Day 1 Istanbul - Dubai

Meeting at 20:00 in front of the Emirates Airlines counter at the Istanbul New Airport International Departure Terminal. After check-in, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart for Dubai Airport on Emirates Airlines flight EK118 at 23:40.

Day 2 Dubai

Arrival at Dubai Airport at 04:55 local time. After our baggage procedures, we will meet our guide and vehicle waiting for us in the arrival area, then head to Dubai. After a breakfast break, we will start our city tour of Dubai's iconic landmarks. We will begin our tour by visiting the winter palace of the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. You can take pictures with the peacocks accompanying us during this visit. Afterward, we will travel along Sheikh Zaeed Street, the busiest road in Dubai named after the founder of the Emirates, and we will get a chance to see all the world-renowned skyscrapers and shopping centers of Dubai panoramically. With a photo break at Marina, we will have the opportunity to photograph the 3rd largest and completed Palm Island. Then we will continue to Jumeirah Beach Road, known as the richest and busiest street in Dubai, where we will see the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, the only 7-star hotel in the world, panoramically. After a photo break here, we will head to the Deira district, known as the old town of Dubai, and explore the Gold Souk, which is the last stop of our tour. After the tour, we will head to our hotel. For those interested, there will be an Extra Dinner Tour at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show.

Our first visit in this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on an area of 400 acres, this resort contains 5-star hotels, 29 villas, 40 restaurants, and a large bazaar along its 2 km long beach. This traditional shopping area evokes the city of Venice and will surely delight you with its old architectural characteristics and a wide variety of souvenir items. Our second stop is Burj Khalifa, the world's largest architecture. Standing at 828 meters, it is the tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa entry fee is not included), named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has over 160 floors. Our next stop on the tour is the Dubai Mall, known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world, boasting 1200 shops. Here you can purchase all kinds of electronics, relatively inexpensive souvenirs, and high-quality local products such as processed dates. During our Dubai Mall visit, you can join the Fountain water, sound, and light show at any time.

Day 3 Dubai

After breakfast, enjoy a free day. Guests can participate in the extra Dubai’s Best Tour including Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Dragon Mart. Participants can also join the evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. After the tours, we will transfer back to our hotel and stay overnight.

We will visit the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, which is 150 meters tall and 100 meters wide, to take photos. After seeing this iconic design framing Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles, we will visit the world's largest flower garden, which contains 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time to take great photos. Then we will proceed to Dragon Mart Shopping Center to purchase many electronics and souvenirs. You will have free time until the specified hour. You can buy tax-free electronics and explore the outlets of famous brands.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour is 90 USD per person!

The tour will start in the afternoon when you will be picked up from your hotel in luxurious 4x4 vehicles. During the tour, you can have unforgettable moments while driving over the sand dunes, and you may see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. Of course, the best moment is when the sun is slowly setting, providing us with a wonderful photo opportunity. After this thrilling safari, we will go to the Bedouin tents where we will watch many stage performances while having dinner. In the Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can have a henna tattoo done with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will also taste local flavors with a buffet set up here, and have a fun time enjoying the dance shows during dinner.

Day 4 Dubai

After breakfast, guests can join the Extra Lunch Tour to Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World. Also, participants can join the evening Extra Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour. We will stay overnight at our hotel.

We will start our tour at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marble. After our visit to the mosque, we will continue with a panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. Places to visit include the Etihad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum narrating the old desert life. Afterward, we will move on to have our lunch. Following our meal, we will stop at the world-famous Ferrari World area for photographs before returning to Dubai.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour is 85 USD per person.

In the evening, those interested will proceed to our dinner boat tour at Marina Dhow. We will have the opportunity to see the magnificent lights of Dubai along with luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye and Jumeirah Beach Residence, as well as the historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, and the views of Dubai Gold Souk and Spice Souk while enjoying a buffet-style dinner accompanied by traditional music.

Day 5 Dubai - Istanbul

After breakfast, enjoy a free day. Guests can join the Extra Shopping Tour. After the Extra Tour, we will transfer to Dubai Airport at the time determined by our guide. After our arrival at the airport, we will depart with Emirates Airlines flight EK117 at 17:45. Upon arrival at Istanbul New Airport at 21:55, our tour ends. We hope to see you on our next tour...

