1st Day Istanbul – Dubai

Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal, meeting at AJet Airlines counter at 18:00. After processing tickets, luggage, and boarding, we will depart for Sharjah Airport with AJet Airlines scheduled flight VF221 at 21:10.

2nd Day Dubai

Arrival at Sharjah International Airport at local time 03:50. After luggage procedures, we meet our guide waiting at the airport and head to Dubai city center. After a breakfast break upon arrival, we start our city tour of the icons of Dubai.

We will first visit the winter palace of Dubai's Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. You can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us during this time. Next, we will take a journey along Sheikh Zayed Road, named after the founder of the Emirates, where you will have a chance to see Dubai's world-famous skyscrapers and shopping malls panoramically. Our next stop, where we will take a photo break in Marina, will allow us to capture images of Dubai's third largest and first completed Palm Island. Afterwards, we will head to Jumeirah Beach Road, known as Dubai's busiest and wealthiest street, to see Burj Al Arab, the symbol of Dubai and the world's only 7-star hotel, panoramically. After a photo break here, we will move to Deira, referred to as the old city of Dubai, where we will visit the Gold Souk for shopping. After the city tour, return to our hotel. For our guests who wish, an additional evening tour with dinner at Madinat Jumeirah, Souk Madinat, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall Shopping Center, and Fountain Show will be organized. Overnight at our hotel.

The first place of our tour will be Madinat Jumeirah. This resort, built on 400 acres, features 5-star hotels, 29 summer villas, 40 restaurants, and a large marketplace along a 2 km long beach. This traditional market, reminiscent of the city of Venice, will be appreciated for carrying the region's old architectural features and offering a wide variety of souvenirs.

Our second stop is Burj Khalifa, known as the world's largest architecture. With a height of 828 meters, Burj Khalifa (Burj Khalifa) holds the title of the world's tallest building, named after Khalifa bin Zayed and has over 160 floors. The next stop of our tour will be Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping centers with a capacity of 1200 shops. Here you can find all kinds of electronic stores, souvenirs, and locally produced high-quality dates. During our visit to Dubai Mall, you can enjoy the Fountain water, sound, and light show.

3rd Day Dubai

After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra Dubai's Best: Dubai Frame, Miracle Garden & Aya Universe Tour. Dubai Frame: We will visit this architectural wonder designed as a bridge between Dubai's past and future; Miracle Garden: We will walk through a colorful and enchanting garden that contains 45 million flowers; Aya Universe: We will embark on an unforgettable exploration in a lively and interactive universe designed to shine on social media, consisting of twelve breathtaking areas! For those who wish, they can also join the Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour. Enjoy a pleasant evening in the desert, go on a safari with 4x4 vehicles, visit camel farms, and watch the sunset. In the Bedouin camp set up in the desert, enjoy buffet dinner and traditional dance shows to relieve the fatigue of the day. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel and overnight stay.

We will start our tour by visiting the Dubai Frame building, known as the world's largest frame, measuring 150 meters long and 100 meters wide, to take pictures from the outside. This iconic structure frames Modern Dubai and Old Dubai from two different perspectives and offers an impressive view. Next, we will visit Miracle Garden, the world’s largest flower garden, which hosts 250 million plants and 50 million flowers. You will be given free time to take wonderful photos in the garden. Finally, we will go to Aya Universe. Here, we will play, dream and explore while gliding through star-filled observatories, strolling through light-opening gardens, and passing through rivers that connect infinity. Free time will be given until the specified time.

Note: The Miracle Garden tour specified as an extra tour will be carried out in our programs between December-March. During the periods when the Miracle Garden is closed, we will carry out the Aya Universe tour as an alternative.


Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Desert Safari Tour Per Person 90 USD!


This tour, which will start in the afternoon, will pick us up from our hotel with luxury 4x4 vehicles, and you will experience an exciting safari adventure on the sand dunes. During this time, you may have the chance to see animals such as camels, gazelles, or falcons. One of the best moments is to capture the beautiful view that occurs as the sun sets. After the safari, we will move to the Bedouin tents, where you will enjoy various stage shows accompanied by dinner. In this traditional Bedouin tent set up in the desert, you can get henna tattoos with traditional motifs and take souvenir photos in traditional costumes. You will have the opportunity to taste local flavors at the buffet dinner and enjoy a pleasant time with dance shows during the meal.

4th Day: Dubai

After breakfast, guests who wish can join the additional Lunch Cruise Tour to Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Yas Island & Ferrari World. Additionally, guests who wish can join the Evening Dinner Marina Dhow Cruise Tour. After the tour, overnight stay at our hotel.

Our tour starts with the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the fourth largest mosque in the world, adorned with white marbles. After visiting the mosque, we continue our panoramic city tour of Abu Dhabi. As part of the tour, you will see the Ethiad Towers, the world's most expensive hotel Emirates Palace, and the Heritage Village museum that tells about old desert life. We then move to where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we will take a photo break in the world-famous Ferrari World area, then return to Dubai.

