DIYARBAKIR – STUTTGART – COLMAR – (The Pearls of Alsace: Riquewihr & Ribeauvillé Tour) – LUXEMBOURG
After baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, which we will carry out 3 hours before departure at Diyarbakır Airport International Terminal, we fly to Stuttgart at 03:55 with SunExpress Airlines’ direct scheduled flight XQ1590. Upon arrival at Stuttgart Airport at 06:45 local time, we head to Colmar by our private coach waiting for us. On our fairy-tale Colmar tour, we will see the Old Customs House, Pfister House, and the colorful houses around the Rhine River, as well as the city’s most famous area, Petite Venise (Little Venice). In the unique setting surrounded by the Rhine River and its canals, you will have the chance to enjoy many delicious foods as well as buy many souvenirs to suit your taste. After our tour in Riquewihr, we arrive in Ribeauvillé. Preserving its medieval character, with timber-framed houses, narrow streets, and a vineyard-surrounded location, Ribeauvillé fascinates its visitors; after our walking tour there, we continue our journey to Luxembourg. Upon arrival, we will conduct our city tour. According to IMF and World Bank data, Luxembourg ranks first in the world in terms of per capita income. The capital city, which shares the same name as the country, is protected on the UNESCO World Heritage List and is the only city to have been named European Capital of Culture twice, in 1995 and 2007. After our city tour in Luxembourg, one of Europe’s smallest countries by area, we transfer to our hotel in the Luxembourg region. Check-in and free time to rest.
LUXEMBOURG – COLOGNE – (Amsterdam Icons Tour) – AMSTERDAM
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for Cologne. Cologne, built around the Rhine River and an important trade center since the Middle Ages, is a notable German city known for its chocolates, Roman-era remains, Roman walls surrounding the city, medieval churches, and many historical buildings. Cologne Cathedral, Hohenzollern Bridge, and the Kaiser Wilhelm II Monument are among the main sights during our city tour. After free time in Cologne, we complete our tour and head to Amsterdam. Upon arrival in Amsterdam, guests will have free time in the city center, during which those who wish may join the extra Amsterdam Icons Tour (55 Euro). On our tour, Dam Square, the Royal Palace, and Central Station are among the main places to see. In Amsterdam’s local neighborhoods and narrow streets, famous for their walking paths and canals, we will explore the city from different angles and visit its world-famous streets. AMSTERDAM – (Fairy-Tale Villages & Windmills & Giethoorn Village Boat Tour)
After breakfast at the hotel, we offer a full day at leisure. During this free time, guests who wish may join the extra Fairy-Tale Villages & Windmills & Giethoorn Village Boat Tour (95 Euro). First, we arrive in Volendam. In this fishing town, we complete our program with a walking tour along the waterfront filled with well-kept and beautiful houses, as well as streets, restaurants, and cafés. Then we head to Zaandam. Located on the banks of the Zaan River in the north of the country, Zaandam is among the favorites of Instagram enthusiasts, with its blend of modern shopping opportunities and the historic traditional green Zaan houses, making it an open-air museum. After our sightseeing and free time in Zaandam, a place known for being where Europe’s first McDonald’s restaurant opened, we move on to our final stop, Zaanse Schans. With its windmills, museums, nature, and culture, this historic village is one of the Netherlands’ most popular tourist attractions. After our visit to Zaanse Schans, where we will see windmills used today in paint and oil production as well as shops selling handicrafts such as wooden clogs, we conclude the tour and offer free time. After this free time, we visit Giethoorn, known as the “Land of Fairy Tales” for its peaceful atmosphere and canals. Giethoorn, with its pristine nature away from motor vehicles, bridges, canals, and charming houses with a unique architectural beauty, ranks first on the list of the world’s most peaceful places. After our sightseeing tour in Giethoorn Hobbit Village, guests may also enjoy a boat ride through the canals of this magical village and view the charming houses resembling Hobbit dwellings from a different perspective. After our tour in Giethoorn, we return to our hotel in the Amsterdam region.
AMSTERDAM – BRUSSELS – (Bruges Tour) – PARIS
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for Brussels. Brussels, considered both the capital of Belgium and, in a broader sense, the European Union and Europe, is a city that has successfully preserved many historical works throughout history. In Brussels, one of Europe’s most famous and lively squares, Grand Place, and other historically and architecturally renowned Gothic-style places will be seen during our city tour, after which we continue on to Paris. En route, guests who wish may join the extra Bruges Tour (50 Euro) program. Known as “Belgium’s Venice” because of its houses on the water and streets made up of canals, Bruges is a dreamlike city. The city’s historical fabric and medieval architecture, which fortunately suffered no damage during World War II, have survived to this day. The city square, with its colorful, single-story houses resembling cakes, churches, statues, and cobblestone medieval streets, will draw us into a fairy tale. After our city tour in Bruges, we continue our journey to Paris. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Paris region, check-in and free time to rest.
