• The tour duration is 6 Nights 7 Days, including the day of departure and return, with 5 nights of hotel accommodation. The journey lasts for 1 night.

• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are offered as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc. cannot be refunded.

• The child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for only one child accompanying two adults. In the case of children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms usually stays on an extra bed.

• The hotels mentioned in the program are Dgn Travel's preferred accommodation facilities. Changes may be made in the regions and hotels to be stayed based on occupancy, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be provided 48 hours before departure upon request, subject to availability.

• The rooms at the hotels are determined by the hotel. Room selection is not allowed.

• Our rest stops may change in terms of location and service standards due to force majeure reasons such as crowding, renovations, etc., provided that they remain the same.

• In case of weather conditions, road conditions, or crowding at the visited sites during the program, the guide may make changes if deemed necessary.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for places that cannot be visited due to force majeure circumstances (weather, road conditions, crowding at visited sites, etc.) during our tour or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, guests have no right to claim.

• A tiered pricing system is applied in all our tours. With the increase in the number of reservations included in the package tour and as the date approaches, the tour prices may also gradually increase.

• Absolutely no seat numbers can be promised or guaranteed during reservation. There is no guarantee regarding the notes entered for the reservation. Special seat selections such as front or back seats are not possible.

• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is organized by Dgn Travel Operations considering the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding the seating arrangement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

• Extra tours, such as night tours mentioned in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of the available personnel. Extra tours that will be conducted on the road will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be guided to rest areas or city centers by our guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours have accepted that they are part of the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest area.

• In case any extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Dgn Travel does not have any responsibility in this case.

• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such cases, the extra tour price valid is based on the date the tour takes place, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur to guests by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to demand damages caused by guests.

• In situations where children under 18 cannot be accompanied by one or both of their parents, a consent form required for participation in the tour must be kept by individuals during the journey.

• Guests participating in the tour are required to carry reports regarding any health issues, pregnancy status, or medications they continuously use.

• Delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc. at the designated times for departure points.

• The information regarding the arrival times at the end of the tour is estimated, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

• Guests will be dropped off at the opposing direction of the pickup points at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on the vehicle staff to be dropped off at a different location.

• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts during their journeys, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any situation in which this is not complied with.

• The responsibility for all personal belongings in the vehicle belongs to the guest during breaks and at rest areas.

• Since the first day's sightseeing will begin before entering the hotel, please prepare the items you need to have with you separately.

• Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it's advisable to be prepared.

• The programs to be carried out may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.

• Lunch options consist of economical menus unique to the region. During lunch and dinner, tables are allocated in groups based on the density of the area.

• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the confirmed starting and ending points of the tour two days before the tour begins if they wish.

• In case the agency does not reach the sufficient number for the tour, the guest will be informed, and according to their preference, the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled. Additionally, the guest may be ticketed for the nearest departure point to join the tour. In such cases, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in such cases.

• In cancellation and modification processes made by the guest up to 30 days before the start date of the service, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest. In cancellation and modification processes made between 29 to 15 days before the tour date, there will be a 0 deduction on the reservation fee; a deduction of P within 15-7 days; and within 7 days or less, a 0 deduction will be applied to the reservation fee.

• Guests who purchase Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Packages can cancel the purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. The entire amount paid for the cancelled tour will be refunded without deduction according to the payment method. The Cancellation Refund and Assurance Package does not cover plane tickets.

• Museum Cards and entrance fees for museums are not included in the tour price. All museum entrance fees are to be paid by the guests.

 

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND ASSURANCE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package allows the guest to cancel or change the purchased package tour without any reason up to 72 hours before the start date of the tour. After cancellation, the entire amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, according to the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Assurance Package does not cover air travel in package tours. Guests wishing to purchase this package can do so by adding it to their reservations during the booking process.

 

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618

The scope of Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the package tour services not being provided. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance is at the expense of the guest.

  • After picking up our valued guests from the designated points, we begin our night journey with Dgn Travel for the Fethiye Ölüdeniz Patara Gökova Marmaris Datça Bodrum Tour.


