1. Day Istanbul - Marrakech 26 January 2027 Please be at the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport International Terminal at 08:00. After baggage and check-in procedures, departure for Marrakech on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight at 11:45. Arrival at 15:15 local time. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel with our waiting vehicle. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Marrakech. 2. Day Marrakech 27 January 2027 After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the Marrakech medina, passing through Marrakech’s narrow streets and among orange and cypress trees, and arrive at the city’s largest mosque, the Koutoubia Mosque. With its minaret featuring a different design on each face, the mosque has defied time with its unchanged architectural beauty since the 12th century. Afterwards, we visit the Marrakech Souk, reminiscent of a covered bazaar. In this market area made up of narrow streets, you will have the chance to buy spices, carpets, rugs, embroidered clothes unique to Morocco, leather bags, wallets, perfumes, and many other different products. We end the program at Jma El Fna Square. In Arabic, Jemaa means “community,” and Fna means “courtyard, open area,” which makes it a kind of social center for the local people as well as tourists. In the square, you will frequently encounter snake charmers, fortune tellers, and henna artists. During the tour, we will visit the famous herbalist pharmacists and have the opportunity to buy argan and cactus oils along with various spices, after which we return to the hotel. Day Marrakech 28 January 2027 After breakfast, we join the Essaouira Tour, a World Heritage site. Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, this city, which at first glance reminds us of old Bodrum, is one of the world-famous former Portuguese cities. This city, listed as a “World Heritage” site by UNESCO, is a fishing port on the Atlantic coast and a seaside town where art and culture are intertwined. The city’s fortress, fishing port, and medina built inspired by ancient Roman cities are among the places to visit. You can explore the city among its narrow winding streets and enjoy shopping. Day: Marrakech – Rabat – Casablanca 29 January 2027 After breakfast, we will visit Rabat, the capital city located on the northwestern coast of Morocco where the Bou Regreg River flows into the sea. Kasbah Oudaya, one of Rabat’s most famous landmarks and a fine example of traditional Moroccan and Spanish architecture, the Hassan Tower, and the 5th Mohammed Mausoleum, where Mohammed V, who brought independence to Morocco, and his two sons are buried, are among the places we will see.
