IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the travel date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn-out passports.
• For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of necessary documents for the visa that you can obtain from our agencies must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the travel date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country you enter on the tour or the country where you will stay the longest; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the refusal of entry by passport control officials.
• In the event of tour cancellation, the visa fee and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and is not responsible for the non-approval, delays, and/or errors in the visa, and passengers have no right to claim compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
• Adonis.com serves as an intermediary between the passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, birth date, and passport number as they appear on the passport in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will result in no-show fees being charged to the passengers.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the travel dates.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com is not responsible for any time changes and potential delays caused by the airline companies.
• Guests who do not confirm their flight times and routes will not hold Adonis.com responsible for changes in domestic flight connections.
• In group tickets, airline rules apply, and if a participant does not use the outbound flight, they cannot use the return flight either due to group ticket rules.
• Generally, the baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. For domestic flights in the countries visited, this weight may be reduced to 15kg. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation at least 20 days in advance.
• The tour itinerary specified in the program is a sample route, and there may be changes in the tour path. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days according to the arrival time in the city. The excursions mentioned in the programs can be held on different days than stated at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Optional tours will only be conducted if there is a minimum of 10 participants; otherwise, the guide may decide to change the prices, and these tours might not be carried out. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
• Optional tours along the way will take place only if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be asked to wait at the rest stop.
• Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.
• Entrance fees for museums and historical sites are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the star category.
• All hotel names mentioned in the programs are indicative (and similar) and are written for example purposes regarding star categories and distances. This does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the specified hotel name.
• In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the third bed is either a standard bed or an additional folding bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a specific age group traveling with two adults.
• In cases where children under 18 are not accompanied by one or both parents on the tour, it is mandatory to have the necessary consent documents with them during the travel.
• In the case of cancellation or changes, the "Adonis.com sales contract" is applicable.