Day 2

  • - Dalyan – Dalyan Boat Tour – Rock Tombs – İztuzu Beach – Belcekız Cove – Ölüdeniz - Kayaköy - Fethiye
  • After our overnight journey, we arrive in Dalyan after a breakfast break on the way with Dgn Travel for the Fethiye Ölüdeniz Patara Gökova Marmaris Datça Bodrum Tour. We board our boat waiting for us in Dalyan and begin our Dalyan Boat Tour along the channel connecting Köyceğiz with the sea, surrounded by reeds and water that resembles tears. We see the Rock Tombs, which were built high up for kings and important figures who wanted to be closer to the gods, and receive information from our guide. After that, we reach İztuzu Beach to see and swim with the famous Caretta Caretta sea turtles that come to lay their eggs on the Anatolian shores from the Atlantic Ocean. After a swimming break here, we return to Dalyan and board our bus to head towards Fethiye, which was renamed in memory of our first air martyr, Fethi Bey, formerly known as Megri. We see Belcekız Cove, which takes its name from the sad legend of Belcekız who lost her beloved in the raging waves and realized that she could not live without him, and we take a swimming break in Ölüdeniz, one of the most special lagoons in our country. Our guests can enjoy their time at the free public beach, or those who wish can enter the paid Kumburnu (lagoon) beach.
  • After enjoying swimming at the magnificent Ölüdeniz Beach, we arrive at Kayaköy, also known as Hayal Köy (Dream Village) via Hisarönü Village. After some free time after exploring Kayaköy, we board our bus and head to our hotel. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.

  • Patara - Saklıkent Canyon - Xanthos – Tlos – Letoon - Yakapark – Swimming Break
  • On the 3rd day of the Fethiye Ölüdeniz Patara Gökova Marmaris Datça Bodrum Tour with Dgn Travel, after breakfast at the hotel, we begin to explore the important cities of the Lycia Region. First, we visit the ancient city of Xanthos, which served as the capital of Lycia, situated on a steep rocky edge overlooking the plain by the Eşen River. It is impossible not to be enchanted while hearing the stories of the heroic people of Xanthos. Then we head to the magnificent Saklıkent Canyon located on the border of Antalya Muğla. After walking and exploring the valley with heights of up to 200 meters and the freezing Eşen stream, we regroup at the meeting point. Guests who wish can join the extra fun rafting activity. After cooling off, we gather in our vehicle and head to Tlos, one of the six significant ancient cities of Lycia.
  • Tlos is believed to be the birthplace of the winged horse Pegasus and served as the bishopric center during the Christian period; we will explore the amphitheater, stadium, agora, temples, and rock tombs that draw attention. Afterward, we head to Yakapark, where crystal clear water flows in lush green surroundings. After taking photos and trying to win the reward of staying in the ice-cold water, we will have our lunch. After enjoying lunch in nature accompanied by the sound of water, we will proceed to the ancient city of Letoon.
  • We will explore the ancient city of Letoon, dedicated to Leto, the mother of the divine twins Apollo and Artemis in Greek mythology. Then we travel toward Patara, another Lycian capital. This is the birthplace of St. Nicholas, known as Santa Claus. After learning about the history, prominent location affecting Mediterranean trade, and its 18 km long beach of exceptional cultural assets, we prepare for a beach day. After our swimming break at Patara beach, which is famous for being a nesting area for Caretta Carettas and its fine sand, we will return to our hotel, leaving behind this unforgettable day.

  • Full Day 12 Islands Boat Tour – With Meal (Extra): We will embark on a boat tour that will take us to see beautiful islands, giving us opportunities for swimming in stunning bays. During the boat tour, we will have our lunch while visiting Kızıl Ada, Göcek Island, Yassıcalar Island, Tersane Bay, and Domuz Island, and swimming breaks in these locations. (The swimming breaks during the boat tour may be changed by the captain depending on the weather and sea conditions. The term 12 Islands is used for a group of islands in the region and does not guarantee visiting 12 different islands during the tour.)

 

  • Full Day Butterfly Valley Boat Tour – With Meal (Extra): Departing from the hotel at a time determined by our guide, we head to Belcekız Cove at the foot of Babadağ. We begin our boat tour, exploring the unique bays of Ölüdeniz, first steering toward the famous Butterfly Valley, where hundreds of butterflies can be seen during the season. Guests can enjoy the stunning atmosphere by hiking within the valley or swimming in the breathtaking turquoise sea. Our boat tour will continue with swimming breaks in amazing places such as Gemile Island, Soğuksu Bay, and Aquarium Bay.

