Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed to provide a general introduction to cities and take place as panoramic tours narrated by the guide from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or archaeological sites, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. If the panoramic tours, including other tours scheduled in the program, cannot be performed due to local authorities not permitting access to the sites, closed roads, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours. Some tours may have to be conducted using public transportation or on foot in locations where vehicle access is restricted due to closed roads. 8- Our guide, depending on the content of the tours, may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours in accordance with the number of participants and the closure status of the museum and archaeological sites. This also applies to any potential changes in flight times. 9- Things to consider for tours conducted by Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals and excessive drinking of water right before boarding the vessel. Guests who have complaints related to the stomach, back, neck, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the prices for tours or meal services if participation is not provided. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applied. 12- There may be delays or changes in the scheduled flight times for charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of delay or cancellation of flight times upon purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight ticket will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by the guests at airports before their flights, at the airline counters, or online via the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airport and displayed on the information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 17- Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the specified time according to airline regulations for participation in the tour or who fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who have completed these procedures on time but do not board the flight, will not hold the Agency responsible for their failure to complete the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers necessary to participate in the tour for guests who miss their flights will be their own responsibility. 18- The general luggage weight limit for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight limit may drop to 15 kg for those flights. Additional luggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines, and the Agency is not responsible. 19- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class) may be able to do so according to the availability of the airline after the tickets have been issued (please check your membership with the airline). An upgrade guarantee for each flight is not provided. Please check if the program tickets are eligible for upgrade. 20- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotel names are not specified but only category information is provided and/or options are given for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours prior to the trip date. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from locations or distances greater than those specified. In such cases, the Agency will provide information to the guest 15 days before the trip date. 24- During the booking of the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/disclose the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use by contacting your service provider. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, near public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. The booked rooms will be arranged according to the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast served at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally associated with Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is offered as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double room may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary for each hotel depending on room types. 31- All additional beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel based on availability. 32- The capacity of the bed or baby crib in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application; the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding and coach bed types. Guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding and bed types due to the extra beds designated for standard rooms and/or reservations with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility rests with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the ages of the children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to one "single child" who is within the age group when staying with two adults. 36- The daily exchange rate will be reflected in the TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests or extra services at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel, and these costs are not included in the purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner will be charged to the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The travel distances indicated in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical situation of the visited country, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency, in mandatory situations or where it deems necessary, may change the order of cities or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program. 40- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and the Agency is not responsible for any items forgotten/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for their delivery to the country and/or to the person will be the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are obliged to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to any health problems with them. 42- For potential extra expenses, the hotel may require a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is an operation between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date. 2- When passing through customs/border gates, it is required to have at least 2 blank pages in your passport for entry-exit stamps. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not guarantee entry/exit, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry or exit from the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or those who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire about the visa procedures of the country they will be traveling to from the relevant consulates. Otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to ripped, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent might be asked by the officials for a document showing consent from both parents when entering and exiting the country; hence, it is advisable for guests under 18 years and their parents to be sensitive about this issue.
