DAY 1 ISTANBUL-CAIRO

DAY 2 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Fayyum Oasis, Magic Lake, and Tunis Village Tour Included)
Time 01:45 Arrival. After necessary formalities, transfer to the hotel. Check-in to the rooms.
Breakfast at our hotel. We depart from our hotel for the Fayyum Oasis, Magic Lake, and Tunis Village Tour. (Approximately 120 km) (Note: We provide safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest of which is 5 years old. Our vehicle offers a variety of snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, and also free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) With the transfer of the capital to the Fayyum Oasis by Pharaoh Amenemhet I in the Middle Kingdom, it began to gain significant importance in history and has now become an important settlement with a population exceeding 300,000. Fayyum Upon arrival in Fayyum city, we will first conduct a lake tour on Lake Harun (Magic Lake) with an authentic felucca boat. (included in the price) The contrast of this verdant oasis in the center of the Fayyum Desert and the breathtaking views of Mount Mudavara will accompany this pleasant tour. Afterwards, we will visit the authentic Tunis Village, which is the center of artists and craftsmen, located on a hill overlooking the Salt Lake. (the village entrance fee is included in the price) During our free time, guests can explore this peaceful village, shop at the many ceramic pottery workshops, or even take part in a course, and visit the art gallery. Additionally, if you are interested, you can go horseback riding in the desert and by the lake. There are also restaurants and cozy cafes serving delicious meals in the village. (You can optionally join the Rayan Valley Waterfalls and Whale Valley Open-Air Museum Jeep Safari with an extra fee for lunch) After the tour, we return to Cairo.

DAY 3 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Kefren Valley Temple, and Sphinx Tour Included)
Breakfast at our hotel. We depart from the hotel for the most exciting places of our trip, the Pyramids, Kefren Valley Temple, and Sphinx Tour. (entrance fee is included in the price.) You will be amazed at how these wonders, among the 7 wonders of the world, were built with technologies and means thousands of years ago during our tour of Panorama Hill, Kefren Valley Temple, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre accompanied by our guide. (Entry ticket to the tunnels inside the pyramids is not included in the price, and we do not recommend entering.) After the tour, we visit the Papyrus Store where you can see and learn about the production stages of the important products of the Pharaohs, Papyrus paper. Then, we visit the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop dating back to the time of the Pharaohs to complete our shopping. After the tour, there is free time for shopping. Return to the hotel is free. DAY 4 CAIRO-ALEXANDRIA (Breakfast and Dinner) (Old Cairo Tour Included)
After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and start our Old Cairo Tour. (Entrance fees to the El Moez area, Mamluk Palace, and Mosque are included in the price; the Coptic Museum entrance fee is not included.) In the historical streets of ancient Cairo, which has hosted many cultures, civilizations, and religions, we will discover the Amr ibn al-As Mosque, the first mosque in Egypt and Africa, the Ben Azhar Synagogue where Prophet Moses is believed to have spent time, and the Hanging (Muallak) Church considered sacred by Christians, as well as the Abu Serga Church, which includes the cave where Mary and Jesus lived for three months, and the Coptic Museum which displays the history of Egyptian Christians, all of which will be seen from the outside. Time until the transfer will be free.
(You can also opt to join the Cairo Citadel and Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque Tour for lunch at an additional charge.) Then, we will transfer to Alexandria. (Approximately 220 km.) (Note: We provide safe travel with our vehicles, the oldest of which is 5 years old, and city-to-city travel with double drivers. Our vehicle offers a variety of snacks, water, tea, and coffee service, and also free WIFI internet connection. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, we will begin our Panoramic City Tour (the price is included in your package). With our arrival, we will begin our Panoramic City Tour in Alexandria. (Included in the price) The Royal Montazah Palace and Gardens, Abu al Abbas Mosque, Mariout Lake, Alexandria Library, Catacombs, Qaitbay Castle, the location of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, Stanley Bridge, beachfront area, Port, St. Mark's Cathedral and College, French School, Corniche Area, Freedom Square, Saar Zaghloul Square, and Salah Salem Street are among the places to be visited. After the tour, we will have our early dinner at one of Alexandria's famous fish restaurants. After dinner, free time. At the time determined by our guide, transfer to the airport.

The El Azhar Mosque, the second oldest madrasa in the world, and the beautifully restored Hussein Mosque, one of Cairo's most beautiful mosques, are also located here. During your visit to the bazaar, you can visit Hussein Mosque, make your souvenir shopping at over five thousand shops and market stalls, and enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee or mint tea at Fishawi, which is one of the favorite spots of Mehmet Akif Ersoy. 1- Tours are conducted in Turkish with a minimum number of participants required. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking personnel (with the approval of the guest)
B- For a price difference, the tour can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the approval of the guest)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be issued; if it is lower, the refund will be the difference.
 2- Reservations and payments are made to local service providers at the time the guest purchases the tour. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If a health problem verified by a doctor's report occurs for themselves and/or a person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be issued; if it is lower, the refund will be the difference.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be issued; if it is lower, the refund will be the difference.
 C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure will not be eligible for a refund.
D- Guests who are not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time can still join the tour by making their way to another location on their own. If they choose not to do this or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be issued.
E- Some tours may pick guests from different hotels, so delays may occur. In such cases, the guest should contact our authorized personnel to find out the time of arrival of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for cancellation, and if a cancellation is requested, no refund will be issued.
F- Our authorized personnel will provide the necessary information regarding the departure times during the free time and breaks given during the tour. Whether our personnel wait for a reasonable amount of time if the guest is late, or continue, depends on the situation not affecting the tour flow. Otherwise, the guest may continue the tour or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be provided.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:  The vehicles, restaurants, menus, locations, personnel, and all other services used in our tours are based on the best available quality and our years of experience in Egypt; all are certified by the International Tourism Standards and the Egyptian Authorities. In case of any deficiencies or defective services in our tours and activities; since your process in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, any problems can be resolved with immediate intervention, and/or a partial or complete refund may be issued depending on the problem. Discounts on discounted packages will be deducted from the price to return the net amount paid.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, technical failures, and other such situations.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health concerns, we kindly ask that you consult with our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc. have risks of accidents and may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. Please ensure that you are aware of these risks when participating in such tours and activities; if you have any doubts, do not hesitate to inquire with our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When you participate in such tours and activities, we kindly request that you adhere strictly to our personnel's warnings, follow the prescribed precautions, and wear the safety equipment provided accordingly. Failing to do so puts both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- It is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing in places of religious importance. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed entry due to clothing issues.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, shawls, or borrowing and returning towels from the hotel is completely the responsibility of our guests.
8- Food allergies or health-related special diets must be reported to our guide. Please be aware that we may not always be able to meet such specific needs. We only guarantee to do our utmost.
9- During your stay in Egypt and in our tours, we strongly advise against consuming open water or other beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been washed and peeled, and consuming unpackaged foods sold on the street. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in getting necessary medical intervention. However, the related expenses will be borne by you.
