1st Day Istanbul – Dubai

We meet at 18:00 in front of the AJet Airlines check-in counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal. After the ticket, luggage, and boarding procedures, we depart at 21:15 on AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF221 to Sharjah Airport.

2nd Day Dubai

We arrive at Sharjah Airport at 03:40 local time. After our luggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting for us at the airport and head to downtown Dubai. After a breakfast break, we start our city tour of Dubai, filled with icons.

We will first visit the winter palace of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Sheikh of Dubai. During this time, you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Then, we will take a scenic drive along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai's busiest roads, where we will have the chance to see Dubai's world-famous skyscrapers and shopping malls panoramically. Our next stop will be in Marina, where we will take a photo break to photograph the Palm Island, the third-largest and the first completed island of Dubai. Following that, we will visit Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's busiest and richest street, where we will see the Burj Al Arab, the only 7-star hotel in the world, panoramically. After our photo break here, we will head to Deira, known as Dubai's old city, where we will explore the Gold Souk, allowing you time for shopping. After the city tour, we return to our hotel. For guests who wish, an extra evening tour will be organized, including dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show. Overnight stay at our hotel.

The first visit of our tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. Built on 400 acres, this resort features 5-star hotels, 29 beachfront villas, 40 restaurants, and a large marketplace along the 2 km long beach. This traditional market, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for its preservation of the region's old architectural features and its wide variety of souvenirs.

Our second stop will be the Burj Khalifa, known as the largest structure in the world. With an impressive height of 828 meters, the Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) has the title of the world's tallest building. It is named after Khalifa bin Zayed and has more than 160 floors. The next stop of our tour will be the Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world, with a capacity of 1200 shops. Here, you can find various electronic shops, souvenirs, and finely processed quality dates as local products. During our visit to the Dubai Mall, you can participate in the Fountain water, sound, and light show.

3rd Day Dubai

After breakfast, there’s free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Dubai Wonders: Dubai Frame and Miracle Garden Tour. Dubai Frame: This architectural marvel designed as a bridge between Dubai’s past and future will be visited. Miracle Garden: We will stroll in a colorful and enchanting garden filled with 45 million flowers. Guests who wish can also join the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a 4x4 safari, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. In the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, experience a buffet dinner and traditional dance shows to unwind from the day's fatigue. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay.

We start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame building, known as the largest frame in the world, which is 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, to take photos from the outside. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different angles and offers an impressive view. Following that, we will visit the Miracle Garden, which houses 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will have free time in the garden to take beautiful photos. Enjoy your time until the specified time.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour per person 90 USD!

In the afternoon, our tour begins with a pick-up from our hotel in luxury 4x4 vehicles, where you will experience an exciting safari adventure on the sand dunes. During this time, you may have the chance to see animals like camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the best moments is capturing the stunning views created by the sunset. After the safari, we will move to the Bedouin tents, where you can enjoy an evening meal while, watching various stage shows. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can get henna tattoos with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will have the opportunity to taste local flavors at the buffet dinner, while enjoying the entertaining dance shows.

4th Day: Dubai

After breakfast, guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Lunch Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World Tour. Additionally, guests can join the Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour.

We will start our tour with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, which is adorned with white marble. After visiting the mosque, we will continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. The tour will include views of the Ethiad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum, which depicts the old desert lifestyle. We will then proceed to the place where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we will stop for photo opportunities at the world-famous Ferrari World area before heading back to Dubai. At the time indicated by our guide, we will transfer to Sharjah Airport.

Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour – per person 85 USD

In the evening, for guests who wish, we will go on a Marina Dhow Cruise on a luxury yacht. Beneath the spectacular lights of Dubai, you can see the luxurious skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, historical buildings of old Dubai, wind towers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk, accompanied by a buffet dinner and traditional music.

5th Day: Dubai

After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and have the whole day free. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Shopping Tour. After the tour, we will transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.

Before leaving Dubai, a perfect opportunity to complete your shopping! During our tour, you will visit three different shopping points where you can find everything you are looking for. Day2Day Shopping Center: We will make our first stop in this shopping center, where you can find your souvenirs. Mall of the Emirates: You will spend free time in this famous shopping mall, which hosts a ski slope inside. Outlet Mall: After the free time given by our guide, we will move to Outlet Mall, which has discounted products.

