Day 1: Istanbul – Dubai March 18

Meeting at the Emirates Airlines counter at Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 20:00. After ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we will depart from Istanbul to Dubai airport on Emirates Airlines flight EK118 at 23:40.

Day 2: Dubai March 19

Arrival at Dubai Airport at 04:55 local time. After our luggage procedures, we will meet our driver and guide waiting for us at the airport and then proceed to Dubai, where we will have a breakfast break before starting our tour of Dubai icons and the city. We will begin our tour by seeing the winter palace of the Sheikh of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoom. You can take photos with the peacocks that will accompany us during this time. Then, we will tour Dubai’s busiest road, Sheikh Zaeed Street, named after the founder of the Emirate, where we will have a chance to see all the world-renowned skyscrapers and shopping centers of Dubai panoramically along the way. We will then stop at Marina for photos, where we will have the opportunity to capture images of the third largest and the completed first Palm Island of Dubai. After that, we will see Burj Al Arab Hotel, known as the world's only 7-star hotel, panoramically on Jumeirah Beach Road, known as the richest and busiest street in Dubai. After a photo break here, we will move to the old city of Dubai, known as the Deira district, and we will explore the Gold Souk, our last stop on the tour. After the tour, we will head to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the Extra Dinner Tour at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show.

Our first visit in this tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. This resort is set on 400 acres and features 5-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large market along a 2 km long beach. The traditional market, reminiscent of Venice, will appeal to you as it showcases the region’s old architectural features and offers a variety of souvenirs. Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, the world's largest architectural marvel. Standing at 828 meters, it holds the title of the world's tallest building (Burj Khalifa Entrance Fee Not Included), is named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and has over 160 floors. Next, we will visit the Dubai Mall, known as one of the largest shopping centers in the world with a capacity of 1200 shops. You can buy all kinds of electronic goods, relatively affordable souvenirs, and high-quality dates. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can join the Fountain water, sound, and light show at any time.

Day 3: Dubai March 20

After breakfast, you will have the entire day free. Guests who wish can join the extra Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Dragon Mart Tour. Guests can also participate in the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour if they wish. After our tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for the overnight stay.

We will visit the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, measuring 150 meters in height and 100 meters in width, to take photos from the outside. After witnessing this iconic design, which frames both Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles, we will visit the world’s largest flower garden, which houses 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time to take great photos. Then we will proceed to Dragon Mart shopping center, where you can purchase various electronics and souvenirs. You will have free time until the specified time. If you wish, you can buy tax-free electronics and visit the outlets of famous brands.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour per person 90 USD!

The tour, which will begin with luxury 4x4 vehicles picking us up from our hotel in the afternoon, offers unforgettable moments while driving on sand dunes, and you may encounter animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. The best moments are when the sun slowly begins to set, providing us with amazing photo opportunities. After this exciting safari, we will go to Bedouin tents where we will enjoy dinner accompanied by many stage shows. In the tent set up in the desert, you can have traditional motifs henna tattoo applied, and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will taste local delicacies with an open buffet dinner, and have a fun time with dance shows during the meal.

Day 4: Dubai March 21

After breakfast, guests who wish can join the extra Lunch Included Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World tour. Also, those who wish can join the extra Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise tour. After our tour, we will have an overnight stay at our hotel.

Our tour begins with the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marbles. After visiting the mosque, we will continue with a panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. Among the places to see are the Etihad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum, which depicts the old desert life. Afterward, we will proceed to the place where we will have lunch. After lunch, we will take photos at the globally renowned Ferrari World area before returning to Dubai.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour per person: 85 USD

In the evening, for our guests, we will proceed to the dinner Marina Dhow Cruise tour. We will have the opportunity to see Dubai’s magnificent lights, luxurious skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeriah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk views, accompanied by an open buffet dinner and traditional music.

Day 5: Dubai - Istanbul March 22

After breakfast, the entire day is free. Guests who wish can join the extra Shopping Tour. After our extra tour, we will transfer to Dubai Airport at the time determined by our guide. After arriving at the airport, we will depart with Emirates Airlines flight EK117 at 17:45. We will arrive at Istanbul New Airport at 21:55. The end of our tour. Before leaving Dubai, you will have the opportunity to complete all your shopping. We will stop at three locations where you can find all the items you seek, from needle to thread. After the free time given by our guide there, we will move on to the Outlet Mall.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour will also be made, and any internal flight connections booked through the Agency will be refunded to the guest; however, if visa services have been provided using travel health insurance, those services will not be refundable as they will be deemed used. If the guest has purchased internal flight connections from a different service provider independent of the Agency, no claim for any refund from the Agency can be made if the tour is canceled by the Agency. The guest acknowledges and agrees to any financial and emotional losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase and the Agency cannot be held responsible.

3- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the package includes only round trip airport transfers for guidance services.

Cancellations and Changes

4- Tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date will incur a penalty for these flight ticket fees as they are non-refundable.

5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date, with the exception of flight tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline by the Agency. If the cancellation is made within 31 days of the trip start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee excluding the air ticket price will be paid; for cancellations made 15 days or less before the start of the trip, the full tour fee will be subject to penalty. If a cancellation request is made, return conditions for additional services such as internal flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the time of the cancellation request, and it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding refunds. The Agency cannot guarantee any commitments regarding refunds for additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and historical sites visited (open/closed) and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as panoramic tours for the general introduction of the cities and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours and, in the event that they cannot be carried out due to local authority restrictions or closed roads for any activity on the scheduled tour days and times, or due to weather conditions that render the tour impossible, the Agency cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot in locations where road access is restricted or not permitted.

8- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of the museum or historical site, and this also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.

9- Important considerations for tours conducted by Speed Boats include: refrain from having heavy meals immediately before boarding the boat and avoid excessive water consumption. Guests with complaints related to the stomach, back, neck or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their conditions.

10- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation in the specified tour or meal services is not provided.

Regarding Flights

11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.

12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of changes/cancellations to flight times.

13- Children aged 0-2 are charged only the airport tax fee.

14- According to airline rules, if the departure flight of round-trip purchased tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

15- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be performed by the guest in the airports before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airlines’ websites.

16- Any last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced audibly at the airports and displayed on the information boards. This information must be monitored by the guests personally.

17- The Agency cannot be held responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the designated times based on airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the flight. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and related transfers at the destination.

18- The general baggage weight limit for outbound Turkish flights is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights within the target country, this baggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are set by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.

19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade procedures can be performed depending on the availability of the airline (check your membership status with the airline). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Check whether the program tickets are from an upgradeable class.

20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for dining and online check-in services.

Other Matters

21- The Agency will not be held responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest in contact with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply.

22- When the hotel(s) in the tour program are specified only by category information and/or if options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip starts.

23- During special periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified locations or distances. In such a case, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days before the trip departure date.

24- During registration for the purchased tour; the guest must accurately enter/declare their name as stated in the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

25- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is activated for international use by contacting your service provider.

26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

27- Requests related to the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. It is intended that the reserved rooms will align with the guest's preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

28- The breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast typically expected. They are usually served as a limited choice continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.

29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.

30- The child and extra bed policies may vary by each hotel and room type.

31- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel.

32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).

33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an additional bed, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Extra beds consist of folding and coach beds. Our guests acknowledge that they accept potential inconveniences and bed types due to additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or reservations with children.

34- If the number and ages of children staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly reported by our guests, the hotels may charge additional fees. In such circumstances, the responsibility lies with the guest providing incorrect information. The hotel may request identification for age verification of children.

35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts apply only to the qualifying age group for “single child” staying with two adults.

36- Exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of payment are applicable. Any extra requests, some of the additional services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel will be subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

37- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being applied in this manner will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit.

38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographic location of the country visited, road works, and other conditions.

39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without breaking the content of the program in case of necessary circumstances or as deemed appropriate.

40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of those participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event of forgotten items being retrieved, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country or person are the responsibility of the item owner.

41- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policy and, if there are any health problems, the relevant medications and prescriptions with them.

42- For any additional expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, an official institution-issued photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this matter.

Visa and Passport

1- Guests must have passports that are valid for at least 6 months after the end of travel.

2- To have entry-exit stamps on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

3- Being exempt from a visa for the countries on this tour and having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry/exit, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exiting the country; the Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.

4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the other country's passport must directly consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to which they will travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences.

5- For avoiding issues with customs police at the border of the country being visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; passports must be renewed. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

6- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that they may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents during entry and exit; thus, it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents take care regarding this matter.
