1st Day – Istanbul – Rome - Civitavecchia After meeting at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 4 hours before departure, we complete our check-in procedures and take our flight to Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, our transfer to Civitavecchia port is provided for check-in to the 5* Costa Toscana. 2nd Day – Genoa | Portofino Tour After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Portofino tour organized by the ship at an extra cost. We will take the dreamy village of PORTOFINO tour, a place about which songs have been written. Our bus departing from Genoa will first go to the town of Santa Maria Liguria. From there, we will cross to Portofino by local vehicles. We will have the opportunity to get to know this beautiful town more closely. During this approximately 5-hour excursion, we will see unforgettable places. At the end of our tour, we return to the ship. Dinner and accommodation on board. 3rd Day – Marseille | Aix-En Provence & Marseille City Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the Aix-En Provence & Marseille Tour organized by the ship at an extra cost. We begin our tour with a 10-minute walk from the port of Marseille. After an approximately 40-minute drive by bus, we will go to AIX-EN-PROVENCE, one of the chicest cities in Southern France, which has inspired many writers such as Paul Cézanne and Émile Zola. In the region famous for its lavender fields, we will visit a city full of beautiful buildings, flower-filled balconies, fountains that are each works of art, and history everywhere. After Aix-en-Provence, we return to Marseille and begin our city tour. During the tour, we pass through the Old Port and visit the Notre Dame De La Garde Church, one of the city’s most famous historical sites, located on a high hill. Palais Longchamp forms the second stop of our tour. During our visit to this building, which serves as a Fine Arts Museum, we visit the gardens and fountains from the outside and take a photo break. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on board. 4th Day – Barcelona | Barcelona City Tour After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Barcelona city tour organized as an extra by our guide. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. La Rambla Avenue, the Christopher Columbus Monument, Maremagnum artificial harbor, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic district and harbor, Catalunya Square, Passeig de Gracia, where Gaudi’s houses have been turned into a street museum, and his most essential work, the Sagrada Familia, are among the places we will see. During the tour, we will go up Montjuïc Hill and take panoramic photos. After free time for shopping on La Rambla, we return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on board. 5th Day – At Sea We will spend the whole day cruising at sea. A perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner either at the open buffet restaurant, which offers fresh dishes prepared by expert chefs and a variety of food to suit every taste, or at your specially assigned seat in the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, you can benefit from yoga and fitness classes, as well as the state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped gym, open-air tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, or bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, you may spend time in the ship’s colorful and lively bars and cafés listening to live music, attend Broadway-style musical theater shows, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and accommodation on board. 6th Day – Cagliari | Cagliari City Tour & Dolianova Wine Vineyards After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Cagliari city tour & Dolianova Wine Vineyards tour organized by the ship at an extra cost. With our private vehicle at the port, we set off toward Danilova, where Sardinia’s famous wines are produced. Along the way, we will visit San Pantaleo Church, dating back to the 13th century. Then we will visit a local wine cellar in the region and learn in detail about the wine-making process. Guests who wish may taste the wines. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on board. 7th Day – Naples | Pompei & Naples City Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the Pompei & Naples City Tour organized by the ship at an extra cost. Naples, the famous port of the Campania Region, is one of the few European cities whose ancient past has never completely disappeared. Founded by the Greeks and developed and expanded by the Romans, this city has been the most precious treasure for foreign invaders over the centuries. Its extension into the present day is a noisy, high-crime, somewhat dirty, somewhat chaotic, but worth seeing metropolis. On this tour, while walking among the human and house remains in Pompeii, left under the ashes of Mount Vesuvius, you will experience the incredible destruction that nature can inflict and the power of nature. Then we stop in Naples and, after a panoramic bus tour, we will see the Royal Square. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and accommodation on board. 8th Day – Civitavecchia – Rome – Istanbul (SAW) After breakfast on the ship, we complete our disembarkation procedures.