PARIS – (Paris Icons Tour and Seine River Cruise) – (Paris Phenomena Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day at leisure. Guests who wish may join the extra Paris Phenomena and Seine River Cruise Tour (85 Euro). We begin the Paris Phenomena Tour with the Eiffel Tower, the symbol of Paris and France. This structure of steel and iron, built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Paris World’s Fair, was initially meant to be dismantled after the fair, but because it attracted great attention from tourists, it was preserved and remains standing to this day. We provide free time around the Eiffel Tower for photos and sightseeing. During this time, guests may also ascend to the tower’s second floor, which consists of three levels and is reached by elevator to each section, and enjoy the unique view of Paris and take beautiful photos (Eiffel Tower elevator fee is 23 Euro and is not included in the extra tour price). After our Eiffel tour, we arrange a Seine River cruise. (The boat tour is included in the extra tour fee.) The Seine, one of the world’s most famous rivers at 776 km in length, divides the city in two. As we glide along the river on long boats, we will see many of Paris’s famous buildings and 37 bridges from a unique perspective. After our Seine River tour, we continue with a panoramic view via Invalide (Veterans) Square, Lady Diana Memorial, the 17th-century Palais Royal, and Comedie Française Square, where many historical buildings including the French State Theater are located. Then we visit the perfume museum, where the development of both the city and the perfume industry is showcased, along with original bottles displaying France’s unique essences and fragrances in aesthetically impressive designs. Finally, we arrive at the BENLUX Store, where free time will be given for shopping and sightseeing for souvenirs, cosmetics, bags, watches, and accessories. Guests who wish may visit the Louvre Museum, originally built as a fortress for defense in the Middle Ages and later used as a museum after the French Revolution, and which was visited by nearly 10 million people in 2012, after a photo stop; during the free time that follows, they may enter the museum (Louvre Museum entrance fee is 33 Euro and is not included in the extra tour price). On this tour, we first head to Montmartre Hill, known as the “Hill of Artists,” where bohemian life still continues today, and where street painters, caricaturists, and many famous painters have worked, making it the highest point of Paris. After visiting the Sacré-Cœur Basilica on this 130-meter hill (funicular transport fee is included in the extra tour price), we will have free time at the artists’ square for portraits and sightseeing. After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart for our hotel in the Metz region. En route, guests who wish may participate in the extra Disneyland Tour (Single Park Ticket 130 Euro & Double Park Ticket 150 Euro – ticket prices may vary depending on availability; early reservation is recommended. Guests joining the Disneyland Tour are responsible for their own transportation from the RER train station to Disneyland Park. Guests will be dropped off at the RER train station on the way there, and on return they will be picked up from the entrance of Disneyland Park according to their preference.) In this program, you can enjoy unlimited full-day entertainment in the fairy-tale world of Disneyland. Guests who prefer may spend their full day of leisure by joining the extra Paris Local Neighborhoods & Luxembourg Gardens Tour (50 Euro). Our tour begins with a walking tour and passage visits in St. Michel and St. Germain, districts that are lively and active at all hours with luxury shops, cafés, and restaurants, and where Parisians mostly continue their daily lives, allowing us to observe a truly Parisian atmosphere. After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart to organize our Metz city tour. Metz is a medieval city established at the confluence of the Moselle and Seille rivers in northeastern France; after our panoramic city tour, we head to Stuttgart Airport for our return flight to Diyarbakır. En route, guests who wish may join the extra Strasbourg & Outlet Tour (65 Euro) program. Strasbourg, located on the border of Germany, Switzerland, and France, and the largest city in the Alsace region, welcomes us like a fairy-tale painting. In Strasbourg, which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988 and has hosted the European Parliament since 1992, we will conduct a panoramic city tour by walking through the car-free center and streets. Sites we will see include Gutenberg Square and its statue, Notre Dame Cathedral, the city’s most important landmark in the heart of the city, and Kammerzell House, the oldest house in the city, which still serves as a hotel and restaurant today. After the Strasbourg tour, we will visit the world-famous Metzingen Outletcity, which attracts shopping enthusiasts from all over the world and hosts outlet stores of many famous brands. In Metzingen Outletcity, designed as an outlet city and offering a very comfortable and enjoyable time for strolling and shopping, free time will be given for pleasant shopping. After the free time, we continue our journey to Stuttgart Airport.
