IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is the guest's responsibility to follow the procedure changes regarding Covid, as determined by the health ministries of the countries being visited.
• It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour start date. Entry is not allowed with torn and worn-out passports.
• A passport valid for at least 6 months is required for visa applications, along with the documents listed in the visa requirements that can be obtained from our agents, and these documents must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month prior to the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country entered during the trip or the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for entry denial by passport control.
• In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the customers and the consulate and has no responsibility for any reason for visa denial, delays in issuance, and/or errors in the visa; the passenger has no compensation rights from Adonis.com under any circumstances.
• Adonis.com is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will incur no-show fees on the guests.
• Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the travel date.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for any time changes made by the airline or possible delays.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not responsible for any changes in domestic connection flights. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible.
• For group tickets, the airline's rules are valid, and if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being visited. For domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/pricing rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the cancellation 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample itinerary, and the tour route may change. City introduction tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions stated in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide due to any reason.
• Optional tours can only be conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people; otherwise, they may be conducted at the discretion of the guide, and if necessary, prices may be adjusted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Optional tours on the way will take place only with the participation of at least 10 people from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at the break point.
• Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star rating remains the same.
• All hotel names and similar (and similar) mentioned in the programs are indicative and written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodations will be made at the mentioned hotel.
• In triple rooms, an extra bed application exists, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18 (not of legal age) do not participate in the tour with one or both parents, they are required to carry the necessary consent documents during the trip.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the "Adonis.com sales contract" is valid.
