IMPORTANT NOTES

• Passengers traveling to Dubai do not need to have a Covid-19 vaccination certificate.  
• Unvaccinated passengers do not need to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. 
• We recommend that passengers participating in the tour obtain comprehensive Covid health insurance.
• It is the responsibility of the guests to follow the Covid-related procedural changes set by the health ministries of the countries to be traveled to.

• It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for overseas travel, and they must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn-out passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the required documents listed in the visa document checklist, which can be obtained from our agents, must be submitted to the agent with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country the tour enters or the country with the longest stay; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
• In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and bears no responsibility in case of non-approval, delays, or errors in the visa, and passengers have no compensation rights against Adonis.com.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as no-show fees.
• Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the main office 48 hours before the travel dates.
• The city of arrival may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for flight time changes and potential delays caused by airlines.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held responsible by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic flight connections.
• In group tickets, airline rules apply; if the outbound flight is not used as per group ticket rules, the return flight also cannot be used.
• The general luggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country being traveled to. In domestic flights in the visited countries, this weight may drop to 15kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants in the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation at least 20 days in advance.
• The itinerary indicated in the tour program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour path. City introduction tours may be held on the following day/days depending on the arrival time at the city. The excursions specified in the programs may be held on a different day than indicated at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Extra tours can only be conducted with a minimum participation of 10 people; if there are fewer participants, the guide may adjust the prices and the tours may still take place at their discretion. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours along the way will take place if at least 10 participants from the group join; guests who do not want to participate will be waited for at the rest area.
• Tours or trips which are not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these trips or tours.
• Entrance fees to museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names as long as their star category remains the same.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs, etc. are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee accommodation at the mentioned hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional folding bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a specific age group staying with 2 adults.
• In cases where children under 18 do not attend the tour with either or both parents, it is mandatory to carry signed consent letters during travel.
