The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as a panoramic tour with explanations from the guide only from within the vehicle, excluding museum and historic site entries and lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Dgn Travel is not responsible for tours not being conducted if local authorities do not allow visits or entry due to any activity, closed roads, or bad weather conditions that make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot if there are closed roads or points that do not permit vehicle entry.
- Triple rooms are subject to availability at the hotels, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are composed of beds referred to as folding and coach beds; therefore, the tour participant accepts that they accept the potential cramped conditions and bed types in the reservation for the third person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for a single child who meets the age group staying with two adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.

- Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight hours may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated hours will be communicated to you through your agency with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without obtaining a domestic flight. If the guest has their domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled or if there is a time change. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses due to the tour's cancellation or changes when purchasing the tour. Dgn Travel cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline rules, if round-trip flight tickets are purchased and the outbound flight is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Guests participating in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point on time and without delays using their own means. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all transfers on their own.
- Participants who do not show up at the indicated airport at the notified times according to airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but cannot board the flight, will not hold Dgn Travel responsible for their inability to complete the flight. - It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.
- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may incur extra charges.
- During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times reported by our guide to the guests are based on the time the bus is scheduled to depart. Our guide, who is responsible for equally protecting the rights of all guests, will not wait for late participants and will move the vehicle at the meeting times. If a guest is late, they must arrange their transportation to the next stop themselves.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive service, provided that at least 20 people participate. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the trips may not be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums or sites to be visited are open/closed and based on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participating in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours will be considered to have accepted to wait at a convenient rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour starts and taken back from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- In programs where extra tours are included, it is mandatory to pay for museum and historic site entrance fees at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
