1. DAY ISTANBUL PARIS PUNTA CANA
Meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 02:00. After check-in and passport procedures, we depart on our scheduled Air France flight with a transfer in Paris to Punta Cana. Arriving at Punta Cana Airport at 18:45 local time, we will be welcomed by our guide and transferred to our hotel. After checking in, we rest in our rooms. Overnight stay at Punta Cana hotel.
2. DAY DOMINICAN LOCAL LIFE and ALTOS DE CHAVÓN TOUR
In this unforgettable tour, we depart from the hotel heading towards Higüey. Our first stop includes visiting Runners Adventures’ typical Dominican home, offering a close-up experience of local culture. Then, we take a pleasant break with a traditional open buffet lunch including non-alcoholic drinks. After lunch, we transfer to Casa de Campo and enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of Altos de Chavón. Known for its cobblestone streets, art galleries, and historic architecture, we explore this unique settlement with free time. Entrance fees and necessary transportation are included in the price. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel. Overnight in Punta Cana.
COCO BONGO NIGHT SHOW - Optional Night Tour
In the evening, guests who wish can join our famous Coco Bongo Show tour. We will watch live performances by talented dancers. With spectacular light shows and entertainment, this will be an unforgettable night experience in Punta Cana. Coco Bongo features high-energy party atmospheres and over 40 world-famous performers recreating scenes from beloved movies. Sing along to your favorite songs, dance, and enjoy the fun. (Transfers to and from the hotel are included.) The tour departs from the hotel at 20:00 and returns at 01:15.
3. DAY SAONA ISLAND & CATAMARAN TOUR - Optional Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, we start our day by enjoying one of the most beautiful islands of the Dominican Republic. With our private speedboats, we set out to visit Saona Island within the Eastern National Park, known for its well-preserved exotic nature and some the Caribbean's most beautiful waters. On the island, we enjoy an open buffet lunch and have free time for swimming, volleyball, and other activities. After this fun and relaxing day, we’ll return aboard a limiited-drinks catamaran to the dock, then transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay in Punta Cana.
4. DAY ACUNMEDYA PRODUCTION LIVE GAME SHOW AND COMPETITION TOUR - Optional Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Those interested can join the optional ACUNMEDYA production live game show and competition experience. We will tour the game set, which is used for the filming of the competition program, in safari vehicles for about 1 hour. Then, a unique adventure awaits as we participate in a competition by drawing lots, offering fun-filled rivalry. After the competitions, we will head to the set for the live game broadcasts, where Turkish contestants compete. Witnessing the excitement firsthand will be an unforgettable experience. The entire day is recorded by a professional filming crew, and edited videos will be shared with all guests. After a fun and memorable day, we return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight in Punta Cana.
5. DAY PUNTA CANA / OPTIONAL TOURS
On our last day at the hotel, guests can enjoy free time or join some of the optional additional tours available.
Option: SANTO DOMINGO CITY TOUR
Explore the first settlement of the American continent with the Santo Domingo Culture Tour. Established in 1498 by Christopher Columbus’s brother, Bartholomeo Columbus, the city is famous for its Colonial Zone, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the tour, visit important structures such as the Cathedral of America, the first hospital Hospital San Nicolás de Bari, and the first fortress Alcázar de Colón. Walking through cobblestone streets, past historic mansions, museums, and plazas, you experience a journey back in time. In this colonial atmosphere intertwined with modern life, you get to know the cultural heritage of the Dominican Republic and the traces of Spanish colonial history.
Option: AQUA PARK TOUR
Experience Aqua Adrenaline’s thrilling water activities for endless fun. Ride jet skis and Aqua Karts at high speeds, indulge in adventures with buggy tours through nature, and enjoy Donut Rides on the waves. Zipline across heights and test your strength and endurance at the inflatable obstacle course. This tour offers two different packages, allowing you to choose two or all three activities. 6. DAY PUNTA CANA – PARIS – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we enjoy free time until transfer for our airport departure. At 17:00, our transfer vehicle will take us to the airport for our return flight from Punta Cana via Paris to Istanbul. Our flight departs at 21:15 and arrives in Paris the following morning at 10:40. Since our Istanbul connection is at 22:40, there will be free time for shopping, resting, or walking during the layover. We arrive in Istanbul at 04:10, marking the end of our tour.
Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, Wtatil may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guests. The full tour price is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the package; if an internal connecting flight has been purchased from Wtatil, it will also be refunded. If a visa service or travel health insurance has been used for visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded once used. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance fees are canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased an internal connecting flight from a provider other than Wtatil, they cannot claim any refund from Wtatil if the tour is canceled. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses resulting from the cancellation, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour in good faith. In this case, the arrangements will be made personally for the guest, and the tour guide service included in the package will only cover transfer from and to the international departure/return points.
Cancellation and Changes
4- Guests can cancel their participation without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date, excluding flight tickets paid to or committed with the airline. If the cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the start date, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies if the start is within 31 days or more. For cancellations 15 days or less before departure, the full tour fee is penalized. Additional services such as internal connections, visa services, or travel insurance are subject to different cancellation/refund conditions depending on when the cancellation is requested; prior inquiry is necessary. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for additional services.
