Day 1 ISTANBUL – PORTO
We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we take our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Porto. Upon arrival, we board our private bus waiting for us at the airport and begin our panoramic city tour. The places to be seen include Bento Station, São Francisco Church, Stock Exchange Palace, Porto Cathedral, Liberdade Square, Batalha Square, the city’s oldest and most typical settlement area, the Ribeira District, Clerigos Tower, Santa Catarina, the city’s most famous shopping street, Dom Luis I Bridge, Arrabida Bridge, and Boa Vista, the city’s new and modern district. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 PORTO – AVEIRO – BRAGA – GUIMARAES
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for the Aveiro & Braga & Guimaraes tour. Aveiro; in the Aveiro tour, known as the Venice of Portugal, we will see the canals running through the city, the Aveiro River Bridge, the Old Train Station, and Aveiro Cathedral. Braga; Braga, the 3rd largest city in Portugal and its religious center, is home to Jesus Hill and its cathedral. It is a historical city of Portugal with beautiful small squares and narrow streets. Guimaraes; founded by the King of Portugal in the 10th century, this city is the birthplace of Portugal. Having preserved its unique structure since the 10th century, it became a religious capital, and in Guimaraes, a small charming place, you will feel as if time has stopped. Day 3 PORTO – NAZARE – FATIMA – OBIDOS – LISBON
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Lisbon. On the way, we complete our Obidos & Nazare & Fatima tour. During the tour, we visit Fatima, known as Portugal’s sacred place, Nazare, a charming fishing town with its remarkable coastline, and Obidos, with its two-story white houses and historic walls covered with ivy. After the tour, we continue to Lisbon and upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic Lisbon city tour. Places to be seen include Rossio Square, Belem Tower, Monument to the Discoveries, Marquis of Pombal Square, Jeronimos Monastery, and Santa Justa Elevator. Day 4 LISBON – SINTRA – CABO DA ROCA – CASCAIS – ESTORIL
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our Atlantic Beauties tour. First, while heading toward the historic city of Sintra, we have the opportunity to see the magnificent views of the Sintra Mountains accompanied by 19th-century romantic architecture and vibrant colors. Passing through the narrow cobbled streets of the UNESCO-protected historic city of Sintra, we visit its impressive fountains and hidden passages. Then, we are welcomed by dramatic landscapes and cliffs along the paths at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of the European continent. After that, we go to Cascais, the Atlantic coastal town where the nobility of the 19th century spent their summer holidays. We end our tour in Estoril, located in the Iberian Peninsula’s most luxurious area, the Portuguese Riviera. Day 5 LISBON – SEVILLE
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville and upon arrival, enjoy a Seville city tour. Among the places we will see are Spain Square, Golden Tower, and Santa Cruz district, as well as Maria Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens. Day 6 SEVILLE – RONDA – SEVILLE
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for the Ronda tour. Ronda has the distinction of being the last fortress surrendered to the Spaniards as the Umayyads withdrew from the peninsula. For this reason, it stands out for having been shaped under the influence of both Islamic and Christian religions, adorned with enduring traces. Built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone gorge, it is a typical white Andalusian village with the world’s oldest bullring. Day 7 SEVILLE – CORDOBA – ALHAMBRA – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Cordoba. Upon arrival, panoramic city tour. Cordoba, with its astonishing architecture, glorious history, whitewashed walls, and winding streets, is like a wonderland. Located in Andalusia in Southern Spain, Cordoba was one of the most populous cities in the world in the 10th and 11th centuries. In that period, this city, where Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived in peace, became one of Europe’s most important cultural centers thanks to the contributions of prominent philosophers, scientists, and artists. During the Cordoba city tour, which is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list, the places we will see include the world’s 3rd largest mosque/cathedral, the Great Mosque of Cordoba (panoramic) – Mezquita, Alcazar Palace, and the Renaissance-era Jewish Quarter. After the tour, we head to Granada and upon arrival enjoy a panoramic city tour. In the historic streets of Granada, among the remains from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods, the places to be seen include Gran Via, La Rambla Square, the Arab Bazaar, and the Town Hall Square. Then, with our guests, they may join the Alhambra Palace tour (subject to availability of the palace) (excluding the harem section). On this tour, the Alhambra Palace, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, will be visited. Day 8 GRANADA – MALAGA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Malaga and take a city tour. In the Malaga city tour, the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, the places we will see include Paseo de Parque (Park Avenue), Plaza de la Merced, Cervantes Theater, Puerto Marina (Port), La Alcazaba, and Gibralfaro Castle. After the tour, we transfer to the airport at the time announced by our guide. Following baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we take our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. With our arrival at Istanbul New Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