Our tour offers the chance to shop and discover Dubai's shopping options. After our visit to Outlet Mall, we will go to Global Village, one of the most entertaining places in the world, consisting of pavilions from various countries. There, you can find souvenirs and food products to shop for, and we will spend an enjoyable evening in the pavilion. At the end of the evening, we will transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (After November)

6th Day: Dubai- Istanbul

After our arrival at Sharjah Airport, we depart for Istanbul at 03:40 on AJet Airlines flight VF222. We arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 08:00, and our tour comes to an end. We hope to see you on our next organization...

Need to Know
GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, the domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded, but the visa service and travel health insurance will not be refunded if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the insurance, as these services are considered used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection from a different service provider independently of the Agency, they cannot request any refund from the Agency in the case of the tour being canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance that the Agency shall not be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise due to the tour's cancellation. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be provided individually for the guest, and the guiding service included in the package will only cover the outward and return airport transfers. Cancellations and Changes 4- In our tours, tickets for transport are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur a penalty for the flight ticket costs that do not have cancellation or change and refund rights. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing no later than 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding flights for which payment has been made and/or obligations have been undertaken by the airline. In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before departure, a penalty equal to 50% of the tour fee will be imposed on the remaining tour fee from the ticket price, and in case of cancellation 15 days or less before the start date of the trip, the full amount of the tour fee will be payable as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, or travel health insurance may vary according to the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to ask in advance for information regarding their refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites, as well as weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with the guide's narration, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours are limited to 2-3 hours and if these tours cannot take place due to regulations prohibiting access or closed roads, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible to conduct, the Agency shall not be held responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited. 8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies to changes in flight times that may occur. 9- Important points to be observed during tours by Speed Boats include; avoiding heavy meals and excessive water consumption right before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the price if the guest does not participate in the tour or meal services specified. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures to be performed by individuals participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by guests at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's website before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and changes in gates for flights will be announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by airline regulations, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane, and cannot carry out their flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for such guests to participate in the tour, as well as transfers at the destination, etc., will be their responsibility. 18- The general baggage allowance for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary by airline and destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance for these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade transactions will be conducted after tickets have been issued according to the availability of the airline (please check with the airline to which you are a member). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the tickets are in an upgradeable class in the program. 20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for food and drink services and online check-in. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not assume responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In such cases, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will be applicable. 22- In cases where hotels are indicated only by category information without naming specific hotel(s) and/or presented with optional selections for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the departure of the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will provide information 15 days before the date of departure. 24- At the time of booking the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider to ensure your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey. 26- The hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. 27- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences, but these requests depend on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfasts offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast traditionally served in Turkish cuisine. Generally, they are served as continental breakfasts with limited options consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when necessary. 30- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room types. 31- All extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to the hotel's availability and approval. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1 unit. 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Guests acknowledge that they accept potential crowding and bed type issues caused by additional beds added to standard rooms in their reservations. 34- If the number of children and their ages to stay with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the ages of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to “one child” in accordance with the age group of children staying with two adults. 36- Exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests, such as any extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.), will be subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in such a way will be collected from the guest by the hotel at check-in or check-out. 38- The distances given in programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the country traveled, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program or the main airline to be flown, provided the content of the program is not altered in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are recovered, all expenses for delivering them to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications or reports related to health issues. 42- For possible extra expenses, at check-in, the hotel may require an identification/passport issued by official authorities with a photo and a credit card or cash deposit. The return of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the guest and the hotel, and the Agency has no intervention. Visa and Passport 1- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date. 2- At customs crossings/borders, to ensure that an entry-exit stamp can be affixed to your passport, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries in this tour does not mean that you will be allowed to enter/exit the country, as the passport police have the authority not to allow you entry/exits. The Agency shall not be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility belongs to the passenger. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or those with dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using another country's passport must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the country to be traveled, otherwise the Agency shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one of the parents may be asked by the police officer at the border for a document showing joint consent from both parents; therefore, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
