This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency shall not be responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times according to the airline's rules for tour participation, who fail to carry out check-in and boarding procedures in a timely manner, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are the responsibility of the guests themselves. 18- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights at the destination, the baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg on these internal flights. Excess baggage weight/cost rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- Guests who wish to upgrade their tickets using miles (to business or first class) may do so, after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of). In such cases, the Agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties incurred due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with the relevant company before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is activated for international use. 26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort will be made to meet the guest's preferences regarding reserved rooms, depending on the hotel's availability. However, the Agency cannot guarantee that these requests will be realized. 28- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. It is generally presented with limited options referred to as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall assigned for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 30- The children and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel's room types. 31- Any additional bed or baby crib is provided upon request and subject to the availability of the hotel and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is a maximum of 1 unit. 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for additional beds, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Additional beds consist of folding or couch beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential congestion and bed types in rooms regarding additional beds that may be added to standard rooms in triple room or family booking situations. 34- If the number of children who will stay together with adults and the ages of the children are inaccurately reported in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may collect extra fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age verification of the children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to one "single child" who is in the age group staying with two adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and some extra services you receive in the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to extra charges imposed by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different implementations regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently being applied will be collected by the hotel from the guest during check-in or check-out. 38- Distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road construction, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used without changing the content of the program in cases of necessity or when it sees fit. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are the responsibility of the individual, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 6- Guests under the age of 18 who are traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when entering and exiting the country; therefore, guests under 18 and their parents are advised to be sensitive about this issue.
