1st DAY ISTANBUL – DUBAI
Meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport departure terminal in front of the AirArabia Airlines counter 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Abu Dhabi with a scheduled AirArabia flight. Upon arrival, transfer to our hotel in Dubai by private bus. After check-in, free time. Overnight at the hotel.
2nd DAY DUBAI
After breakfast, depart for the panoramic Dubai city tour from the hotel. First, visit Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s winter palace, the ruler of Dubai, where you can take photos with the peacocks accompanying us. Drive along Dubai’s busiest road, Sheikh Zayed Road, for 15 minutes, viewing all the world-famous skyscrapers and shopping centers. Our first stop is Blue Waters Island, which opened in 2018 after land reclamation, including Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Dubai Eye. Then, enjoy a photo break at the marina area. Next, visit the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai’s third and the first fully completed artificial island. At the Medina Souk, Dubai’s most luxurious local market, you can shop. View Dubai’s iconic 7-star hotel, Burj Al Arab, from Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai’s busiest and wealthiest street. After the photo stop, our tour in Deira will end at the Gold Souk, where you can learn about gold and enjoy free time. Transfer back to the hotel and relax. Optional: Join the Dubai Combine + Dubai by Night Tour (guest fee: $95) which includes Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. Start with Dubai Frame, 150 meters tall, offering views of Dubai’s old and new districts. Then, see the Burj Khalifa with a light show and water fountain display accompanied by music. Enjoy free time at Dubai Mall for dinner. Return to the hotel. Optional: Join the Dinner Dhow Cruise (guest fee: $85), a buffet dinner cruise offering nighttime views of Dubai from the sea. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
3rd DAY DUBAI
Breakfast, then free time. Optional: Join the Abu Dhabi & Sheikh Zayed Mosque & Ferrari World Tour (guest fee: $95, Ferrari World entrance not included). Start with Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the largest mosque in the world. Continue with a city tour of Abu Dhabi, including Etihad Towers from Fast & Furious, the opulent Emirates Palace Hotel (photo stop), and the Heritage Village showcasing traditional Emirati life with mud houses and artifacts. Visit Yas Island, home to a Formula 1 circuit. Lunch at Yass Mall. Then, visit Ferrari World for photo opportunities and shopping. Return to the hotel and relax. Optional: Join the Global Village & Dubai Marina Tour (guest fee: $65) including Dubai’s most lively area, Global Village, with replicas of iconic locations and various activities. After free time, visit Dubai Marina, famous for its night views and skyline, for a walk and photos. Return to the hotel.
4th DAY DUBAI – DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS
Breakfast, check-out, and transfer to Dubai Parks and Resorts, the largest entertainment complex in the Middle East with over 150 attractions including Legoland Waterpark, Legoland, Motiongate, and Real Madrid Park. Check-in to hotel in Dubai Parks & Resorts and enjoy free time. Optional: Purchase a 1-Day Park Ticket (guest fee: $75). Note: Legoland Waterpark is closed on Wednesdays for cleaning.
5th DAY DUBAI – DUBAI PARKS AND RESORTS
Breakfast, then free time. Optional: Buy a 1-Day Park Ticket (guest fee: $75) to explore the three amusement parks within the resort. In the evening, join the Desert Safari Dinner optional tour (guest fee: $90), where you will experience adrenaline in 4x4 vehicles over desert dunes, enjoy traditional Bedouin entertainment and a delicious dinner around a campfire. Return to the hotel in Dubai Parks & Resorts.
6th DAY DUBAI – ISTANBUL
Breakfast, then transfer to Sharjah Airport at the time specified by your guide. Complete check-in procedures and baggage transfer, then depart for Istanbul with scheduled AirArabia flight. Arrival in Istanbul and end of the tour.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee is refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; if the guest has purchased a domestic connecting flight ticket through Wtatil, it will also be refunded. Visa services, passport health insurance, and other services used for visa application on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded; if no visa application was made, these services are canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest obtained the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of Wtatil, in case of tour cancellation by Wtatil, no refund can be requested from Wtatil. The guest accepts the potential material and moral losses arising from the tour cancellation in advance; Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil has the good will to refrain from canceling the tour. In this case, the services provided to the guest will be limited to transfers from and to the international departure and return points only.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests can cancel their reservation without penalty up to 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify Wtatil in writing. This excludes airline tickets that have been paid for and/or commitments made by Wtatil. If the cancellation is requested less than 31 days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies if less than 31 days but more than 15 days remain; full cancellation fee applies if 15 days or less remain before departure. When requesting cancellation, the conditions for refunds of additional services such as domestic connection, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the notice period; prior inquiry about refunds is necessary. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services.
Guided Tours and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites, weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany guests.
