IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is the guest's responsibility to monitor the procedure changes related to Covid as determined by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be traveled.
• A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn and worn-out passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirements list, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month prior to the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the tour or from the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the guest’s entry being denied by border police.
• In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and it has no liability if the visa is not approved for any reason, if it is not issued in time, or if there are any errors in the visa; the passenger has no compensation rights against Adonis.com in any way.
• Adonis.com serves as an intermediary between airlines and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued according to this information. Any cancellation or change of tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.
• Flight times can change, and all departure times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the head office at least 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city of arrival may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for changes in flight times and delays that may be made by airlines.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held responsible by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic flight connections.
• For group tickets, airline rules apply, and if the departure flight of the group ticket cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
• Generally, the allowable baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights within the visited countries, this weight might be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The itinerary specified in the tour program is a sample and the tour route may change. City introduction tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. The excursions specified in the programs can be conducted on different days than those stated at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Optional tours can only take place if there is a minimum participation of 10 people; otherwise, at the discretion of the guide, prices may be adjusted and they may still be carried out. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these trips or tours.
• Extra tours on the way will take place only with at least 10 people participating from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept at the rest area.
• Tours or excursions that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out such trips or tours.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are samples, and are written to serve as examples of star category and distance. This does not mean that the stay will be at the indicated hotel.
• In triple rooms, an extra bed may be provided, and the 3rd bed is a standard bed or an additional folding bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group who are staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where minors under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the necessary consent forms during travel.

In case of cancellation or changes, the “Adonis.com sales contract” will apply.
