2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if the domestic flight connection was purchased from the Agency, it will be refunded to the guest. However, visa services and travel health insurance, if applied on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services would be considered used. If a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance can also be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different service provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event of cancellation of the tour by the Agency. The guest accepts all material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to not cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, as the tour will be delivered individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer for international travel.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the fare for these flight tickets, which do not have the right of cancellation & change and refund, will be charged as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline company. In case the trip is canceled less than 31 days before the departure date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be incurred from the airplane ticket price, and in the case of cancellation less than 15 days before the departure date, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty. If a cancellation request is made, the conditions for refund of additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. The Agency cannot guarantee any commitments for the refunds of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and historical sites to be visited are open or closed and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as general introductions to the cities and are panoramic tours that take place within a maximum of 2-3 hours with the guide's narration from within the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours due to local authority restrictions on entry, closure due to various activities, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in places where roads are closed or vehicle entry is restricted where possible.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to participant numbers and whether the museum or archaeological site is closed, throughout the content of our tours. This provision is also valid regarding possible changes to flight schedules.
9- Important considerations for tours conducted with Speed Boats include; heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints or who are pregnant should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- No refund will be granted if the services included in the price are not utilized, such as participation in tours or meal services.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of a dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will be applied.
12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations upon purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to the airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip plane ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be carried out by participants on flights are personal actions, and must be done by the guests at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline companies' websites before the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are announced by voice at airports and are displayed on information boards in the area. These information should be monitored by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the times indicated by the airline rules for participation in the tour, have not completed check-in and boarding procedures on time, or have completed these but do not board the aircraft. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and arrangements for transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight will be their responsibility.
18- The general weight allowance for luggage on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being visited. If there are domestic flights in the country being visited, the luggage weight may drop to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrade transactions can be carried out based on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline to which you have membership). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program are from upgradeable classes.
20- Some airlines may charge extra for meal and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will be valid.
22- When hotel(s) are provided with only the category information and/or offered with alternatives for the same destination in the tour program, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used from locations further away than specified distances. In this case, the Agency will inform guests 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty charges from flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency will communicate room requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Care will be taken to ensure that reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences, based on the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall dedicated for groups.
29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined if necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary depending on each hotel and room types.
31- Every additional bed and baby crib must be provided upon request and according to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The capacity of the additional bed or baby crib in a room is maximum 1 (one).
33- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of foldable beds or coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that due to additional beds that will be added to standard rooms in reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children, any congestion and bed type experienced in the rooms are accepted.
34- If the number and ages of children accompanying adults in hotel reservations are declared incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.
35- In reservations with 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accompanied by two adults. Child discounts apply to the "single child" within the age group who stays with two accompanying adults.
36- Currency exchanges during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and certain extra services to be obtained at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may be subject to extra charges set by the hotel and are not included in the purchase price; they should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or exit.
38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. The travel times may extend due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the visited country, and roadwork and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without disrupting the content of the program, in compulsory cases or when deemed necessary.
40- Guests participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/misplaced/stolen items. The costs incurred in delivering forgotten items to the country and/or the person will be borne by the item owner.
41- Persons joining the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health issues with them.
42- For any incidental expenses, the hotel may require a deposit in the form of a credit card or cash at check-in, which can be requested by official authorities along with a photo ID/passport. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.

1- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2- In order for the entry-exit stamp to be inked into your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for entry into the countries on this tour does not guarantee your admission or exit from the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry or exit, and the Agency cannot be held responsible for such situations; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to at the relevant consulates personally; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues.
5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossings due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, they must be renewed. The responsibility lies with the passenger otherwise.
