Day 1: Istanbul–Rome
Meeting with our valued guests at 09:00 in front of the AJet Airlines counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal. Departure for Rome at 11:25 on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF73. After our arrival at 12:10, we set off with our private bus waiting for us to take a city tour. Following our arrival, during our tour of this beautiful city, the capital of world history and Italy, we panoramically discover Rome’s most important historical sites. Our first stop is the Colosseo (Colosseum) and the Arch of Constantine right next to it. We then admire the view of the Roman Forum and the panoramic view of the city from Capitoline Hill. At Piazza della Bocca della Verità, we see the statue of the “Mouth of Truth,” pass in front of the ancient Teatro Marcello and reach the banks of the Tiber River. Our tour ends with a view of Castel Sant’Angelo adorning the river. After our tour, guests who wish may join the Angels & Demons Tour, which will be arranged as an optional excursion. Transfer to our hotel and check-in. Overnight at our hotel in Rome.
Optional Tour: Angels & Demons & Vatican Tour – 40 Euros per person
During our Angels and Demons tour, Rome’s most important squares, monuments and religious buildings reflecting the spirit of the city await us. Our first stop is Piazza della Repubblica, one of Rome’s liveliest areas. We then visit Piazza Venezia, the administrative and historical center of the city, and view the magnificent Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II panoramically. At Piazza Navona, one of the finest examples of Baroque architecture, we take a short photo break accompanied by Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers. Our next stop is the ancient Pantheon, dazzling with its architecture. We then reach the Fontana di Trevi (Trevi Fountain), which has become a symbol of Rome, and perform the traditional wish ritual. Our walk continues with the Spanish Steps, one of Rome’s most romantic spots, and Piazza del Popolo, considered the city’s northern gateway. In the final part of our walk, we proceed to the Vatican, the center of the Christian world, and see the magnificent St. Peter’s Square surrounded by Bernini’s colonnades. We then enter St. Peter’s Basilica accompanied by our guide. We have the opportunity to individually discover the magnificent dome designed by Michelangelo, the Pietà sculpture and the unique works of art inside the basilica. There will be no guided commentary inside; the visit will take place in the form of independent sightseeing. This walk, during which you will discover Rome’s atmosphere intertwined with history, art and faith street by street, will offer an unforgettable experience.
Day 2: Rome – Naples & Pompeii – Rome
After breakfast in the morning, the entire day is free. Guests who wish may join the Ancient City of Pompeii and Naples City Tour or, in the evening, the Rome by Night tour. Overnight at our hotel in Rome.
Optional Tour: Ancient City of Pompeii and Naples City Tour – 120 Euros per person
Pompeii, one of Italy’s most impressive archaeological sites, is an ancient Roman city that was suddenly destroyed by the lava of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79 and brought back to light centuries later. On this tour, accompanied by a licensed local guide, you will walk along the stone streets and closely see traces of the Roman era; with its baths, houses, frescoes, shops and mosaics, you will experience daily life firsthand. Following our visit to Pompeii, we proceed to Naples, the largest city in southern Italy. In this historic port city built on the slopes of Vesuvius, we take a panoramic city tour accompanied by our guide. We will have the opportunity to see important landmarks such as Castel Nuovo, the Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre, Galleria Umberto and Spaccanapoli from the outside. During free time, you can taste Naples’ famous street foods and enjoy an unforgettable lunch break in the city where Italian pizza was born. Bringing together history, archaeology and southern Italian culture, this tour offers a special experience filled with unforgettable moments and fascinating stories.

Day 3: Rome – Pisa – Florence – Montecatini
After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Florence. Along the way, guests who wish may join the Pisa Tour. Known throughout history as the birthplace of the Renaissance and a city that shaped the history of European art and thought, Florence is one of the most important cultural centers not only in Italy but also in the world. Rising under the patronage of the Medici family, this city was the birthplace and creative center of many geniuses such as Dante Alighieri, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo Buonarroti and Botticelli. It also played a pioneering role throughout history in banking, textiles and the arts, and once served as the capital of the Kingdom of Italy. During our city tour, sights include the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), one of Florence’s masterpieces combining Gothic and Renaissance architecture, and the Baptistery with its impressive exterior, Giotto’s Campanile, Piazza della Signoria, considered the political center of the city, and Palazzo Vecchio (Signoria Palace) in the square, the sculpture-adorned Loggia dei Lanzi, Piazza degli Uffizi, home to world-famous collections, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, notable for its historic and elegant structure over the Arno River, Piazza della Repubblica, which combines the city’s modern and historic fabric, and San Lorenzo Market, known for its local products.
