IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedure changes determined by the Health Ministries of the countries to be traveled.
• A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of required documents for visa obtainable from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with a written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry for the tour or the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the refusal of entry by passport police.
• In case of cancellation of the tour, the visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our clients, and has no liability for any reason for the approval of the visa, delays, and/or errors in the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
• Adonis.com is an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955.
• During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. No-show fees due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
• The city in which the flight will land may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for changes in flight times and possible delays made by the airlines.
• Guests who do not verify flight times and routing are not entitled to hold Adonis.com responsible for changes experienced in domestic connecting flights.
• In group tickets, airline rules apply, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to the group ticket rule, the return flight cannot be used either.
• For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage weight is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. Domestic flight baggage weight in the countries visited may be reduced to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour course. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days depending on the arrival time in the city. Tours mentioned in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Extra tours can be conducted provided there is a minimum participation of 10 people; if there is less participation, the guide may exercise discretion and if necessary, prices may be modified. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours along the way will take place only if there is a participation of at least 10 people from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be kept waiting at stop locations.
• Tours that are not permitted for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these tours.
• Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are indicative and are presented for example regarding the star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will take place in the mentioned hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is a supplementary bed application, and the third bed is a standard bed or an additional folding bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a certain age group accompanying 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18 years of age do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to have the consent forms required for tour participation with them during the trip.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the "Adonis.com sales contract" is applicable.