6- City panoramic tours included in the package are designed to introduce general information about the cities, lasting approximately 2-3 hours from the vehicle, including guide narration but excluding entrance fees to museums and historical sites. If these tours, including other specified tours, are not possible due to local authority restrictions, closures, or weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads or entry points are restricted or closed.
7- Our guide may make changes to city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closures of museums or historical sites. This applies also to changes in flight times.
8- For tours involving Speed Boats: do not eat heavy meals immediately before boarding, avoid excessive water intake. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant women should inform guides about their condition.
9- Services included in the prices, such as specific tours or meals, are non-refundable if not participated in.
Flights Information
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airline; in case of disputes, Turkish regulations along with The Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will be applied.
11- Regular and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes. Wtatil is responsible for informing guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of changes or cancellations when purchasing the tour.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- For participants on air tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities; guests must complete these procedures at the airport counters or online with the airline before the flight.
15- Last minute delays or gate changes are announced over the airport's sound systems and shown on information screens. Guests should follow this information personally.
16- Guests must be at the specified airport on time for the flight; Wtatil is not responsible if they fail to check-in or board on time, or if they miss the flight. Those who miss their flight are responsible for the costs of new tickets, transfers, etc., needed for their return or onward journey.
17- The standard baggage allowance for flights from Turkey is 20 kg; this may vary depending on the airline and destination. Domestic flights within the destination country may have a limit of 15 kg. Excess baggage rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil.
18- Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets to business or first class can do so based on availability with the airline after tickets are issued; no mileage guarantee is provided. Check whether the program tickets are eligible for upgrade.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals or online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest; in such cases, the hotel's cancellation policies will apply.
21- In cases where hotel names are not specified but only categories are given, or options are provided for the same destination, Wtatil will notify guests 48 hours before departure.
22- During specialized periods like fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, hotels may be used farther from specified locations or distances; Wtatil will inform guests 15 days before the departure date in such cases.
23- When registering for the tour, the guest must enter accurate passport information, including full name, date of birth, and passport number; tickets are issued based on this information. Errors may result in cancellation or changes at the guest’s expense.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with your provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is unlocked for international use.
25- Check-in time at hotels is 15:00; check-out time is 12:00.
26- Wtatil will communicate special requests regarding rooms (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed types) to the hotel. While the hotel will try to accommodate these, it depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil.
27- Breakfast at hotels generally features a continental style with limited options such as bread, butter, jam, tea, or coffee, served in a dedicated room for groups.
28- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of two separate beds. Many European hotels offer rooms with joinable twin beds.
29- Policies regarding children and extra beds vary by hotel and room type.
30- Additional beds and cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability, requiring hotel approval.
31- The room capacity for extra beds or cribs is one (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, an extra bed is provided; it is smaller than standard beds. The layout includes one double bed + one foldaway or coach bed. Guests accept that these arrangements may cause some discomfort or limited space.
33- If the number of adults and children or their ages are incorrectly reported during booking, the hotel may charge extra. Responsibility for inaccuracies lies with the guest. ID may be requested to verify ages.
34- For reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child might not be available. Child rates apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for the relevant age group when sharing with two adults.
35- Exchange rate fluctuations within the day are reflected in prices in TL. The applicable rates are those at the time of payment. Additional services at the hotel (such as minibar, ironing) may incur extra charges, payable directly at the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries apply different taxes at city, tourism, or local levels, payable at entry or exit, collected by the hotel.
37- Distances provided in the itineraries are map-based; actual travel times may increase due to traffic, weather, geographical conditions, roadworks, or other factors.
38- Wtatil may modify the order of city visits and the main airlines used without changing the overall content of the program if deemed necessary due to circumstances.
39- Personal belongings, including luggage, passports, and identity documents, are the responsibility of the guest. Wtatil is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. The costs for locating and returning forgotten belongings are borne by the owner.
40- Traveling guests must carry their travel health insurance policies, medications, and relevant reports if they have health issues.
41- Additional expenses such as deposits or photo ID at check-in may be requested by the hotel upon arrival. These deposits are managed directly between the hotel and guest; Wtatil does not intervene.
Visa and Passport
42- Turkish citizens are exempt from visa requirements for this tour.
43- Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip.
44- To obtain entry/exit stamps at border crossings, passports should have at least 2 blank pages.
45- Exemption from visa for entry into the countries in the tour does not guarantee entry; border control can deny entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible; responsibility lies with the traveler.
46- Non-Turkish nationals or dual citizens using a different country’s passport must consult the relevant embassacies about visa requirements; Wtatil is not responsible for any resulting issues.
47- Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or otherwise impaired should be renewed to avoid problems at border crossings, else responsibility is borne by the traveler.
48- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may require proof of parental consent at entry and exit. Travelers are advised to ensure they have this document.