Optional Tour: Pisa Tour – 45 EUR per person
We will have the opportunity to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of Italy’s symbols, up close. During our tour, Piazza dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will be visited; our guide will provide information about the Pisa Cathedral, Baptistery and Leaning Tower from the outside. After the tour, guests will have free time to take photographs and explore the surroundings. You can capture unforgettable moments in front of this iconic tower, one of the most photographed structures in Italy.
Day 4: Montecatini–Verona – Venice
After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Venice. Guests who wish may join the Verona & Lake Garda Tour taking place along the way. Following our tour, we continue to Venice. From Tronchetto port, the final point accessible by vehicles, we take a vaporetto to the historic island. After an enjoyable vaporetto ride, we disembark near St. Mark’s Square, the historic center of the city, and begin our tour among the canals. Here, motor vehicles have been eliminated, and all the vehicles we are accustomed to seeing in daily life, such as police cars, ambulances, garbage trucks and municipal buses, have been replaced by boats. As we walk from the Riva degli Schiavoni to St. Mark’s Square, you can see the Venetian prison, the “Ponte dei Sospiri” (Bridge of Sighs) connecting the prison with the Doge’s Palace, San Giorgio Island directly opposite the bridge, the twin columns in the square in front of the main façade of the Doge’s Palace, known as the city’s entrance gate, and the statues on these columns symbolizing Venice. The square where St. Mark’s Basilica is located was called “the most beautiful square in the world” by Napoleon. Although construction of the cathedral was completed in the 9th century, it took until the 17th century to reach its present form. The four bronze horses you will see on the main façade were brought from Istanbul upon the return from the Fourth Crusade. During your free time, you can watch the statues atop the clock tower strike the bell at the beginning of every hour and climb the bell tower to enjoy a panoramic view of all Venice. Guests who wish may also join the optional Burano Island Tour. Following our tour, free time. Afterwards, we proceed to our hotel, distribute the rooms and spend the night at our hotel in Venice.
Optional Tour: Verona & Garda Tour – 50 Euros per person
We see the administrative palace of the Duchy of Verona, which remained under the Venetian Republic for centuries, and Piazza delle Erbe, still used as a marketplace today as it was in the past. In Piazza delle Erbe, we see Italy’s second-largest amphitheater after the Colosseum in Rome. Passing through Verona’s shopping centers and streets paved with marble to display its wealth, we see the palace where Dante Alighieri lived during his exile. After seeing the Scaligero family tombs, belonging to the family that ruled Verona, we panoramically view the house where Romeo and Juliet were born, which inspired the English dramatist William Shakespeare. After a short free time, we depart for Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake.
With its natural beauty, peaceful atmosphere and lake views, Garda is enchanting. You can take a walk along the lakeside, photograph unique views and enjoy the cool breeze. After free time, we board our bus and complete our tour.
Optional Tour: Burano Island Tour – 35 Euros per person
Burano Island, the most colorful corner of the Venetian Lagoon, has a fascinating atmosphere with its vividly colored houses and peaceful streets. On the island, one of the favorite spots for photography enthusiasts, our guide will lead us on a short walk, after which guests will have free time. You can admire Burano’s famous handmade lace, stroll among the island’s pastel-colored houses and enjoy a coffee break by the lagoon. With its silence, simplicity and fairytale-like appearance, Burano will add a peaceful yet unforgettable memory to your Venice trip.
Day 5: Venice – Lake Como and Its Town – Milan
After breakfast in the morning, we depart for Milan. Upon arrival in Milan, we set out for our city tour. Rather than being charming, Milan is elegant; rather than creative, it is affluent. It is undoubtedly the lifeblood of Italy’s economy and one of the most remarkable cities in Italy. During our panoramic Milan city tour, we will see Castello Sforzesco, one of the city’s historic monuments, and the Galleria, which left its mark on the 19th-century Industrial Revolution and is also known as Europe’s first enclosed shopping center. The famous French engineer Gustave Eiffel was inspired by this structure when building the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The Duomo, where Gothic art can be seen extensively, is the world’s fourth-largest church, with an exterior consisting of more than 2,000 statues. On the streets known as the center of fashion, Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga, you can admire the richness of the shop windows. After free time, guests who wish may join our Lake Como and Town Tour. Following our tour, we proceed to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Milan.

Located approximately 1.5 hours from Milan, Lake Como is a pleasant region known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. During this tour, we reach the town of Como and take a short walk accompanied by our guide, followed by free time for shopping and exploring.
