1.Day Istanbul – Dubai Meeting at Sabiha Gokcen Airport International Departures Terminal in front of the AJet Airlines counter at 19:00. After ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we depart for Dubai International Airport at 22:20 on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF143. 2.Day Dubai Arrival at Dubai International Airport at local time 03:55. After our luggage procedures, we meet our guide awaiting us at the airport and head to Dubai city center. After a breakfast break upon arrival, we start our tour of Dubai's icons and the city. We will begin our tour by viewing the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of the United Arab Emirates. You can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us during this time. Then, as we travel along Sheikh Zayed Road, named after the founder of the Emirates, we will have the chance to see Dubai's world-renowned skyscrapers and shopping malls panoramically. Our next stop will be at Marina, where we will have a photo break to capture the first completed Palm Island which is Dubai's third largest. Afterwards, we will drive along Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's wealthiest and busiest street, and view the Burj Al Arab, the world's only 7-star hotel, panoramically. After a photo break here, we will move to Deira, known as the old town of Dubai, and visit the Gold Souk where you can shop. After our city tour, we return to our hotel. For those interested, an optional evening dinner tour will be organized to Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show. Overnight at our hotel. Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Tour to Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show - $75 per person. Our first visit for this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on 400 acres, this resort features five-star hotels along a 2 km long beach, 29 villas, 40 restaurants, and a large souk. This traditional souk, reminiscent of Venice, will be appreciated for carrying the region’s old architectural features and offering a wide variety of souvenirs. Our second stop will be Burj Khalifa, known as the largest architecture in the world. With a height of 828 meters, Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) holds the title of the tallest building in the world; it is named after Khalifa bin Zayed and has more than 160 floors. Our next stop will be Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world with a capacity of 1,200 shops. You can find all kinds of electronic stores, souvenirs, and high-quality local products such as processed dates here. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can participate in the Fountain water, sound, and light show. 3.Day Dubai After breakfast, free time. Guests interested can participate in the optional Dubai's Best: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame: This architectural marvel is designed as a bridge between Dubai's past and future, and we will visit this iconic site. Miracle Garden: We will stroll through a colorful and mesmerizing garden containing 45 million flowers. Guests may also join the optional evening dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, take a safari ride in 4x4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. In the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, we will have a buffet dinner and traditional dance shows, allowing you to relax after a long day. After our tour, we return to our hotel and overnight at our hotel. Optional Tour: Dubai's Best Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden Tour - $70! We start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, measuring 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, for an outside photo shoot. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different perspectives and offers an impressive view. Afterwards, we will visit the Miracle Garden, the world’s largest flower garden housing 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time to take wonderful photos in the garden. Free time until the specified time. Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour - $90 per person! Our tour, which starts in the afternoon, will take you in luxury 4x4 vehicles from our hotel, where you will experience an exciting safari on sand dunes. During this time, you may spot animals such as camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the best moments will be taking photos of the breathtaking scene as the sun sets. After the safari, we will head to the Bedouin tents where you can enjoy dinner while watching various stage shows. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can have a henna tattoo with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. At the buffet dinner, you will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies while enjoying dance shows. 4.Day: Dubai After breakfast, for those interested, an optional day tour will be organized to Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World with lunch. As part of the tour, you will see the Ethiad Towers, the Emirates Palace, known as the most expensive hotel in the world, and the Heritage Village museum that portrays the old desert life. We will move to where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we will give photo break at the world-famous Ferrari World area, and then return to Dubai. At the time specified by our guide, we will transfer to Sharjah Airport. Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour - $85 per person. For those interested, we will embark on the Marina Dhow Cruise for an evening dinner on a luxury boat. Under the magnificent lights of Dubai, you will see the views of luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, the historic buildings of Old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk while enjoying a buffet dinner with traditional music. 5.Day: Dubai After breakfast, all day free time. Guests interested can join the optional Shopping Tour. Overnight at our hotel until the transfer time determined by our guide. Optional Tour: Full Day Shopping Tour - $75 per person! A perfect opportunity to complete your shopping before leaving Dubai! In our tour, you will visit three different shopping spots where you can find a wide range of products. We will take our first break at Day2Day Shopping Center, where you can find your souvenirs. Mall of the Emirates: You will have free time in this famous shopping center which includes a ski slope. After the free time decided by our guide, we will move to Outlet Mall where discounted products can be found. Our tour offers the chance to shop and explore Dubai's shopping opportunities. After our visit to Outlet Mall, we will go to Global Village, which is composed of pavilions from various countries and is considered one of the most entertaining places in the world. You will spend a delightful evening in the pavilion where you can find souvenirs and food products. At the end of the evening, we will transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. Need to Know