In the evening, for our guests, we set out for a Marina Dhow Cruise tour on a luxurious boat. Under the magnificent lights of Dubai, you will see the views of luxury skyscrapers, Marina Mall, Dubai Eye, Jumeirah Beach Residence, the historical buildings of old Dubai, wind catchers, Dubai Gold Souk, and Spice Souk, all while enjoying an open buffet dinner and traditional music.

5th Day: Dubai

After breakfast, a full day of free time. Guests who wish can join the extra Shopping Tour.

This is a great opportunity to finish your shopping before leaving Dubai! In our tour, you will visit three different shopping points where you can find all kinds of products you are looking for. We will first take a break at Day2Day Shopping Center, where you can find your souvenirs. Then we will have free time in the famous Mall of the Emirates, which also has a ski slope inside. After the free time provided by the guide, we will head to Outlet Mall, which has discounted products.

Our tour offers the chance to shop and explore Dubai's shopping opportunities. After our visit to the Outlet Mall, we will go to Global Village, one of the most entertaining places in the world, consisting of pavilions from various countries. We will have a pleasant evening to shop for souvenirs and food products in the pavilion, and at the end of the evening, we will transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide. 6th Day: Dubai - Istanbul

We will transfer to Sharjah Airport at the time determined by our guide. Upon arrival at the airport, we will depart for Istanbul on AJet Airlines flight VF222 at 03:20. GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if the domestic flight connection ticket was purchased from the Agency, it will also be refunded to the guest. However, visa services and travel health insurance, if the visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, cannot be refunded as these services have been utilized. If the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and the fee will be refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different provider, in case the trip is canceled by the Agency, the guest cannot claim any fee refund from the Agency. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be arranged solely for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover foreign departure and return airport transfers. Cancellation and Changes 4- In our tours, the tickets related to transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date will incur a penalty on these flight ticket costs, which have no cancellation and change rights. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that they notify the Agency in writing. In cases where there are flight tickets paid and/or pledged to the airline company, if it is less than 31 days before the trip start date, the guest may cancel by paying 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and in cases where there are 15 days or less until the trip start date, they may cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of cancellation request, therefore it is necessary to inquire for information in advance. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refunds for additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours indicated in the program may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and historical sites and weather conditions at the places visited. During the tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are made panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, can be canceled if local authorities do not permit visits on the scheduled day and time, or if the tours cannot be realized due to closed roads or events. The Agency is not responsible for the cancellations of these tours due to weather conditions making them impossible to carry out. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot at accessible points where road entry is not permitted or is closed to vehicles. 8- Our guide, while adhering to the content of our tours, may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants, and the status of museums and archaeological sites being open or not. This situation also applies in the event of changes in flight times. 9- Important points to consider for tours conducted with speedboats are: heavy meals should not be consumed immediately before boarding, and excessive amounts of water should not be taken. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems and pregnant guests must inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation in the tour or meal services is not provided. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, along with the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply. 12- In scheduled and special flights, delays or flight time changes may occur. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the tour. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airlines' rules, return flights purchased as round-trip tickets will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures that need to be done for people participating in flights are personal processes and these must be done by the guest before the flight at the airports, at the respective airline counters, or online on the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are announced on-site and displayed on information boards at the airports. This information should be followed directly by the guests. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the appointed times according to the airlines' rules or who fail to complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time. All expenses relating to newly required tickets and transfers at the destination for passengers who miss the flight are their responsibility. 18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrade transactions can be performed depending on the availability with the airline after the tickets are issued. No guarantee of upgrade is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets for the program are from an upgradeable class. 20- Some airlines may charge extra for food and beverage and online check-in services. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by guests communicating with the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotels are presented only with category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program, the Agency will notify the guest 48 hours before the trip departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guests 15 days before the departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must accurately enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for the cancellation or changes of incorrectly entered information will be charged to the guests. 25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with the company to which your line belongs before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by the Agency. Care is taken to ensure that the booked rooms are in accordance with the guests' preferences based on hotel availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast typical in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined when needed. 30- The children's and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depend on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 maximum. 33- In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the bed allocated to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding beds or those known as couch beds. Guests acknowledge accepting the potential crowding and bedding types due to additional beds added to standard rooms in bookings for triple rooms and/or those with children. 34- In hotel reservations, if the number of children staying with adults and their ages are inaccurately declared by the guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify children's ages. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply to the applicable age group for "one child" staying alongside two adults. 36- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment apply. Any additional requests and some extra services you will receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have various applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect will be collected from guests by the hotel upon entry or exit. 38- The travel distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be prolonged due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, ongoing road works, and conditions. 39- In case of necessary situations or where deemed necessary, the Agency may change the order of cities in the program without altering the program's content and the main airline to be flown. 40- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of individuals participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the costs for sending them to the country or the person will be borne by the owner of the item. 41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any necessary medications and reports related to health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses, departments may request a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in, which will be processed between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency will not intervene. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of travel. 2- To have the entry-exit stamp on your passport at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having a visa for entry to the countries on this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport should consult the respective consulates for the visa procedures of the country of travel; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for the consequences that arise. 5- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged in similar ways should be renewed to avoid issues at the customs police at the border of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be particularly vigilant as they may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents when entering or exiting the country.
