Day 1: Istanbul – Dubai 

Meeting at 18:00 in front of the AJet Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and boarding procedures, we will fly to Sharjah airport on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF221 at 21:10. 

Day 2: Dubai 

Arrival at Sharjah International Airport at 03:50 local time. After our baggage procedures, we will meet our guide waiting for us and head to Dubai city center. After a breakfast break we will begin our tour of Dubai icons and the city. 

Our tour will first take us to see the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of the United Arab Emirates. You can take photos with peacocks accompanying us during this visit. Next, we will take a panoramic drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, named after the founder of the emirate, to see Dubai's world-famous skyscrapers and shopping malls. Our next stop will be in Marina, where we can take photos of the third largest Palm Island, which was completed first. Then, we will view the Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and the world’s only 7-star hotel, as we drive along Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai’s most vibrant and affluent avenue. After our photo break here, we will head to the Deira district, known as the old city of Dubai, to explore the Gold Souk, where you can shop. After our city tour, we will return to our hotel. For those interested, an optional extra tour will be organized in the evening, including dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Fountain Show. Optional Tour: Evening Dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Fountain Show – 75 USD per person.

The first visit of our tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. This resort covers 400 acres and has 5-star hotels, 29 beach villas, 40 restaurants, and a large market along its 2 km long beach. This traditional market, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for its old architectural features and wide variety of souvenirs. Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, known as the largest building in the world. With its height of 828 meters, Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) is the tallest building in the world, named after Khalifa bin Zayed, and boasts more than 160 floors. Next, we will visit the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, with a capacity of 1200 stores. Here, you can find all kinds of electronic stores, souvenirs, and local products such as processed quality dates. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can enjoy the Fountain light, sound, and water show.

Day 3: Dubai

After breakfast, free time. Those interested can join the optional Dubai Highlights: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden & Aya Universe Tour. Dubai Frame: We will visit this architectural marvel designed as a bridge between Dubai’s past and future. Miracle Garden: We will stroll through a colorful and mesmerizing garden containing 45 million flowers. Aya Universe: We will embark on an unforgettable journey in a vibrant and interactive universe designed for dazzling experiences on social media through twelve captivating areas! Additionally, guests may also join the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a safari in 4x4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. At the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, enjoy a buffet dinner and traditional dance shows to relax after the day. After the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel for overnight stay.


Optional Tour: Dubai Highlights – Dubai Frame & Miracle Garden & Aya Universe Tour – 70 USD!

Our tour will begin with a visit to the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, measuring 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, where we will take exterior photos. This iconic structure frames both Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles, offering an impressive view. Next, we will visit the Miracle Garden, the world's largest flower garden containing 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. Free time will be allowed for taking wonderful photos in the garden. Then, we will head to the Aya Universe, where we can play, wander through illuminated gardens, and stroll through rivers connecting infinity. Free time will be given until the specified time.

Note: The optional Dubai Highlights tour includes the Miracle Garden tour, which will be conducted between December and March. During the closed period of Miracle Garden, we will organize the Aya Universe tour instead.


Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour – 90 USD per person!


This tour, which will start with luxury 4x4 vehicles picking you up from our hotel in the afternoon, will allow you to experience an exciting safari adventure on sand dunes. During this time, you may also get the chance to see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the most beautiful moments will be capturing the stunning views created with the sunset. After the safari, we will move to traditional Bedouin tents where you can watch various stage shows while enjoying dinner. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can get henna tattoos with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos dressed in traditional clothing. You will have the opportunity to taste local flavors during an open buffet dinner and enjoy dance shows during the meal.


Day 4: Dubai

After breakfast, those interested can join the optional Lunch Included Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour. In the evening, guests can also participate in an optional Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour. Overnight stay at the hotel.

We will start our tour with the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which is the 4th largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marble. After our visit to the mosque, we will continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. During the tour, you will see the Ethiad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum depicting old desert life. We will move to our lunch location where we will have our meal. After lunch, we will stop for a photo opportunity in the world-famous Ferrari World area, and then head back to Dubai.

Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour – 85 USD per person.

In the evening, for those interested, we will set off on a Marina Dhow Cruise tour on a luxurious boat. You will see the grand skyline of Dubai, luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk along with an open buffet dinner accompanied by traditional music.

Day 5: Dubai 

After breakfast, the whole day is free time. Those interested can join the optional Shopping Tour.

Optional Tour: Full Day Shopping Tour – 75 USD per person.

This is a perfect opportunity to complete your shopping before leaving Dubai! During our tour, you will visit three different shopping spots where you can find everything you are looking for. We will take our first break at Day2Day Shopping Center, where you can find souvenirs. Next, you will have free time at the Mall of the Emirates, which also has a ski slope. After the free time given by the guide, we will proceed to Outlet Mall, where discounted products are available.