Guidance Services and Extra Tours
5- The days and times of tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide, depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the locations and weather conditions. During tours, different guides may accompany guests.
6- Panorama city tours included in the package are short (max 2-3 hours), offering general city introductions through bus narration, excluding museum and historic site entries. These tours, including other included tours, may be changed or canceled by local authorities or due to weather or road closures, and Wtatil is not responsible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot if roads are inaccessible or restrictions are in place.
7- Our guide may change the city tour or additional tour dates based on the content of the tours, the number of participants, or site closures. This also applies to schedule changes caused by flight adjustments.
8- For tours conducted via speedboats: avoid eating heavy meals immediately before boarding and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests should inform guides of their conditions.
9- Services included in the prices are non-refundable if guests do not participate in the specific tour or meal services.
Flight Information
10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- Scheduled and charter flights may experience delays or schedule changes. Wtatil will inform guests as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of flight time changes or cancellations when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay airport taxes.
13- According to airline rules, if a round-trip ticket's outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for flights are personal; guests must complete these processes at the airport or online before departure. Wtatil is not responsible for any issues once the ticket is issued.
15- Flight delays, gate changes, and announcements are made at airports. Guests must monitor such updates themselves.
16- Guests must arrive at the airport at the specified times and complete check-in and boarding procedures; Wtatil is not responsible if guests miss their flight. Missing a flight means guests will need to purchase new tickets and cover all related costs to participate in the tour afterward.
17- The general baggage weight limit for flights from Turkey is 20 kg, though this may vary by airline and destination country. Domestic flights in some countries may have a 15 kg limit. Excess baggage fees are set by airlines; Wtatil is not responsible.
18- Guests may upgrade their tickets to business or first class using frequent flyer miles, depending on airline availability after tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee exists; only check if your tickets are eligible for upgrade.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for meals and online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Wtatil is not responsible for changes or cancellations made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply.
21- If hotel names are not specified and only categories are given, or if options are provided for the same destination, Wtatil will notify guests 48 hours before departure.
22- During special periods (fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located further from specified locations or distances. Wtatil will notify guests 15 days before departure in such cases.
23- During tour registration, guests must accurately provide their passport names, birth dates, and passport numbers. Tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect information may result in cancellation or change fees paid by the guest.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure service is active.
25- Hotel check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.
26- Wtatil will communicate special room requests (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking room, bed type) to the hotel; the final room allocation depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
27- Breakfast offerings vary from traditional Turkish rich breakfasts to continental style, often including bread, butter, jam, tea, and coffee. Groups may be served in a separate dining area.
28- Some rooms may have double beds instead of twin beds, with most European hotels offering convertible twin rooms.
29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type.
30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request, subject to availability and hotel approval.
31- The maximum capacity for extra beds or cribs per room is one.
32- In triple rooms, the third bed may be smaller or different from standard beds; these rooms usually have one large bed plus an extra or sofa bed. Guests agree to any discomfort caused by such arrangements.
33- If the number of adults and children or the ages of children is incorrectly declared in hotel reservations, the hotel may charge additional fees; responsibility lies with the guest for incorrect declarations. The hotel may require ID for children.
34- For reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child discounts only apply when the child shares a room with two adults within specified age ranges.
35- Currency exchange rate fluctuations during the day are reflected in prices. Payment amounts are based on current rates. Additional services purchased at the hotel (mini-bar, iron, etc.) are extra and paid directly at the hotel.
36- Different countries may apply various city, tourism, or local taxes at entry or exit. These are collected by the hotel from guests.
37- Distance programs are map-based; traffic, weather, local conditions, road work, or other factors may extend travel times.
38- Wtatil may, for operational reasons or under special circumstances, change the order of cities or major airlines without altering the core program.
39- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including bags, passports, and IDs. Wtatil is not liable for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items. Costs incurred in recovering lost items are borne by the guest.
40- Travelers must carry their travel health insurance policies along with relevant medicines and documents.
41- Extra costs, such as deposits for hotel security or visas, may be requested at check-in. Refunds for deposits are handled between the hotel and guest, and Wtatil has no interference.
Visa and Passport
42- No visa application is required for Turkish citizens.
43- Passports must be valid for at least six months from the travel end date.
44- To obtain entry/exit stamps at border crossings, passports need at least 2 blank pages.
45- Visa exemption for entry into these countries does not guarantee entry; border security may refuse entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible; responsibility lies with the traveler.
46- Guests holding passports of other countries or dual citizenship using a different passport must consult relevant consulates about visa requirements; Wtatil is not responsible for any consequences of non-compliance.
47- Worn, torn, wet, or damaged passports must be renewed to avoid problems at border crossings; responsibility is with the traveler if not.
48- Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a notarized consent written by the parent(s). Guests are advised to be prepared for such requirements.