Before leaving Dubai, you will have the opportunity to complete all your shopping. We will stop at three locations where you can find everything you are looking for. Our tour will include a visit to the Day2Day shopping center where you can buy souvenirs, following which we will go to the Mall of the Emirates, which also features a ski slope. After free time here, we will head to the Outlet Mall.

GENERAL TERMS 1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, and if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used. If the guest has obtained the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, they cannot request any refund from the Agency in the event of the tour being canceled by the Agency. Guests accept in advance any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill to not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guidance service will only cover the airport transfers for international departure and return. Cancellation and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will be subject to penalties for flight ticket prices that do not have the right to cancellation, change, or refund. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding plane tickets that were paid and/or committed by the Agency to the airline. In case of cancellation less than 31 days before the trip start date, guests may cancel by paying a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airline ticket price, and in case of cancellation 15 days or less before the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services like domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the timing of the request, so prior information must be inquired about refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized as a general introduction to the cities and are conducted panoramically with commentary from the guide from inside the vehicle, not including entrance to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow visits, are closed due to any event or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where road closures or vehicle access prohibitions are present. 8- Our guide can make changes to the days of the city tour and/or additional tours based on participant numbers, the closure status of museums and historical sites. This applies also to any changes in flight times. 9- Precautions for tours conducted by Speed Boats include; not having a heavy meal immediately before boarding and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions. 10- There is no refund for participation in services that are included in the prices but not utilized, such as tours or meal services. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- For individuals participating in flights with tickets, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities, and these must be carried out by guests at the airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored directly by the guests. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time. All expenses related to obtaining new one-way return tickets required for guests who miss the flight to participate in the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area, etc., are the responsibility of the guests. 18- The general luggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, the luggage allowance may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests who want to upgrade their tickets to business or first class using miles; upgrades can be performed according to the airline's availability after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for individual flights. Please check if the program’s tickets are in a class eligible for upgrade. 20- Meals and online check-in services may be subject to additional charges with certain airlines. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in contact with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation terms of the Agency will be applicable. 22- In cases where hotels are mentioned only by category or options are offered for the same destination without specifying hotel names, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, ensure your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey, by contacting the carrier that owns your line. 26- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 27- The Agency will communicate room-related requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. The reserved rooms will be assigned according to the guest’s preferences whenever possible based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on the hotel's availability at check-in, and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated area for groups. 29- In some cases, a double room may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms that can be combined with two beds when necessary. 30- The policy for children and extra beds may vary by hotel and type of room. 31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request, subject to hotel availability, and must be confirmed by the hotel. 32- The capacity of additional beds or baby cots in the room is limited to one (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. The extra beds consist of sofa beds or beds that can be opened and closed. Our guests declare that they accept the possible congestion in rooms with extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults are incorrectly declared in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest making the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be an extra bed for the child. Child rates only apply when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply only to “single child” who fits within the age range staying with 2 adults. 36- Daily exchange rates affect local prices in TL. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests for services, such as minibar, ironing, etc., at the hotel will be charged extra. These costs are not included when purchasing and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications for city, tourism, or local taxes. All kinds of city, tourism, or other taxes currently implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, roadworks, and conditions. 39- In case of necessary situations or as needed, the Agency can change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program or the main airline to be used. 40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identifications of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. Costs incurred during the delivery of forgotten items to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and reports if they have health issues. 42- For potential extra expenses, hotels may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The return of the requested deposit upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must have passports valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of their travel. 2- To ensure the entry-exit stamps are placed on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 3- Exemption from visa requirements for entry into these countries and having secured a visa do not guarantee entry/exit; the border police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility is with the passenger. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship wishing to participate in the tour using their other country's passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any ensuing consequences. 5- To avoid issues with the customs police at the border crossing due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be prepared to present a joint consent document from both parents, as border security may request it at country entry/exit points; therefore, it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this matter.