This tour offers the chance to shop and explore Dubai's shopping possibilities. After our visit to Outlet Mall, we will head to the Global Village, which consists of pavilions from various countries and is considered one of the most fun places in the world. We will spend a pleasant evening shopping and exploring the pavilions, then transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. (After November)

Day 6: Dubai - Istanbul

We will transfer to Sharjah Airport at a time designated by our guide. Upon arrival at the airport, we will depart for Istanbul at 03:20 on AJet Airlines flight VF222. We will arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 07:05, marking the end of our tour. We hope to see you at our next organization…

GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; the domestic flight connection purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they have been used, if a visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and a refund will be made. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independent of the Agency, in the event that the tour is canceled by the Agency, the guest can claim no refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance that the Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the transfer from the airport for the international departure and return. Cancellations and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date will be subject to penalty on these flight ticket costs, which do not have the right to cancellation and refund. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets that have been paid to or committed to by the airline. In the case of cancellations within 31 days of the trip start date, guests can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the cost of the flight ticket, and if cancellation is made 15 days or less before the trip start date, they can cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the cancellation refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance regarding refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours mentioned in the program can be changed by the guide according to the operational status of the visited sites, such as museums and historical sites being open or closed, and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours conducted from a vehicle with the guide's commentary, not including museum or historical site entrances, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours due to reasons such as not being allowed to visit due to local authority decisions, or the tour not being able to take place due to closed roads for any event, or if weather conditions render the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if restricted by closed roads or inaccessible areas. 8- Based on the content of our tours, the guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants or the status of the museum and historical sites being closed. This situation also applies to potential changes in flight times. 9- Points to consider for tours conducted with Speed Boats include; not eating heavy meals immediately before boarding the boat and not drinking excessive amounts of water. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, are required to inform their guides. 10- There is no refund if the services included in the prices (tours or meal services) are not utilized. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will be applicable. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the possibility of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations; the return flight ticket is canceled by the airline if the outbound flight purchased as a round trip is not used. 15- Check-in and boarding processes for participants in tours with flights are personal transactions, and these must be carried out by the guests themselves at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's websites before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the indicated times according to airline rules, those who do not complete check-in and boarding in time, or those who complete check-in and boarding on time but do not board the aircraft. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for those who miss the flight and any transfers needed at the destination are the responsibility of the guests. 18- The general luggage weight for Turkish flights is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and the Agency is not responsible for these. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets with their miles (to business or first class); upgrades can be performed depending on the availability of the airline after the tickets are issued (check with the airline you are a member of). Mile guarantees are not provided for each flight. Check whether the program's tickets are in the upgradable class. 20- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may incur additional charges. Other Matters 21- The Agency shall not be responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by communicating with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply. 22- In cases where hotel names are not specified in tour programs, only category information is provided, and/or options for the same destination are offered, the guest will be informed by the Agency 48 hours before the departure of the tour. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used from locations or distances greater than those specified. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour. 24- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the names, birth dates, and passport numbers as stated in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on these details. The penalty fees for cancellations or changes resulting from erroneous details will be charged to the guests. 25- To use mobile phones abroad, please check with your phone service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure your phone is enabled for international use. 26- Check-in time for accommodation in hotels is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms comply with the guests’ preferences based on hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double room may have twin beds instead of one double bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary. 30- The policy for child and extra beds may vary depending on each hotel and the types of rooms. 31- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to the hotel's availability, and must be confirmed by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed allocated to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Our guests accept that they are aware of and agree to the potential tightness and bed types due to the additional beds added to the standard room in the reservations for triple rooms and/or those with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations is erroneously declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification regarding children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for "one child" falling within the age group accompanying two adults. 36- The exchange rate during the day is reflected in the TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment will apply. Additional requests, some extra services provided at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.), may incur additional charges. These expenses are not included in the charges at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes currently applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel during check-in or check-out. 38- The distance to be traveled provided in the programs is based on maps. The travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country being visited, road works, and other similar situations. 39- In urgent situations or when deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of cities in the program without altering the content of the program and the main airline to be flown. 40- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of participants in the tour are the sole responsibility of the individuals, and the Agency is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or individual are to be borne by the item owner. 41- It is mandatory for participants to carry their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and reports for any health issues they may have. 42- Upon check-in, the hotel may request a deposit in cash or by credit card, which is officially issued by identification with a photograph/passport, for possible extra expenses. The return of the requested deposit at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this process. Visa and Passport 1- Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel completion. 2- In customs crossings/border gates, in order for an entry-exit stamp to be printed on your passport, at least 2 blank pages must be available in your passport. 3- Being exempt from visas and having a visa does not guarantee entry/exit into the countries in this tour, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit; the Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility rests with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other passport should inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid problems at the border crossing with customs police due to damaged, torn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility rests with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 who are traveling alone or with only one parent are advised to exercise caution as the police officer may request a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when entering or exiting the country; both minors and their parents should pay attention to this matter.
