local guide services, museum and historical site entrances, city taxes, and any audio system costs that may arise. Participants are fully and adequately informed about this.
- Dgn Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
