IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is recommended for travelers visiting Morocco for tourism purposes to have health insurance.

• For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or damaged passports.
• For visa applications, it is required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months and to submit the documents specified in the list of required documents for the visa, which can be obtained from our agencies, to the agency with written confirmation at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or from the country where the stay will be longest; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the non-entry into the country due to passport police.
• In case of cancellation of the tour, the visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts solely as an intermediary between the clients and the consulate, and is not responsible for any reasons leading to the visa not being approved, timeliness, or errors in the visa.

                There is no right to compensation.

• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During the registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number that appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee to the guests.
• Flight times may change prior to departure, and all guests are required to confirm the flight times in writing by calling the central office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city where the flight will land may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for time changes or delays made by airlines.
• Guests who do not confirm their flight times are not held liable by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic flight connections.
• For group tickets, airline rules apply. According to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may decrease to 15kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In the case that the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be informed of the tour cancellation at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour route mentioned in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour itinerary.
• City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.
• Activities specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than those specified at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Extra tours can be conducted provided that there is a minimum participation of 20 individuals; otherwise, at the discretion of the guide, prices may change and the tours may still be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Extra tours along the way will take place only if there is a minimum of 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the rest area.
• Tours that authorities do not permit to visit or participate in for any reason will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.

• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same star category.
• All hotel names specified in the programs are indicative (V.B. etc.) and are written solely for the purpose of providing an example regarding star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the specified named hotel.
• In triple rooms, additional bed implementation is available, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or it is an extra bed that opens and closes.
• Please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving the transportation and hotels you have used during your trip.
• Child discounts are valid only for children in a specific age group staying with two adults.
• In cases where minors (under 18 years) are not accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent letters during travel.
• In cases of cancellation or changes, the “ADONIS.COM SALES AGREEMENT” is applicable.
