IMPORTANT NOTES

• Travelers going to Dubai do not need to have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.  
• Unvaccinated travelers do not need to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. 
• We recommend that travelers participating in the tour obtain comprehensive health insurance for Covid.
• It is the guest's responsibility to follow any Covid-related procedural changes set by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be traveled to.

• It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour date. Entry is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
• For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa required document list, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted in writing to the agency at least 1 month before the tour date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or from the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the entry denial by passport control authorities.
• In the case of tour cancellation, the visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts merely as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and takes no responsibility for the non-approval, delay, or errors in the visa process; passengers have no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com under any circumstances.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated September 28, 1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any no-show fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to the passengers.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by the guests by calling the central office 48 hours prior to the departure date.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any changes in flight times or possible delays made by airlines.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not covered by Adonis.com for any changes that occur during domestic connection flights.
• In group tickets, the airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight of a group ticket cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used as well.
• For flights departing from Turkey, the general luggage weight is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may decrease to 15kg. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour route indicated in the program is a sample route and changes may occur in the tour itinerary. City introduction tours may take place on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on different days than originally indicated at the discretion of the guide due to any reason.
• Extra tours can only take place if there is a minimum participation of 10 people; if lower participation occurs, it will be at the discretion of the guide and may be adjusted with necessary changes to the prices. Adonis.com shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours along the journey will be realized only with a minimum participation of 10 people from the group. Those who do not wish to participate will be kept at the rest area.
• Tours or visits that are prohibited by local authorities cannot be conducted. Adonis.com shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of these tours or trips.
• Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are examples for the star category and distance and do not guarantee accommodation at the specified named hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is an additional bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an extra foldable bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children of certain age groups staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18 years old do not travel with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent documents for tour participation during the trip.
• In the case of cancellations and changes, the "Adonis.com sales contract" applies.