Day 6: Milan – Bergamo – Istanbul
After breakfast, we check out of our rooms and transfer to Bergamo Airport at the time determined by our guides. Guests who wish may join the Bergamo Tour in the Footsteps of the Middle Ages taking place along the way. Following our tour, we transfer to the airport. After baggage and passport procedures, we fly to Istanbul at 13:15 on AJet’s scheduled flight VF62. After a comfortable flight, arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 17:55 and the end of our tour. We hope to see you at our next organization.

GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, DGNTRAVEL can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Any additional services purchased outside the tour, such as domestic flight connections purchased from DGNTRAVEL, will also be refunded to the guest. However, if the visa service has been used for visa application on behalf of the guest, it cannot be refunded since these services have been used; if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled, and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of DGNTRAVEL, in the event that the trip is canceled by DGNTRAVEL, the guest may not request any refund from DGNTRAVEL. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour upon purchasing the tour, and DGNTRAVEL cannot be held responsible.
3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, DGNTRAVEL has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will only be provided individually for the guest, the package includes transportation service only for airport transfers for the outbound/inbound international flight.
Cancellation and Change
4- In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the flight ticket fees that do not have the right of cancellation & change and refund will be reflected as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify DGNTRAVEL in writing, except for airline tickets that have been paid to the airline and/or under commitment. In cases when there are 31 days or less left until the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket fees, and if there are 15 days or less left until the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the period the cancellation request is made, so it is necessary to inquire about the refund conditions in advance. DGNTRAVEL cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites being visited, whether they are open or closed, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours from within the vehicle without entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, along with other tours indicated in the program, will not be held if access to them is denied by local authorities on the day and time of the tour or if they become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or walking in areas where access is restricted or roads are closed.
8- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the status of being closed of the museums and historical sites. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight times.
9- Important points to note for tours conducted with speed boats: heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests must inform their guide about their conditions.
10- There is no refund if services included in the prices are not participated in, such as tours or dining services.
About Flights
11- DGNTRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations upon purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a purchased return ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- For participants of tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by guests at airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites before the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information should be followed by the guests themselves.
17- DGNTRAVEL cannot be held responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the required times according to the airline rules, who do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding processes on time but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new departure-return flight tickets and necessary transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility.
18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg for these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under DGNTRAVEL's responsibility.
19- For guests who want to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be performed based on the availability of the airline (check your membership with the airline) after the tickets are issued. No mile guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets for the program are eligible for upgrade.
20- In some airlines, food and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
Other Matters
21- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In this case, DGNTRAVEL's cancellation conditions will apply.
22- In cases where hotels are specified only by category information without specific hotel names in the tour program and/or if options are presented for the same destination, it will be communicated to the guest by DGNTRAVEL 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated locations or kilometers. In such a case, DGNTRAVEL will inform at least 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- At the time of registering for the purchased tour, it is required for the guest to correctly enter/declare their name, date of birth, and passport number as written on their passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes caused by incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- Before leaving Turkey, please check if your mobile phone is enabled for use abroad by contacting your service provider.
26- The check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- DGNTRAVEL will inform the hotel of requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type). Efforts will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the preferences of the guest according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's available capacity at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast generally familiar. It is generally served with limited options composed of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned to the group.
29- In some situations, a double room may have a double bed instead. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if needed.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel and respective room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and depend on the availability of the hotel, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds referred to as sofabeds that can be opened/closed. Our guests accept that there may be tightness in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple rooms and/or reservations with children.
34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are applicable only for the qualifying age group of "one child" accompanying two adults.
36- Currency exchange rates during the day are reflected in TL prices. Rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any extra services you request, (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel may incur additional charges and are not included in the purchase price, and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that are implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel during check-in or check-out.
38- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
39- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of cities in the program or the primary airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of mandatory reasons or at its discretion.
40- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering the items to the country and/or to the owner are the responsibility of the item owner.
41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and prescriptions in case of health issues.
42- For potential extra expenses, upon checking in at the hotel, an official identification document with a photo/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no interference.
Visa and Passport
43- There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens.
44- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
45- In order to have entry and exit stamps in your passport at customs, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
46- Being exempt from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit will be allowed; the passport police have the authority to deny your entry/exiting to the country, DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
47- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who travel using a different country's passport must directly inquire about the visa procedures of the country they will be visiting with the relevant consulates. Otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for resulting consequences.
48- In order to avoid issues with customs control at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similar damaged passports, passports should be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
49- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a consent document showing the consent of both parents during entry/exit to the country by the police officer. Thus, it is recommended that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