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if the domestic flight connection was purchased from the Agency, it will be refunded to the guest. However, visa services and travel health insurance, if applied on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services would be considered used. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can also be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different service provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event of cancellation of the tour by the Agency. The guest accepts all material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.

3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, as the tour will be delivered individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer for international travel.

Cancellation and Changes

4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the fare for these flight tickets, which do not have the right of cancellation & change and refund, will be charged as a penalty.

5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline company. In case the trip is canceled less than 31 days before the departure date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be incurred from the airplane ticket price, and in the case of cancellation less than 15 days before the departure date, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the conditions for refund of additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. The Agency cannot guarantee any commitments for the refunds of additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and historical sites to be visited are open or closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during tours.

7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as general introductions to the cities and are panoramic tours that take place within a maximum of 2-3 hours with the guide's narration from within the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours due to local authority restrictions on entry, closure due to various activities, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is restricted where possible.

8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to participant numbers and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed, throughout the content of our tours. This provision is also valid regarding possible changes to flight schedules.

9- Important considerations for tours conducted with Speed Boats include; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or who are pregnant should inform their guides about their conditions.

10- No refund will be granted if the services included in the price are not utilized, such as participation in tours or meal services.

About Flights

11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of a dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.

12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations upon purchasing the trip.

13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

14- According to the airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

15- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be carried out by participants on flights are personal actions, and must be done by the guests at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline companies' websites before the flight.

16- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are announced by voice at airports and are displayed on information boards in the area. These information should be monitored by the guests themselves.

17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participation in the tour, have not completed check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed these but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and arrangements for transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight will be their responsibility.

18- The general weight allowance for luggage on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being visited. If there are domestic flights in the country being visited, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.

19- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrade transactions can be carried out based on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline to which you have membership). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are from upgradeable classes.

20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services.

Other Matters

21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will be valid.

22- When hotel(s) are provided with only the category information and/or offered with alternatives for the same destination in the tour program, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip.

23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used from locations further away than specified distances. In this case, the Agency will inform guests 15 days before the departure date of the tour.

24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty charges from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.

26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

27- The Agency will communicate room requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Care will be taken to ensure that reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences, based on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall dedicated for groups.

29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.

30- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room types.

31- Every additional bed and baby crib must be provided upon request and according to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.

32- The capacity of the additional bed or baby crib in a room is maximum 1 (one).

33- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of foldable beds or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that due to additional beds that will be added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children, any congestion and bed type experienced in the rooms are accepted.

34- If the number and ages of children accompanying adults in hotel reservations are declared incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.

35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts apply to the "single child" within the age group who stays with two accompanying adults.

36- Currency exchanges during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and certain extra services to be obtained at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charges set by the hotel and are not included in the purchase price; they should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.

38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. The travel times may extend due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, and roadwork and conditions.

39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, in compulsory cases or when deemed necessary.

40- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/misplaced/stolen items. The costs incurred in delivering forgotten items to the country and/or the person will be borne by the item owner.

41- Persons joining the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues with them.

42- For any incidental expenses, the hotel may require a deposit in the form of a credit card or cash at check-in, which can be requested by official authorities along with a photo ID/passport. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.

Visa and Passport

1- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

2- In order for the entry-exit stamp to be inked into your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee your admission or exit from the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry or exit, and the Agency cannot be held responsible for such situations; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to at the relevant consulates personally; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.

5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossings due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, they must be renewed. The responsibility lies with the passenger otherwise.

6- Guests under the age of 18 should be aware that they may be required to present a document showing their parents' mutual consent when traveling alone or with only one parent; both the minor and the parents should pay attention to this matter.
