1st Day ISTANBUL We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal 3 hours before the flight (1 calendar day before the departure flight date). 2nd Day ISTANBUL – TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FEZ After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our scheduled Air Arabia flight to Tangier begins. Upon arrival at Tangier Airport, we transfer to Chefchaouen by our private bus waiting for us at the airport. We continue our journey to Chefchaouen, the Blue City whose fame has long gone beyond the borders of Morocco. After our walk through its labyrinth-like, sky-blue streets, there will be free time for our guests who wish to shop. After the tour, we depart for Fez. Then we proceed for the Old Capital Fez & Medina Tour. In Fez, after walking by the monumental gate of the royal palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the Jewish quarter Mellah surrounding it, our Medina tour includes the Attarine Madrasa, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, the bazaar where Moroccan jewelry and copper items are sold, workshops where the world’s finest ceramic craftsmanship is produced, and the tanneries near the Fez River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods. Then we proceed for the Marrakech Medina & Bahia Palace tour. Today we receive information about argan oil and exotic spices, and visit the Bahia Palace decorated with zellige, the country’s characteristic tile work. In this region, where argan trees are most abundant in Morocco, we first visit an Argan Oil Cooperative and receive information about argan oil. Then we arrive in the city of Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. It reminds us of old Bodrum, a world-famous former Portuguese city. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city is a fishing port on the Atlantic coast and a seaside town where art and culture intertwine, and it has also been the setting for many productions such as Orson Welles’ Othello and the recently very popular Game of Thrones. The city’s fortress, fishing harbor, and Medina, built inspired by ancient Roman cities, are among the places to see. You can explore the city through its narrow labyrinthine streets and enjoy pleasant shopping. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Marrakech and free time to rest. We carry out our tour of the Majorelle Garden, one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech. The Majorelle Garden, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and brought to its present form by famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent, will be followed by transfer to our hotel in Marrakech. Casablanca owes its fame to the legendary Hollywood film Casablanca, which is remembered by the line “Play it again, Sam,” and reflects the era when it hosted negotiations between the sides during World War II and very intense espionage activities. In Casablanca, which is now an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and in the country, we will see Mohammed V Square, Rick’s Cafe inspired by the place where the film Casablanca was shot, Hassan II Mosque, Anfa and Zerktouni boulevards, among the most lively streets of the modern city, and the colorful Corniche promenade. Then we depart for the Rabat Tour, the capital. Rabat lies on the banks of the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Istanbul on the scheduled Air Arabia flight. With our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the tour and our services come to an end.