 

  • Full Day Jeep Safari Saklıkent Tour – With Meal (Extra): In the morning, we depart with jeeps waiting for us at the hotel. In this all-day fun activity, we will stop briefly to allow our guests to rent water guns and plastic shoes if they wish. Then, under the warm sun, we will enjoy water fights on our journey as we pass through the picturesque village roads leading us to Saklıkent via the mountain road. (Saklıkent Canyon entrance fee is not included.) Forget about the scorching summer heat as we take in the chill of the ice-cold waters flowing through the canyon. Guests can participate in buggy safari, rafting, or zipline activities in the canyon. After our visit to Saklıkent, we will enjoy our lunch included in the Jeep Safari Tour. After the meal, we arrive at the location where we will have a Mud Bath. After breaking for the Mud Bath, we will head to Gizlikent Waterfall, where we will enjoy a nature walk in a 300-meter-long canyon that showcases various shades of nature before returning to the hotel according to the collection time.

 

  • Full Day Fethiye Diving Activity – With Meal (Extra): We will leave the hotel and board our diving boat. After a briefing from certified instructors with international licenses about diving, we will head to the diving spots. Guests trying diving for the first time will have the opportunity to experience "discovery diving." This all-day activity is also available for professionals to dive.   • On Day 5 of the Fethiye Ölüdeniz Patara Gökova Marmaris Datça Bodrum Tour with Dgn Travel, after breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey towards Gökova via the Lovers' Path. Taking a brief break on the Lovers' Path, we enjoy a pleasant walk in the shade of eucalyptus trees that were planted as a result of a dramatic story. Then, we arrive in Akyaka, where we board our waiting boat to start our Gökova Boat Tour. During the boat tour, we will enjoy swimming breaks in magnificent coves and the sea, in a region that has witnessed mythological stories and wars, and is a spawning ground for large fish like Tuna and Bonito. Following our swimming breaks in places like Zeytinli Cove, İncekum, and Lacivert Cove, we head to Sedir Island and take a swim break at Cleopatra Beach, made of sand that Roman Commander Marcus Antonius brought from Egypt for queen Cleopatra. After this magnificent boat tour, we return to Akyaka and arrive at Azmak River. You will be amazed by the stunning view of Azmak River, which is the resting place for migratory birds from Europe and is formed by the cold mountain water that springs from the Western Menteşe Mountains. We will take a short boat tour at Azmak River, where the underwater vines can reach up to 5 meters. After our Azmak River boat tour, we will return to our hotel for dinner and accommodation.

Datça is an aquarium paradise where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean, boasting over 50 pristine coves and crystal-clear air. Old Datça charms visitors with its artful two-story stone houses and bougainvillea adorned narrow streets. The Datça Peninsula, which has been home to numerous civilizations since the 2nd millennium BC, offers visitors its rich historical heritage and culture. During our visit to the streets of Old Datça, we see Can Yücel’s House and grave and take a short break at a village café. After that, we head to New Datça. We will arrive at the harbor area and have free time at Kumluk Beach, which can be spent swimming, exploring, or shopping. After our free time, we gather with our bus and depart for Marmaris. Guests who wish can participate in an extra adrenaline-pumping and fun-filled ATV or Buggy Safari tour before heading to our hotel.   • Full Day Bodrum Boat Tour – With Meal (Extra): We will board a boat waiting for us for a day-long boat tour. Bodrum has numerous turquoise and blue bays. During our boat tour, with swimming breaks and entertainment, we will visit Aquarium Cove, Adaboğazı, and Bağla Cove. All day will be spent enjoying the sun and sea before returning to the harbor.
  • Bodrum Castle – Zeki Müren House – Bar Street – Gümüşlük – Camel Beach (Extra): We will board our vehicle to reach İçmeler, enjoying the breathtaking Bodrum architecture along the way. We will remember our Artistic Sun Zeki Müren by visiting his house museum. Afterward, we will stroll through Bar Street and visit Bodrum Castle, built by St. John knights. Then we’ll move to Gümüşlük, known for its charming architecture and scenery. We will have lunch during our free time and then head to Camel Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the region. After taking a swimming break at the beach, we will conclude the day and return to the meeting point.
  • After our tours, we will get on our bus and have a panoramic view of Bodrum Castle while taking photographs. We bid farewell to Bodrum and arrive at Bafa Lake, where we take a short break.
